I just renewed, why did I receive another notice?

To ensure you do not lose your points and benefits, we send reminders by email and direct mail. If the email has not been opened or a renewal form returned before the next batch is queued up, there may be an overlap.

A quick check to see if we have received your renewal is to log into your Value Kard Rewards portal by clicking Value Kard Rewards portal. Here you will be able to check the expiration date.
