There were lots of things to do with the kids. We are empty nesters and did not have our grandchildren with us, so those things were not important to us.

First time campers here so had zero expectations. Clean, great line up of activities, and loads of outdoor games kept my 2 older boys (12&14) happy. Our self imposed screen free time meant for family fun as it was when I was a kid. And the boys are asking to camp again soon. We all loved it!

This is by far the most cleanest, KOA or any other campground I have ever stayed at. The lady that runs this place is great. The owners should feel very, very lucky to have someone like that taken care of their campground.

First the staff. They were so kind and so helpful, we had some not great temps the first two nights and a burn ban due to dryness. They offered us the propane heater and we rented it but the van got lifted and they came out and let us return it free of charge. Amazingly kind, they didn’t have to do that. The place was spotless. They kept the whole facility so clean. Was very happy with every

lots of fun things for kids to do, bathrooms and everything was clean. Friendly staff, only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I was really bothered by the fact that they made me turn off my CLOSED charcoal bbq because of a fire ban, but right across from my cabin another person had an OPEN fire charcoal bbq & same person who told me to turn mine off drove by him several times & said nothing

Very nice KOA located near the town of Alamosa and the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Very friendly staff and carry out food options were also great.

We had a great stay at this KOA. The site was level and all the hook ups worked great. It was close to town and reasonably close to the great Sand dunes national Park. The discount ticket to go to the CO Gator farm is an added benefit. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for all of our requests. While we did not try the café, the menu looked great and on our next visit, we will try it!

The staff were great and very helpful. The go carts were a blast for both the kids and adults. Showers and bathroom were clean. Easy to find. Great little store.

Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff, especially Garth & Heather. As we passed other campgrounds on our way into the national park, it was obvious that the KOA was the best choice if you’re going to the Great Sand Dunes. Convenient that they offered sand sled and board rentals at reasonable rate. Definitely worth for fun way to enjoy the dunes.

Greeted as I pulled in, checked-in in the driveway, escorted to site. Level sites. Very clean bathrooms. HOT showers! Quiet! Friendly/kind hosts & staff. Clean dog run area. Upkeep on campgrounds looks good too. Looks like adding on to facility. 1/2 hour to Great Sand Dunes Nat’l Park which was most convenient!

We had a wonderful stay at the Alamosa KOA. The staff were friendly and helpful, the grounds were very well kept, the shower and laundry facilities were clean, the camp store had a great selection of supplies and the location was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Der Camping wird mit viel Liebe und Arbeit geführt und bietet sehr viele extras gegenüber anderen Campingplätzen. Das einzige was etwas verbessert werden könnte ist die Anzahl der WC und Duschen.

We always have a great time at this KOA! Its location is ideal, they serve breakfast, pizza for dinner, have a great gift shop, and a new coffee shop. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We come here once a year and enjoy our stay every time!
