The only part we didn't like was that there were trees blocking our satellite tv. It didn't matter where we placed it it was blocked from the many trees. Otherwise it's a great place. Friendly people, clean, and quiet.

Campground was very clean, and our kids loved it! The pool bottom was a bit rough, so I'd suggest water shoes.

Like a beacon in the night after driving 600 miles.We called just a few miles out and well after closing time and they said they had 2 open spots and he would go back down to the office and open up for us.very reasonable rate and clean quiet campground, thanks

Staff was friendly, park was large, was a quick overnight stay. Was not able to use any amenities due to late arrival.

Best KOA I stayed at so far. Check-in was easy and staff was super friendly. Stay was quiet and had a cute dog park and pool and bathroom and showers were super clean! Loved it!

First night of a 2 week family vacation. This campground met all our expectations for an overnight stay. Easy check-in, level shaded site, clean restrooms and reasonably priced. We will definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Lovely park, helpful attentive staff. The spots are nice and wide. Everything was clean, mowed and maintained. It was quiet and peaceful. Yankton is a very friendly, clean and charming town as well.

Excellent location to rest up for our journey West. Really enjoyed your close proximity to a yarn shop, so I could get started on my new project. River's Edge restaurant nearby was a fine treat.

Very friendly staff and people. The only thing bad I could say about it is the grass is really dry and brown.

My wife and I were extended stay campers at this campground. Don was an incredible Host and extremely helpful in assisting us in adjusting to a full time camping lifestyle. The grounds were well maintained in the Summer and roads cleared of snow in the Winter. One of our reasons of choosing the Yankton KOA location was it was one of the few campgrounds in South Dakota open all year round.

Nice place! Stayed for 1 night for a softball tournament. They were very accommodating to us on coming in early and leaving late. The girls even got in a little swim in the pool.

Loved the amenities such as full hookups and a pool as well as free wifi. Campground was clean. Staff were friendly. Loved the cleaning ladies! They were just the sweetest! We did not appreciate the mower getting fired up everyday at 8am or before. We stayed M-F so guessing it was because it was during the week since they waited until after 9am on Friday. Would come back if we go to Yankton.

Seemed clean, was pleasant. Location was fine. Fresh gravel was being brought in the day we were leaving. We didn’t have time to check out the pool. We are used to recycling bins, perhaps South Dakota doesn’t recycle. I would’ve liked to have seen something other than garbage dumpsters

Awesome campground! If you're looking for a spot in Yankton, give the KOA a try. The park is clean, the pool is awesome, the playground and jumping pillow were fun for the kids, and they also have a tractor train ride. The store inside is well stocked with supplies and they'll bring you ice or fire wood to your site. Very clean park and the new owners are nice and helpful. 5 stars! Thank you for the hospitality! We'll be back!

This campground is top notch, AMAZING!!! So many things to do. Everything is clean and kept up. Amazing pressure in the awesome showers. The pool was warm and clean. Camping spots are nice and spacious. The full hookups are wonderful. SUPER AMAZING PEOPLE that run it!! Cannot even explain how amazing this place was. We will definitely be back!!
