It was wonderful. The campground is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful and it’s quiet and lovely. I would definitely stay at this campground again. I didn’t want to leave when our time was up. They even upgraded our site when we arrived- for no extra charge. Super place.

We enjoyed it! It was our first time there, will definitely come back. Only downfall, if Campground was full, water pressure would have been even worse. We didn’t have good water pressure. Other than that. We had fun!

We had a problem with the electric hook-up but as soon as I called the office they sent someone to our site, as it was an issue that would require the electrician they immediately move us to a deluxe site at no extra charge. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We have stayed here a number of times over the years as we passed through and always had good experiences. The park is well kept and clean.

There were no activities the way KOA typically does, the pool wasn't operational, and the staff was nearly non-existent. My understanding is that this is new owners / management and things take time, but we were not informed of these things prior to arrival. Also, less in their control, but the mosquitos were terrible.

Prior to our arrival We got a call saying they were moving us because the sewer was blocked (we had not picked our site so we just shrugged and said ok) . 2nd day there we had a geyser dumping grey tank! And it wasn't just grwy water in that sewer line! They had put us in the blocked sewer site! What a mess! NOW THEY HAD NO FHU SITE EXCEPT ALONG THE HIGHWAY, TIGHT AGAINST BOTH SIDES.

This was a nice park. The bathrooms were always clean. The location is great. Restaurants are nearby. I walked to the lake every morning. I like the area. There was so much to do. I'd definitely come back. My only suggestion is that the store hours should be longer. Certain spots seriously flood. Thankfully, we were not in one of them.

Very friendly and most helpful staff. Restroom / shower facilities are extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of activities at the campground from the swimming pool, mini golf course, kid`s themed party`s at the pavilion, etc.

We had to leave a day early due to family emergency and let the office know as soon as we found out, which was basically 23 hours before your check in time which is 2:00. We told the office around 3:00 day before, however they would not give any sort of refund. I understand your policy, but this was beyond our control. Too bad your office wouldn’t work with us

It was very hot in the loft - Jessica went to Walmart and purchased two box fans (one for each cabin) to make the kids more comfortable for sleeping. That was ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected. The cabins were very nice. The public restrooms very clean. Many fun activities for the kids as well as the adults at the pavilion. One of the very best KOAs we've been to. The bugmobile was great.

The campground was nice but we had tent campers across from us smoking marijuana continually for 3 days. The area was in a stream where a lot kids play and gather. It was very sad that a family campground doesn’t see it necessary to address the issue. Also the store and pool closing at 7 is way too early in the summer.

Staff was welcoming and very friendly. We needed a site close to handicapped showers and they provided us with a great spot close to showers and laundry. Perfect for our one-night stay traveling west.

Wow! Beautiful campground, clean, quiet with lots of amenities. My only complaint would be that the sites are VERY close together and it was a tight fit with our 38 foot 5th wheel. It took some driving skills to navigate the winding, tree lined roads and back in to our site.

This was our first time here and we had a great experience. Staff was warm and friendly upon our cutting-it-close arrival (after 8 pm). We were escorted to our back-in site and asked if we needed assistance. The bathrooms were nice and kept extremely clean (thank you staff!). Pool was cold but we adjusted. Food delivery to campsite is a great offering! Gracious and well cared for KOA!

The location of the campground was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and all the facilities were kept very clean. The atmosphere of the campground was great; it's the type of place you could go with your family or your friends to have a fun, relaxing time.

Due to traffic we were going to arrive @ 9:20pm. Called over 3 hrs ahead to advise of late arrival. Denied late arrival, claimed insurance would not permit entry w/o escort. Watched at least 2 trailers setup w/o an escort during our stay and no one needed an escort to leave. Bathrooms were not clean. Done with staying at KOA’s

The amenities were nice. Tent sites are hilly and have large drop offs. Took several hours to find a decent site. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Lots of curvy roads. Very tight to get into. Staff gave me wrong directions to campsite. Finally got there, Sewer hook up was on the wrong side of trailer, I was still able to hook up. Park is very wooded and restroom showers were amazing. Indoor pool with hot tub was very nice.

Got put at the smallest spot with no fire ring at first, had to call and ask to move over one so we actually had room. Staff unfriendly and not helpful at all, map hard to navigate especially when that’s all that’s given. Other campers were really nice but staff were cold and unhelpful. One even complained I was interrupted her ice cream break at check in. Overall not a great time.

Very happy with this KOA, very well maintained and clean. Utility hook ups were in good working condition. We have older kids (Teens) they would have liked a deeper pool but was very nice to soak and relax in. Most of the camp was in the shad even the pool which was nice. Very Happy with this KOA

Staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. The extra cost for required life jackets for the swimming lake and inflatables seemed like something that should have been included in the cost of the stay. The descriptions of the glamping cabins we stayed in were different but both cabins were set up the same, so seems like the website descriptions need updated to more accurately reflect the cabins.

Ok place to stay. Smaller KOA. Was in the area for a few days for a family function. Asked to leave my camper plugged in after the 11am check out time while we went to say our good byes to family. Only needed electricity to run the fridge for a couple hours. They would have charged me $45. Totally ridiculous! I have plugged my camper in at other campgrounds for $5 and $8 for an entire day.

We absolutely love staying at this KOA. It is so clean and the staff is so friendly! On Saturdays during the summer months they have lots of fun activities for all ages. Wish I could think of the name of the activity director. He made it so special. We have already booked another stay. Highly recommend. Love that all the sites are full hookups. This was our first time here and wow we loved it! Out 2yr old grandson really enjoyed the bounce pad. I had an awning issue when I was preparing to leave. Bob and Dave that worked there stopped by and helped me get it secure for the ride home. Needless to say, I already booked our next stay there. Communication was poor and we did not get the site we were promised in January. They said we could have DP11 since we had a camper and several tents that would pay for the 2nd site. Never were we told it was a buddy site until we arrived. I believe we should have been compensated for the change in sites.. Lots of things are falling apart in the park. The pools was littered with tiny bugs.

It was an enjoyable stay, however, the pool hours need to start earlier, possibly as adult only… The conditioner dispenser in C4 looked like it had never been cleaned and was so goopy that nothing would come out. Even before we arrived, I always had a positive experience with the communication with our hosts. Upon arrival, the great hospitality continued. Our cabin was beautiful and perfectly clean. The grounds were tidy and well-maintained. I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the amenities, but we will definitely be back and hopefully stay in the same cabin. Wished there was a little more information on the yurts. We were told to bring linens but didnt specify size of beds. If your planning a romantic weekend the sleeping arrangements were not it. Additionally, we both have cpaps and the side that the bed was on there were no outlets.

This is what my Niece and I call our home away from home. We had such wonderful and relaxing weekend. The weather was perfect. The pool temperature was great for swimming, we enjoyed a fire at our campsite both nights. The campground is always clean, and well maintained, the Staff is always kind and courteous, and the amenities, and activities they have are awesome. We can't wait for July!!!!

We had a great time. Cabin was very simple and so cute. Since it didn't have a bathroom, we were so extremely happy that the restroom and showers were right across from the cabin.

We paid for a signature patio site. We were put on 600. It was so busy by the road that we couldn’t enjoy the amenities. The blackstone grill was disgustingly dirty. We did enjoy the fishing lake.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Office/store closes a little early for me. Site although a pull through was near level. Auto level system could not level in auto. Used manual to level fairly close. Door side wheels were three inches off the ground and front jacks fully retracted. Not a good site.

I made our reservation 2 months in advance and paid the deposit. We arrived at 3:30pm and got put in an overgrown loose gravel and extremely undeveloped site..It was so far away from everything-we were miserable and will never return.

The grounds and pool were very clean, with friendly staff working throughout the park. Our only complaint was about helmetless youngsters zipping down the road with reckless abandon on electric minibikes - nearly hitting our dog and us. This is an "irresponsible parent" issue, not a KOA issue. Thank you for the nice stay!

Very nice site, friendly staff. The only thing not to satisfaction is the bathrooms were not really very clean, muddyish water on the floor. Shower heads were missing? Or very strange.

Was nice stay. Main reason I booked Sunbury was for lake and fishing. The lake needs some attention for algae growth and would be great if it was deeper. The rest of the park was great and well maintained. Great for a family get together plenty for kids to do.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The staff was amazing. The side of the park we were on lost water the evening of the 2nd night. Despite their best efforts, they were unable to restore water. The staff made accommodations that were great for those of us that were affected. I can't give them more praise for their efforts. It made a bad situation (and in reality, not that bad) still a great weekend

One of our favorite locations and has been one of our favorite campgrounds. The place has gone downhill the past couple of years. Overgrown grass, not enough staff to answer questions, no chairs at the pool, no after hours support when issues arise. Would love to see this place get back to the way it used to be. Way too expensive for unkept sites.
