We had a great time, everyone there was awesome, the small touches like delivery of firewood and pizza, made our stay extra special. It was nice to have lots of comforts of home like hot showers, electric in the cabin, and water in the restrooms. Thanks so much!

This was our home base while we explored the National Park. We had a patio site which was huge, flat, and had good satellite exposure. The people in the office were great and it looks like a good place to bring kids. Our only negative observation is that the landscape is very weedy, some with stickers which are not good for our pups.

Stayed 5/31-6/2; site 53. The campground was fine and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the pancake breakfast on Sunday; wish more campgrounds would offer this. However, on our specific site, if the morning sun is shining, the reflection from the solar panels to our rig was blinding. You might want do something about this. Otherwise, all good.

We stayed in a tent site. It was fantastic. The sites are on grass and have deep fire pit holes to build a fire in. There was plenty of shade during the day as well. The pool was fantastic and my little loved the playground. Their fudge in the shop was amazing as well. Not a huge issue but be aware the dishwashing station had only cold water. Which made it hard to clean off bacon grease.

Always a great time at this KOA. Owners are fantastic and do their absolute best to make our stay amazing. Our kids play for HOURS on the playground. It’s quiet and the star gazing at night is beautiful. Close proximity to the sand dunes and other fun things in the area. You won’t regret your stay at the alamosa KOA!!

A clean, well-kept facility close to Great Sand Dunes National Park. This was a busy park during our stay, but the staff stayed on top of it all, with smiles on their faces the entire time. Everything; laundry, showers, hookups, etc., worked well, and the gift shop is nicely stocked (they have fudge!). Pizza and firewood are delivered to your site, which is a welcome perk. We will stay here again!

Alamosa KOA is awesome place to camp with kids and family. Swimming pool is the key thing I liked because our kids played a lot in the pool. I would definitely book this KOA again.

This KOA is well staffed with friendly, competent folks. We had some problems and they were so helpful. All the facilities are top notch. If you have kids, this KOA is one step below a theme park!!

We loved all the fun things to do at this KOA. Staff was very friendly and the facilities were maintained well. My only complaint is that the beds in our cabin were not very comfortable- the mattresses squished down as soon as you laid on them and it felt like you were laying on the plywood underneath

Very nice people site was nice. But turning into park we were almost killed by a truck. It is a narrow 2 lane road with no turn lane to make left hand turn into park. As we were waiting to turn a truck came up from behind us and did not slow up. He whipped around us and barely made it safely past us. Too scary. I know it’s probably too expensive to remedy the situation, but..

The park was well-kept and had a lot of fun activities for the kids to enjoy! They loved the pool, the playground, the games, the pedal carts, and the stargazing deck! �ϋ� We stayed in a dry cabin. Loved the quality outdoor furniture (table and chairs). Highly recommend! We can't wait to go back!

We had a great time at the Almosa KOA. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the ice cream social and playing with baby goats. Great experience and we’d definitely go back.

Showers, bathrooms and laundry were super clean and the kids around us seemed to be having a great time! A Mountain View campsite with no shade and the electric hook-up on the east made it difficult to sit outside in the afternoon. Next time I’ll request a different site with shade or the electric hook-up on the west side.

Der Camping wird mit viel Liebe und Arbeit geführt und bietet sehr viele extras gegenüber anderen Campingplätzen. Das einzige was etwas verbessert werden könnte ist die Anzahl der WC und Duschen.

We always have a great time at this KOA! Its location is ideal, they serve breakfast, pizza for dinner, have a great gift shop, and a new coffee shop. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We come here once a year and enjoy our stay every time!
