Very clean restrooms and great staff

No bedding provided, even when we made the reservation months earlier they said, bedding was provided. We asked for a couple of blankets to get us through the night for kids and were turned down Inadequate air conditioning, does not keep the trailer cool Neighbor to the right (I have pics) snuck onto the porch and was taking out the lightbulb reported to Jo, but no action was taken Freezing poo

Great Koa. The staff are friendly and helpful, they really want you to enjoy your stay. Lots of things to do on site and plenty of info for offsite activities. The cleaning crew goes above and behind to keep the bathrooms and such clean. Great laundry facilities, with fast washers and dryers. And the Hunts pizza and other foods you can order and get delivered to your site was a wonderful surprise.

Owners and staff were great. Facilities clean. Events and things to do were great for the kids, they even accommodate food allergies in onsite kitchen well!

Check in was fine, staff was friendly. Our site was unfortunately occupied by a late comer the night before, so a bit of waiting for our site, but was handled fine. Site, utilities were good. Didn’t use any facilities, no comment, trees could use a bit of trimming (big rig). Turning on the road at departure was tight due to mailboxes and width of the exit. We would go back if in area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had menus from which you could purchase breakfast and dinner. The only issue was an unpleasant odor that we felt may be coming from stagnant water in a pond. It would be nice if they could find a way to minimize the smell. Overall if was a nice KOA and we would recommend it.

Cabins were clean, comfortable and cute! The view was fantastic and the smell of fresh cut alfalfa refreshing. Nice pool! Only things that could improve are that the east facing curtains are too short to cover the whole window. And the mini-fridge compressor was a little loud.

I LOVE the Alamosa KOA. This is my second visit in the past 5 years and the staff & amenities are always awesome. I had concerns about bringing my dog on this trip due to 4th of July and firework noise but staff was helpful with their feedback before arriving. I slept amazing well in the cabin! Love the location, too! Thank you for another great experience!

I am glad we had a site with a tree at least nearby. For me, that makes a difference. Site was clean and provided many fun options that catered to the campers. Very involved staff and active opportunities. Very helpful and friendly.

Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Our site was nice and clean and welcoming with a table and chairs for enjoying the view of the mountains. We recommend the on-site menu item ... the stuffed baked potatoes. Delicious! Would stay again should our travels take us back through Alamosa!

Nice clean place, lots of beds for everyone. It would be nice to have a TV and a working AC, but other than that, we really enjoyed the stay. Lots of things for the kids to do!

This was our first KOA experience and we loved it. The staff is very friendly, our site was great and level, the laundry facilities were clean and modern, and they delivered firewood to our site. Fantastic experience!

All staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and lots to do if you wanted. Lots of communication with text messages. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. We liked that you could have things delivered right to your camp site. It was very quiet, our dogs enjoyed the freedom of their dog park it was nice that they had a place to go off leash. Highly recommend this KOA

We had a very nice one day layover at the campground and did not utilize all of the amenities however did tour most and all appeared well maintained. The staff on site were pleasant, professional and very helpful. The only detractor encountered was the mosquito population which I surmise may be exacerbated by the irrigation canal at the back of the property.

You are the best koa I have stayed at. The staff in very friendly and helped out when needed the facilities were very nice and clean. The tent sites especially T-2 was amazing and very roomy. I love how private the sites were too. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Close to the dunes was nice. The campground was tidy, the staff was friendly and it was nice and quiet. My only con was way too many text notifications while we were there from the office about food, quiet time, etc. I was trying to unplug and the office texted a lot.

Would have liked to have stayed another day. The showers at the bathhouse could have used some better hooks or benches, otherwise wonderful!

Der Camping wird mit viel Liebe und Arbeit geführt und bietet sehr viele extras gegenüber anderen Campingplätzen. Das einzige was etwas verbessert werden könnte ist die Anzahl der WC und Duschen.

We always have a great time at this KOA! Its location is ideal, they serve breakfast, pizza for dinner, have a great gift shop, and a new coffee shop. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We come here once a year and enjoy our stay every time!
