Very clean, easy in and out for big rigs, spacious lots. Friendly staff. Gas station very convenient. Next to highway so noisy during the day but quiet at night.

Great campground, very friendly staff. Traffic is very loud! Maybe a sound barrier fence…lol. We WOULD stay there again!

Traffic noise was horrendous, people staying there were sketchy, ie one behind us left a pile of garbage and left in the middle of the night, people beside us left their dogs in their trailer and left, windows were opened and every time we let our dogs out they barked. Amenities 2 washer/dryers not near enough for campground. Money needs to be spent to get it up to snuff. Wouldn't recommend.

Nous y avons séjourné 2 fois en quelques années. Première fois, le camping était remplis de campeurs qui s’arrêtaient pour une nuit ou deux! Ambiance agréable malgré le bruits de l’autoroute! Cette fois-ci, le camping est rempli de travailleurs qui étaient bruyants, intimidants. Nous n’y étions pas du tout à l’aise. Je n’y retournerai pas!

Great place for a stop over. A lot of highway noise so it has its challenges for a restful night sleep. Owners were great. Washrooms and showers were very clean.

Very noisy from the highway, site was uneven and priced too high. I sent an email stating we would be arriving around 9pm and had two calls within 10i mins of each other on the day of arrival (8pm) wondering where we were, my direct email obviously wasn’t acknowledged.

Very very loud! Highway traffic is crazy !Nice staff but never again unless desperate. This is a sleep only place unless you need to be here for work or family.

Sites are so close to one another! The price is outrageous $68! Very noisy as it's right beside the highway! One garbage can for the whole campground! It's worth about $30 a night! I don't think I'll stay in a KOA again!! �

Campground is in okay shape but located basically in the ditch of the Trans Canada - might as well camp on the shoulder of the road for all the noise. My fifth wheel was literally shaking from the heavy truck traffic.

It’s a good one night stop. Hosts were pleasant and the campground was clean. Its location makes it a better transient stay than a destination.

We spent 2 nights on our return home to Ontario. The Campground was clean with nice showers and friendly staff. It is right next to the Trans Canada which was great except for the noise of the heavy traffic. It was nice to see that they were constantly working to increase the number of sites but the trucks started before 6am.

This is not to be posted on line. This is so that KOA can right the ship before things degrade further…. Very loud no matter which site… Seasonal campers deteriorate the experience further more… Their maintenance guy was blasting music and drinking beer while painting…. We are proud of our RV and do normally prefer KOAs but definitely not this one again….

Good spot to stop - weather was lousy so we didn’t get to enjoy the River. Site was clean, treed and easy to access. Highway is a bit close, but not too bad.

Sites were long and wide.washrooms clean and modern..recycle good.Good for 1 night stay.But traffic noise and bridge expansion joint we’re too loud .I stayed for three nights and did not get a good nights sleep which is important when camping. Cannot imagine sitting around rv for any prolonged period

The best thing about the Winnipeg West ��OA is its location being very close to the city, handy for visiting family and tourist attractions. It is a little noisy being right beside the TransCanada hwy. Family run business, very friendly and accommodating! Always working on improvements. Comfort station kept clean.

Disappointed in the site.. was told that l needed a larger site when we arrived for my rv because of the length of my trailer(30ft) with an increase in cost where the original site l booked would of been fine for my trailer and also charged another fee to stay 30 mins longer than checkout..$10.00..not very fair.. won’t be booking at this KOA in the future..

Rates at KOA are higher than other campgrounds - most I stopped at were great - this one I found not clean- the camp fire pit was full of garbage and other than an ok spot to park - not much to offer. Very noisy but that’s because of being too close to highway. Will probably look for other campgrounds in this area next time.

KOA Winnipeg is fantastic. The couple running it is super nice and the lady who cleans does an outstanding job. 5 stars for sure and will be the only campground I will stay at when I go to Winnipeg

This is a smallish KOA along the highway, so of course traffic is a background sound, but so are the plethora of bird songs. This was our second time staying here. Facilities are excellent, clean and well maintained. Campsites are level, clean and well maintained. Two shower buildings clean and bright, hot water and pressure. Staff are friendly and attentive. A BIG PLUS: if you like authentic butter chicken, the owner will make a meal for take out. The meal was made fresh, was plentiful, delicious and included rice, a samosa and a huge spiced naan. All was wonderful.

We really enjoy our stay, bathrooms are very clean, the owner is very nice and always ready to help. The only problem is the noise from the highway but it didn't stop us to sleep well. It's only 20 min to Winnipeg city center.
