Easy access, piece of cake parking, reasonable rates. Perfect for our purposes, which was just a quick stop on a snowbird journey. Pull through was fine for my 42 ft 5th wheel.

Just OK. Unlevel sites, closely packed in. Only a place to stay if you need FHU's and are passing through.

Electric plug was bad. Call wasn't returned. Apparently owners don't bother to check messages after hours.

We had a great stay. We were able to upgrade to a beautiful patio site in the shade. Office staff was helpful and friendly. Did not use restrooms or laundry. Grounds need a bit of attention. Also tried to purchase propane - could not find the key.

Dry clean and well kept. Conveniently located to shopping and entertainment. We plan to stop again in the Spring.

I was really impressed with the after hours check in, the reusable laminated maps for the specific site was something I had not seen before. It was also helpful for a couple that did not have a reservation and needed an empty spot. Great idea!

The campground and its facilities are very well maintained and clean! Particularly the bathrooms and showers are in very good condition. The gentleman in the office was very welcoming and helpful upon check-in, and pleasant to talk with. Occasionally you could hear a distant train whistle and its cars on the tracks. It was a very nice background noise for sleeping.

Dog run could use some fill dirt..huge pit in the center. My little dog almost broke her leg. She is older and doesn't see well and it tripped her up. That's how I found it.

No internet connection for 2 days. Parked next to a huge black wall of a trailer which shouldn’t have been parked in this 30 amp area. Staff was great though.

This is a great KOA tucked away from the highway. Nice long big rig sites for our 42' 5th wheel. The laundry is somewhat pricey. Nice dog park. 2nd time staying there.

This could be a beautiful park except the attention to detail is sorely lacking. Restrooms are newer but not really clean, leaves and litter in front of front door( first impression)doggie trash can overflowing and bags on the ground, laundry area needs cleaning.

Dog park trash was never changed. We were there for 4 days. Showers were also never cleaned. Bathroom floors were dirty. Overall lack of supplies in the KOA store.

Cabin was smaller than I thought, but had everything it promised. Was clean for the most part except the fridge and coffee pots were straight up gross, fridge had goop on the shelves, coffee pot hadn't been cleaned and still had stuff in basket from last person. lucky me I brought my own cleaners to fix this, but for close to same price as hotel for night it should have been cleaned.

Very peaceful place. Just a one night stay for grandson away football game. This KOA does need to do some tree trimming. We caught low branches in between cabin and our Spot 15, as did every RV that we saw go by.

Our usual stop when traveling to and from the Midwest. Was a little concerned that three of the six shower stalls were out of order. Did not have a problem, but this lack of maintenance in that area may spread to other areas, like cleaning and sanitizing the restrooms and showers.

Quiet. We could hear trains in the distant background which we liked. Good dog park. Good late arrival method of checking in and spot was clearly identified on a map with line drawn from where we were currently.

I was in #20 our power kept shutting off several times, I finally left off our a/c all night. I own a 2022 Thor Chateau, it is only a 30 amp hookup. I finally used my 50 to 30 converter and used the 50 amp plug. The power still went off. It did not trip any breakers outside or inside.

Our stay was great. The first time we stayed, we tried to follow the directions on our phone to get there. That was a disaster. It took us miles out of the way. When it told us that we were at our destination, we were in the middle of no where. Turned around in a farmer's yard. Went back (north) to Wellington for fuel and we asked about KOA, we were 1 1/2 miles west of the campground.

Nice park for a quick stay. Most sites are gravel but have 3 large concrete patio sites. All the basic amenities here to. Close to major train routes so do here them throughout 24x7.

We stayed here for 1 night as a stop over heading North. We wanted to stay 2 nights but nasty storms with large hail and tornadoes were predicted the next night so we elected only 1 night. Site #22 that we had was nice. Level and gravel and easy to get into. On the roads to maneuver inside the park there are lowing hanging branches in several areas that scraped the top and side of our RV a little bit. Site was just long enough for our 40' Class A rig with a 14' trailer and prius. Location of the pedstal, sewer and water was good. No one at the office when we checked in around 4p, but check in was a breeze with the book and receipts and a map of the campground. Overall it was good and what I expect from KOA for the price paid. The people at the park that night were noisy until around 12a-1a, which was annoying and many of them had campfires going until around that time. That was the only downside to the park.
