Welcome to the Children's Art & Literacy Festival The Abilene Cultural Affairs Council is proud to host the CALF, a beloved summer tradition since 2012. The festival draws people from all over Texas and beyond. It's an opportunity to showcase our arts groups, beautiful historic downtown and to promote art and literacy. The theme each year is inspired by the summer artist on exhibit at the National Center for Children's Illustrated Literature, also located in downtown Abilene.
That doesn't mean this area has to always be empty. When you start reviewing camping options, your history will display here to help compare sites and find the best stay. You will be able to share your stay information with friends or family and save it for a later time if you have a KOA.com Account.
