Clean facilities and quiet location. One of the cleanest bathroom facilities we have had at a campground. We arrived after hours and our reservation info was posted for us and clearly indicated where we needed to go. Staff in front office/store was friendly and helpful.

The campground was clean. The staff are very friendly. The only thing that was a negative is the toilets tend to get clogged easily, but I know they’re working on that for fixing.

Garbage was overflowing and could be smelled throughout campground. People renting another sight were driving around their 3 wheeler and dirt bikes late at night into other people's campsites. Dogs were barking left outside all day disrupting other campers and campground supervisors drove their golf cart by saying nothing.

Tent sites are a long way from the bathrooms/showers, there is no easy path to walk to them, you either walk a long ways down and back on the dirt road or through knee high grass with tons of bugs. There also appear to be no quiet hours there as several campsites were very loud well past midnight. Location was decent but I wouldn’t stay more than a day with my rooftop tent.

Plumbing needs to be updated. Lots of times the toilets were clogged or not flushing well. The main driveway around the camp is just dirt. Would be nice to have it paved for easier biking for little kids and less dust flying around. Nice koa workers and in a great location. Nice pool area.

I stayed for riverboat days. Very convenient. Extremely quiet. Staff friendly and accommodating. Will be back next week.

The Yankton/Missouri River KOA has clean restrooms and camping grounds. I was greeted well upon arriving to check-in. It is near the town of Yankton for the services that would be needed.

Amazing location. Office was easy to find, clean and had basic essentials for purchase. Staff was very friendly. Our site was very nice. We had an electric tent site for our pop up. The site was level with a gravel pad, fire pit and most important trees for shade. We were also close to the pool, playground and bathroom facilities. We would Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place to stay. Everyone is quite pleasant and one of the cleanest KOAs I have stayed at. I’ve been in a number of KIA’s thru our country. One of the best.

We stayed in a tent. I have never seen so many ants they were all over the site. They close the pool at 8:00pm which was a bummer since the temperature was in the upper 90’s. The bathrooms were nice and clean

This is our second time staying at Yankton KOA. We overall enjoyed both stays at Yankton KOA. One thing we love about staying at KOA is the cleanliness and nice amenities. During this particular stay the staff and several patrons were not as friendly/respectful as previous stays. We partial attributed this to it being a holiday weekend, so we will maybe try another weekend next time.

The facility and amenities are fantastic. The staff we dealt with absolutely not. Our reservation was flipped with another and the card on my reservation wasn't even mine. When I canceled the last night it went to someone else. Our tents had flooded due to a bad storm so we were only able to stay one of the four nights. Son bought some candy in the shop it was super hard the expiration by 3 years.

Staff courteous and friendly. Pool was closed. No paved roads so be prepared for lots of dust (or mud if it rains). Proximity to the highway results in lots of traffic noise first thing in the morning. Conveniently located to downtown Yankton, but don’t recommend tent camping here.

I guess that we should have left you in a basic tent site in the back field, instead of giving you a free upgrade that included electric and was closer to the restrooms and showers.

No TV in camping cabin. Husband was disappointed about that. Otherwise stay was good

There is no reason for him to have expected the camping cabins to have a tv. You made that reservation on line where there are several pictures of the cabin's interior for your viewing pleasure. No pictures of a TV though.

The water that flows into the camper smells terrible. I was very appreciative of the clean bathrooms, showers and warm water. The pool is beautiful and clean. Very nice and accommodating staff. Very well kept campground.

The campground was very clean and served our purpose for a cheap night stay. We were a little disappointed that the pool and jump pillow closed at 8.

Our "premium" tent site was terrible. Basically a tiny grass triangle where a spot was created. 2 piles of dog crap that we had to clean up when we got there, a fire ring you couldn't cook on, kids running thru non stop to the playground. Other campers up partying until 2am. Staff definately favors certain campers/friends/family whatever they were.

I had a great motorcycle tent camping experience here in September 2010 when the campground was brand new and over the years it's only gotten better. Honest, fair and helpful.

It’s always a pleasure to stay here! Our family loves the pool and bounce pillow and the bathrooms are always clean. It’s a favorite when we come to the area for archery.

Awesome campground! If you're looking for a spot in Yankton, give the KOA a try. The park is clean, the pool is awesome, the playground and jumping pillow were fun for the kids, and they also have a tractor train ride. The store inside is well stocked with supplies and they'll bring you ice or fire wood to your site. Very clean park and the new owners are nice and helpful. 5 stars! Thank you for the hospitality! We'll be back!

This campground is top notch, AMAZING!!! So many things to do. Everything is clean and kept up. Amazing pressure in the awesome showers. The pool was warm and clean. Camping spots are nice and spacious. The full hookups are wonderful. SUPER AMAZING PEOPLE that run it!! Cannot even explain how amazing this place was. We will definitely be back!!
