This is a nice RV park with an enclosed pet play area and a large walking area. They have propane and a RV repair shop next door. They are only one block from I 20 and very close to many great stores.

The people were very friendly but it was a very shabby KOA with unlevel sites. It's ok for an overnight stay.

Not up to par with a KOA. Man who took my reservation could not figure out how to use my points. Office needs better staffing, grounds need much work and bathroom and laundry terrible. KOA needs to go see this place. I would be embarrassed if I were Corporate. We have 42,0000 KOA points and stay at KOA’s often. We full time RV. Stay away from here!

Very enjoyable low key campground. If you are looking for a stop with good hookups, quiet sites with little interference from staff, this is it. The facilities we clean and nice and location is close to stores and Brazos river that we enjoyed kayaking.

Friendly service with a large grass area. However, it is obvious that this is an older KOA in need of an uplift. RV sites need work such as leveling and new gravel. The sewer pipe hookups are set at an angle making it difficult to connect your hose, plus they're set at a higher level than your RV which causes water flow issues. The water source shutoff were cheap quality and hard to operate.

campground itself seemed a bit commercial with the repair shop right there. Also some traffic noise, it seemed to be at a busy crossroads. Had a nice site, shady. The grounds needed some sprucing up. The pool needed cleaned and there were no lounge chairs and only 1 table, chairs and umbrella! We didn’t use laundry or restrooms. We were told the campground is in transition. We would stay again.

We had a nice camp site and the bathrooms and laundry were nice and clean. It was a little noisy from I-20. All in all it was pretty nice.

Very tight to put 42' 5th wheel in, not much excess parking very rundown park. Traffic nightmare to get in the park off the interstate 4way stop people not very considerate. Can say one thing positive there is on site RV repair we had a problem with a slide they walked over and helped get reset so we could go down the highway and they didn't charge us hat off to them!!!!!!!!

Gross KOA. Very surprising. Exiting my camper I immediately stepped on a giant wet wipe that was covered with fecal matter. All hook ups were on the wrong side necessitating extra pieces of hoses. Laundry room was disgusting. Paper from someone's laundry was on the floor all over but also dirty and stepped on so was there awhile. Folding table and chairs dirty & slimy feeling. Nowhere to fold.

Upon arrival, an envelope was given to me. No instructions except a line drawn to direct how to get to site & it was incorrect. The roads are not very wide for pulling a large 42 ft 5th wheel & trees need trimming. Mostly dirt/gravel roads. Restrooms are not clean and very dirty toilets. The hook ups for Rv had multiple sewer hookups with no explanations. Not up to KOA standards. ���

unlevel lot site. Needs to be a concrete pad not caliche. Cleanup and improve water hydrant and dump pipe at camp site. The whole interior road network is caliche, third class, not worthy of a 5 star park. Go up to Wichita Falls RV Park. See what they are doing. Know your competition.

Dog feces everywhere, over 3/4 lots were permanent inhabitants (dirty, stacks numerous lots), a resident on-site who likes to order campers around. Would recommend moving on!!

We were happy with the price. Only drawback was that the dump station burped sewage back up at us. Very clean restrooms.

This was our first time using our new travel trailer and the staff was very helpful and took the time to make sure we had setup everything correctly. We arrived in a thunderstorm which made the setup challenging but the fact the staff came out in the middle of it spoke volumes. The site itself was well maintained and the site was almost perfectly level which made it much easier to setup.

We arrived at 4:30. I went in to the office and the lady at the desk said my packet was on the door but she’d check me in. I stood there a bit while she was on the computer then I asked if I should just get my packet off the door. She said yes. No words of friendliness at all. Next, we get to our campsite. The weeds under the picnic tables were as tall as the tables. Not what we expect from KO

The site we were in was near the front but the back of the park seemed very crowded. We had plenty of room to pull in and not have to unhook since this was a stopover for one night. There was a large field for walking our dog. Wi-Fi worked well

The grounds were unkept grass up to my knees. big piles of dog poop in my spot when I pulled in. customer service was very bad had an envelope on the door with my name on when checking in with a photocopy of the campground map on it. I went in office to check in was told to just go to my site. I had to repeatly ask if they could guide me to my spot. I am very surprised this is a KOA

That’s a good place to stay when having to take care of business in Ft. Worth. Hop on the interstate and it takes you straight to Ft. Worth. Also I like to thank Maria for your cooperative extra days we had to stay. Thank you

Entire park is littered with dog poop. It is literally everywhere that there is grass. No one picks it up. The bathrooms smell absolutely disgusting. Water had a strong chemical taste after going through out 3 stage filters. The park as a whole is very ran down with a lot of what looks like permanent residents with trash everywhere around their area.

The grounds are unkempt and the spaces are so very tight to each other. We didn’t have any problems with power or water but it was just too tight for us to recommend to anyone.

Horrible, thankful it was only for 1 night, and thought about leaving even then. Trailers packed in like sardines. The neighbor had his extensions pulled out so that made it even tighter. Really hot out and couldn't open the windows because the neighbor's septic was leaking. Miserable stay, won't do it again.
