We’ve stayed here several times. Each time it seems like it is getting worse or neglected. This time our site was among campers that looked to be seasonal, and the campers themselves and the lots poorly maintained. A little disappointed.

Super nice site to stay. There is only one thing that I think needs to be fixed. It rained about 3 inches and our camper was sitting in mud. The pads need more gravel on them. Other wise we had a very nice stay.

I don't understand why there are no coin changers in the laundry. Seems like it would be an easy fix. If you need to do laundry, please bring your own coins because there is no access to coins after the office is closed. Otherwise, a good location and easy access.

Booked online and used $50 KOA rewards points for a two night stay. When checking in the guy in the office told me he would not have allowed me to use the rewards points because I was basically staying one night for free and he doesn’t make any money that way. Sorry, I thought all KOAs had some type of agreement as to the rewards points. Nice campground, but I will not return again.

The Campground was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. We will definitely stay there again when we pass through.

Sites were spacious with plenty of room on the sides. Did not use the amenities so can’t speak to that but it looked like the pool was very popular. Yankton in general is not a hot tourist spot unless you are fishing. You can’t walk to the river from this campground because it’s surrounded by an Archery academy. Big complaint was how dusty the camp was with dirt roads. Good overnight

This is a Great place to meet up with family. We went swimming, jumped on the pillow, grilled out, and enjoyed the fire pit.

Garbage was overflowing and could be smelled throughout campground. People renting another sight were driving around their 3 wheeler and dirt bikes late at night into other people's campsites. Dogs were barking left outside all day disrupting other campers and campground supervisors drove their golf cart by saying nothing.

Had our grandson gradation party at koa had a lot of people show up. We had a great time and excellent help from Don the manager would highly recommend koa to people

Tent sites are a long way from the bathrooms/showers, there is no easy path to walk to them, you either walk a long ways down and back on the dirt road or through knee high grass with tons of bugs. There also appear to be no quiet hours there as several campsites were very loud well past midnight. Location was decent but I wouldn’t stay more than a day with my rooftop tent.

Got in late, Igor plugged in and enjoyed the mourning doves! Was very clean & nice. Definitely would recommend and stay again!! Staff was very nice!

I couldn’t get the cable connected to my tv. It’s way overpriced for what you get. I had major trouble opening the sewer plug from the ground.

Great place. We had space #40 had a nice big patio with a nice picnic table and fire pit. Trees and grassy area across the road.

Site sizes/amenities and campground folks are excellent. However, a bit of gravel instead of dirt/mud on sites/roads would be great. Don't let the latter comment deter you from going to this KOA....It's a great place!

The grass needed to be mowed, but with all the rain we could understand why it wasn't. Otherwise it was great.

A perfect place to break-in a brand new camper, close to home. The campground was in pretty good shape for spring (May 10 & 11), and the bathhouse was maintained quite well. We had 2 problems: the cable tv box didn't work, and with heavy rain came a huge puddle right where our rear entry door was. Nice staff, reasonable rates.

Although relatively close to the rail line, we found plenty of peace and quiet. The bathrooms were clean and functional, and sites quite spacious. This KOA is in need of upkeep. Gravel roads are rutted with lots of mud showing. The same is true of the sites. Shade is hard to come by - more trees would also improve its appearance.

I always love coming here! I come here every summer. It's 2 hours from my home. And it is the perfect place to go when you just want a weekend alone. Or a place to take the kiddos. The owners are so friendly and always make sure that your stay is pleasant. They always make sure everything is good.

This is a basic KOA. Unfortunately the weather has made it a muddy mess. Time to add some gravel to your roadways.

We stayed at this Campground on the way to visit Mt Rushmore. We had a fantastic time while we were there even though the weather was mostly bad lol. This is a very nice place to camp. Donald was very very nice. We would love to stay there again sometime again.

It worked for us and our big rig but it was a stop along the way for us. A little pricey but mgr was very nice.

Awesome campground! If you're looking for a spot in Yankton, give the KOA a try. The park is clean, the pool is awesome, the playground and jumping pillow were fun for the kids, and they also have a tractor train ride. The store inside is well stocked with supplies and they'll bring you ice or fire wood to your site. Very clean park and the new owners are nice and helpful. 5 stars! Thank you for the hospitality! We'll be back!

This campground is top notch, AMAZING!!! So many things to do. Everything is clean and kept up. Amazing pressure in the awesome showers. The pool was warm and clean. Camping spots are nice and spacious. The full hookups are wonderful. SUPER AMAZING PEOPLE that run it!! Cannot even explain how amazing this place was. We will definitely be back!!
