I forgot to enter my promotional code from my renewal notification; can I still receive the points?

Yes, if your promotional code has not expired, we will be happy to assist you with getting your points applied to your account. Email us at [email protected] with your KOA Rewards number, your contact information, and the promotional code you received. One of our Camper Service Representatives will add in the points and send you a confirmation email with your updated current point total.
