We were in winnipeg installing a playground in west st paul and as a cost friendly alternative we stayed at the koa just outside of headingly MB. The manager was a friendly fellow who strived to meet our needs and I would recommend staying here either for vacations or in our case work related accommodations. The location is well maintained and upholds the KOA standard of excellence. KOA our go to.

Right by the highway so it was loud. If you want a warmer shower you have to pay. Owner was friendly and accommodating

We like staying at Winnipeg West KOA because it's close to where we like to be in the city. This weekend the campground itself was not very busy and that was fine with us. The traffic noise from the highway can be pretty loud but it didn't disturb us too much. The reservation and check-in processes were smooth and easy and we enjoy the hospitality of our hosts. Thanks for another pleasant stay.

t was the noisiest KOA I've ever stayed at. The Trans Canada highway noise was bad enough; I understand they wanted to expand the levee, but if you're going to run dump trucks throughout the day to dump dirt they really should give a discount on the rate. The truck noise was irritating, and the leaf blowing seemed like a waste of time as well as being noisy. Removing the trash cans was not good.

Level parking. Lots of trees. Small laundry came in handy after a long trip. Nice store that is well stocked and not quite as expensive as most KOA stores. Best price on gasoline of our trip. Owner was very nice. Will stop here again on future trips/

We stayed 1 night. Just passing thru. This KOA is right beside the Trans Canada highway. So all you hear all night is the trucks passing by. I was not untill I put earplugs in that i was able to get any sleep. Will pass on this on this KOA when were going home.

Located directly beside highway. We stayed 3 nights, staff was friendly but when we arrived there was approximately 6 others in the park, and we were assigned a site someone was already on staff apparently was unaware, we were moved to another spot and staff got annoyed with us? Wifi worked for half a day, then never worked again, very very noisy highway noise and construction on park.

This KOA feels more like a gas station first and a campground second. Although the proximity to the Trans-Canada Highway is convenient, I did not feel comfortable with the lack of separation between camping facilities and gas station ones - I switched to staying in a hotel to feel more secure as a solo female traveller. Limited cell service and loud traffic noise. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Convenient location. Grounds were clean, but the waste bins needed to be emptied as they were overflowing. Pool was ice cold. Highway is close by and very noisy. Gas station with propane and a convenience store on site was a huge plus.

Neat and clean... We LIKE KOA because of their dog park. Dog park didn't have any doggie poop bags. Needed to ask for some.

Very friendly, clean. Noise from the highway and what looked like a long term visitor in a burgundy colored Mitsubishi car speeding through the site, when exiting and arriving were the only issues, otherwise a great stay!

A great overnight stay in a most clean and spacious site. Staff very kind and courteous, and very polite, and always smiling! Thank you so much for your great hospitality! Will definitely recommend!!

Nina was a wonderful hostess.. very informative and helpful. Due to her information, I did buy a KOA membership!! The campground was tidy and welcoming. The only down side is the close proximity to TransCanada.. it is convenient to pull off to plus bonus to have the Esso station to fill up at but the odd road noise at night was a disturbance. But overall, I would stay here again!!

Not the quality usually found in most KOA sites. Site was a bit cramped even for our little trailer. Very noisy with truck traffic. Showers were tiny with only lukewarm water as an option.

Conviently located along the highway with swimming pool, clean showers, flushing toilets, gas station, a store and amazing hospitality by the owners Amit and Nita, great recommendations where to go and what to do in Winnipeg. They sure know their city! (5 star concierge). I can just imagine how nice it would be when the planned cabins along the river are built. We will be back for sure!

First let me say Amit and Nita are very friendly and accommodating. Nice people and helpful. The road down to the sites is a bit narrow and sketchy. The dog park was so yucky we decided not to use it. It’s very dusty but the site was level and clean except for a small pile of dog doo. All in all it was a neeeded and welcomed overnight stop on our way to Regina.

Expensive, but you couldn't ask for a better hookup situation. Very easy to get in and out of. Staff are super friendly. Easy access right off the highway (you do hear the highway at night).

Our first time was beginning summer. We went back 2 more times for week both times. Took our family out the last time . The bathroom and showers are kept very clean we loved it. Will be going back alot more next year. Thank you Management you are wonderful people
