Appears to be all new gravel.The only problem encountered was that a previous camper must have spilled food grease off the edge of the picnic table. Our dog kept trying to eat the gravel. Finally covered it with a large rug. Also, the picnic tables sat right against the neighbors water hook up. Our water filter hung only inches from the neighbors picnic table.

Had an amazing trip. Beautiful site. Very helpful guest service. Professional. We had an issue with first site given went back and they were able to move our site couldn't of asked for a more beautiful site huge, level.

Grounds were well kept. Spots were clean and very pleasant. The pool was beautiful. I’d definitely stay here again!

great park and close to Indian ranch. Very clean. Only feedback is the sewer drain on pull though sites are too raised very hard to clear waste- it is elevated out of ground for some reason- never seen that before as waste cant travel up

The campground facilities are great. Check in was easy. A lot of the sites are on a hillside, and we tried three and they were all about 4 inches out of level side-to-side. Fresh gravel, sites drained well in the rain. This is the first year for them being a KOA; they were a family campground before. Biggest advantage is that it was REALLY QUIET!. Totally would stay here again.

Very nice people. Very accommodating. The campground is under construction and many sites are very uneven. You need a lot of blocks.

Very basic KOA. Our site was loose gravel and not very level. There was not much grass for the dogs. Campground didn’t seem well maintained, based on appearance of grounds we choose not to use any of the facilities. Not as good as a typical KOA.

Its a great campground. But they do not enforce quiet time. I was there sat the 20th of June and people were loud and smashing bottles with a bonfire going until 2 am. Would not have been to bad but they were across from me. No one ever came to shut them down

Our Stay was very brief as we arrived 1 day late. The host was wonderful and modified our reservation, The site is, as the name implies in a forested area, Our space 49 was level and wide, The facility was clean and well maintained,

Stayed in the lower suite....beautiful! All remodeled just beautiful! New owner are really working hard on this property.

Our first camping trip with our new camper, and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Rae and Kevin were great and and personable with us and we can't wait to stay again next month!

We stayed at the upstairs apartment that was perfectly appointed, clean and convenient, just what we needed to end our camping trip. The queen bed has soft sheets and was very comfy, The laundry facility that conveniently accepted credit cards.

We stayed in site C, very clean very nice The one down thing is is there's no place to have a fire pit, or a grill of any kind We did stay there with my grandchildren they were looking forward to playing on the playground, (which they did a little) however in the picture it shows a big plastic up-to-date playground with a slide and everything they were a little disappointed in that.

Lovely spot, though highway noise is distracting. Bathrooms have had recent makeover, but need benches or some type of seating in dressing rooms. Biggest inconvenience was not being given wifi or laundry room codes at checkin, resulting in a later departure than planned.

I stayed in the upstairs rental unit and it was wonderful! It was spacious, full of light and spotlessly clean. In addition, the bed was already made up with fresh linens and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The staff was outgoing, friendly and very helpful and the campground itself was very relaxing. I will definitely be booking there again.

Weeds need groomed. The RV spaces were undeveloped too the point that it was very difficult to level the unit.

Nice quiet campgrounds!! Good hosts who are working hard to keep this KOA in good shape with improvements along the way!

It appears many of the sites were newly made or had major work, but not complete. My site was on an angle, which many appeared to be. My table was over the berm. The sewer pipe was higher than my dump pipe. The road was tight with trees. Luckily I did was not towing. I understand the need for income, but would think a better customer experience could had by graded, completed sites. Won’t return.

This is a new KOA that should not have opened yet. Small, unlevel sites that was leveled by adding gravel which is not effective. Sewer dumps at sites are higher than my sewer outlet on my fiver. Office is not attended during business hours. Manager “watches” for people to come to office then comes over. Stagnant water pooled next to our site. Trees blocked our slides. We will not return.

We stayed at site 56 from May 7- May 12 2026. The entire stay was very pleasant. The campground staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The campground is close to Old Sturbridge Village and other local site seeing

Camp hosts were AWESOME!!!! The suite was clean, well stocked and beautiful. Overall, the campground was very clean, super quiet, very well maintained and expansive. My only complaint... the pool wasn't open, but it was being opened. My family and I will be back.

Few initial concerns. Door key was tricky. Heater was also tricky. Once those were figured out, my stay was quite comfortable. Good shower and kitchen amenities. Staff couple was helpful and pleasant.

The staff at the campground was pleasant and attentive, the bathroom were spotless. The site was a good size for or needs. We really enjoyed out stay and look forward to returning in July.

Doing lots of work on the site, which is welcomed, my kids said they’d never seen such nice restroooms. The playground was closed for renovations but at least it’s showing investment.

Campsite we were assigned to was far from level. Would have preferred to have been given the choice to upgrade if necessary, or at the very least, be given a choice as to what campsite I preferred. The pitch of the campground should be disclosed during the booking process. The value of the campsite was not congruent with the quality of the campsite. Some turns are tight.

Our lot was not that level. Took much longer than normal to level our unit. Could not drain our septic at this unit. The pipe extends up quite a bit above ground level. Had to move to another site to get our tanks to drain. It looks like this KOA is going through a transformation. It is a convenient stop stop on our way to Maine. Would give it another shot.

This campground is literally gravel everywhere even the dog park is gravel. The sites are so unlevel by like feet not inches. You listen to implements running all day every day tractors mowers even though there’s no grass they use the mower to drive a trailer around the entire park all day long. The staff is amazing super helpful. The park itself absolutely terrible and overpriced.

This is such a wonderful campground! The staff are so sweet and accommodating, they even shuttled us to and from the concert up the road, complementary. The facilities are pristine clean and the campsites are really lovely. I would absolutely come back.

A convenient and reasonably priced apartment for the night! We had a 5 month old baby and a dog - Suite 1 was perfect for us. There was no extra charge for our canine companion! That's a huge sell for us. The suite was very large, clean, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and checkout easy.
