It was clean and the sign said under new ownership. They still have a way to go to get to what I consider the KOA standard, but I believe they will get there.

Management was super helpful and attentive to needs. Facilities were well kept and clean. Beautiful trees on many sites. Camping site hookups worked well. Many parks and walking paths nearby. We are going back!!

Family reunion held annually at this KOA. They never disappoint. Great campground management and customer service. Facilities very clean.

We are so pleased with our site, the friendly people and the high quality, accessible wifi. We were in Yankton to visit our friends and staying at this KOA made the entire visit so much easier. I know this sounds simplistic, but it is the ease and quality of these full-hookup requirements that make a stay trouble-free so a person can concentrate on the social aspects.

Only stayed one night but. They were friendly and very helpful. The grounds were well maintained and level. Will stay again when we come back this way.

We stayed for 4 days/3nights and had a great time. Pool has been renovated and water was clean and warm. Kids played almost all day in pool which gave us some relaxing time ! Nights are quiet and we enjoyed sitting around the campfire and if you look up you can see the stars which you don't see in the city. Staff/owners are very nice and so were our neighbors. Its just a nice time here to relax

We stayed at this KOA for 4 days! It is a nice, clean and quiet RV park. The pool was amazing, restrooms and laundry very nice! It is under new management and they were very accommodating and nice! Will definitely stay there again and we highly recommend!

Loved actually having enough towels for the 6 of us that stayed in the cabin. Liked how sharp the knives and scissors were. Staff was nice and friendly.

Great improvement in the park over our last visit in 2025. The park has been cleaned up and new patios have been added. It was nice arriving and being meet by the owners of the park. We can tell the new owners value their customers and strive to make this park as nice as possible.

One of the cleanest and well-maintained KOA's that we have stayed at. We have been staying at this KOA once a year for the last several years. The campground is under new ownership and the new improvements have been wonderful. We enjoyed the updates to the camping lodges and the heated pool. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

It is a nice and family friendly campground. Plenty to do with a play ground, basketball court, jumping pad, heated swimming pool, a covered gathering area with grill and a dog park. There are plenty of trees to give shade and windbreak. The bathrooms and showers are nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay here and have been here multiple times. Thank you.

Nice, clean campground. Friendly, helpful host. Campsites are not too close to each other. Beautiful new pool. Right on the edge of Yankton, so we could easily ride our tandem bicycle into and all around town. Highly recommend

I would have recommended but memorial weekend and the pool isnt ready to go. The campsite was a mess with weeds we considered going to get out mower from home!Still i did not complain i could manage all that but Sunday at 11we were all checked out hanging out at the very cold pool when the owner litterally came n told us to leave. There were 2 other families that check out at 11 but we kicked out

Thank you for your feedback. We wish you had let us know about your tent site during your stay as we would have fixed it asap. The pool was open for the weekend, though a delayed heater part prevented the new heater from operating until Tuesday. Our 11:00 AM checkout applies to all guests.

The owners were still getting ready for the season but they allowed us to stay with them. It is a beautiful RV Park with lots of trees and room. Very quiet and peaceful. We will be back.

1st time camping in Yankton and I was greeted by the owners who were very friendly. From there I made camp and found it to be peaceful and my daughter loved the playground! Campsites were spacious and clean. Best part was how quiet it was at night. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

We were about to give up on the Yankton KOA because it had turned into a low rent trailer park. Now with young new owners who will be living on site the place is cleaned up and the junk trailers moved out. We will look forward to staying here now.

We stayed for the summer while doing over the road work. Staff are very kind and friendly! They kept the grounds clean and inviting the whole summer. We enjoyed our stay!

We are 2 days into our 4 day stay. LOVE IT. Owners are very nice and very involved. This is exactly what I need from a KOA and more. SUPER CLEAN BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS!!! We were towing a trailer behind our RV and they let me park it in their over flow area. We don't have kiddos with us but the playground is really nice, pool is very clean. We have a good sized rig and no issues getting off the highway and plenty of room to get in and out of sites. Thanks so much for having us!!

This was our second visit to the campground. The ownership has changed since our visit in May of 25. Great improvements have been made. The entire park has been cleaned up. During the check-in the owner meet us and welcomed us back. The new owners have taking great pride in their new business. After talking with the new owners they have some great plans to improve the park. This is a KOA we will return too.
