Nice place to stay in an RV. The camping area is neat and clean. The bathroon facilities were great. I would stay at this camp ground again!

Campground is in disrepair. A thick gooey mud was in our campsite and those around us. Later we found out it wasn’t mud but sewage. When you emptied your black tanks it bubbled back up and ran out into the other sites. So nasty. Picnic tables were rotten with exposed nails sticking up. Grass was overgrown. Permanent campsites were full of junk around their sites. Sadly this was the worst KOA.

Not the fanciest KOA we've been to however good enough for an overnight stop on the road. You can't beat the price!

The office was closed at 5:00 when we arrived. We didn’t see anyone before we left in the morning. The grounds looked like they needed work. Dead limbs hanging in the trees, picnic tables were shabby. At least the grass was mowed.

We’ve stayed in many KOA campgrounds over the years and this is the first and only one where the office/store closed at the same time checkin was supposed to begin. Hours are 9am-3pm, with checkin at 3pm. So, when we arrived at 5pm needing ice, we were out of luck. The backsplash in the men’s restroom was peeling off the wall, the toilets were gross. Our site was postage stamp sized.

Campsite was dirty with trash and clothing that had been left on the ground for quite some time. Grass was not mowed. Stray cats everywhere. I’m sorry but this was not up to KOAs standards, not even close

Old park not a lot of room between sites and room to maneuver. Looks like adding additional sites at the rear but we have stayed in better parks.

Rocks come in camper wrecking floor; Mud almost got stuck; Campers parked too close to each other listen to guys loud furnace motor all night ; WiFi terrible

The park needs to be updated to handle rain. The spot we were in was very muddy and seemed to be doing ditch work in the area of the park. This caused for rutted areas. The spot was very un level. The staff is nice just need to update the facility.

I made a reservation online but then I arrived the office was already closed. There was no paper with my name at the night registration. The showers and toilets were NASTY! The office supposed to be open at 9am but even at 0930am the office was still closed. I tried to contact the manager number that was on the door but he/she just constantly put me on voice-mail. I will never stay here again...

Terrible stay. Full timers act like they own the place/no respect for campers. Nearby parent poorly parenting her kids, whining puppy tied out hrs at a time, little boy pelting his poor sister/her puppy with pebbles/threw them towards my rig. Showers were filthy. Shower curtains/walls crusted with ancient soap scum, hairs & spiderwebs everywhere. Seemed understaffed. I would not recommend.

No room between camp sites. Mud from rains, made mess inside motorhome. Office is open limited hours, very little supplies.

I wish I had read other reviews. I wouldn’t stay here unless I was just passing through. The views are of broken down trailers, minimal shade, and the sites were very close together. Not much for kids to do. It was the most un-KOA KOA we’ve stayed at. The front desk lady was very, very nice.

The flow for the sewer was uphill, so it didn’t drain completely. The new rock on roads and sites is a nice improvement.

It is a shame it has KOA in its name. They need to get rid of this location. Gives a bad taste for KOA. It looks abandoned. A trailer park. The help is non existent. Always off

Overall, our stay was comfortable and quiet. We have a 44 ft 5th wheel and the sites were VERY close together. It was only $40/ night, so it was good value for your dollar.

Old and tired; in need of TLC. Would only go back in case of emergency. Easy access to Texas Roadhouse for a fine meal (there’s a plus!)

Unless you like to be HUNG up on mid conversation, do not stay here. Faulty hookups, terribly run down. Black water/sewage leaked everywhere because of this. Not only a major health concern, but also completely rude. Maria needs to treat her paying customers better. She is the one who hung up on me after expressing my concerns. Never hear from her again. I hope this isn’t how KOA is

Most unkept RV park I have ever stayed in. Mostly run down RVs that looked they had been there for years. Handle fell off the water faucet when trying to turn on. Afraid to even hook up to sewer. Left as quickly as we could. Did not feel safe. This park is not up to KOA standards.

We had a sewer line plugged up leading to our sewer dump outlet which covered quite an area. A maintenance person soon found the problem and fixed it. The odor stayed through the night. We were already hooked up and decided to stay at this site.

Old and run down. Unkept long term residents area. Bathrooms run down. Probably one of the worst KOA's we've ever stayed at.

Mine was just a quick overnight stay; but the check in was easy and the personnel very friendly. Hard to beat the reasonable price. Showers and restrooms clean and neat.

This campground should not be part of KOA campgrounds. It was the most uninviting campground that I was ever at. It also was dangerous. The site that they wanted to give us had an electric problem. With the electric hooked up, our dog was shocked twice when stepping up on our camper steps. The owner insisted that there was no problem but another camper told me he reported the problem. They lied

Our first KOA stay in 30 years was Las Cruces… it was wonderful and made me book 3 more stops at KOAs, but obviously not all are created equal- too old, too ugly, no clubhouse/lounge/breakfast treats, junky long-term rigs… not one that does KOA’s reputation any good.

Unfriendly, sites too close together, park is cluttered with debris and furniture piled all over - bathrooms filthy, look like they were never cleaned. Would have been respectful to have told us that during our 6 day stay, there was continuous construction literally behind our rv including laying tar and gravel. Recommend do not stay there! Awful stay. Couldn't wait to leave.

From what I understand, the park is under new ownership, and it's definitely for the better! The new roads and ongoing construction in the back didn't hinder my stay much due to the minimal impact from the rain. The management team was incredibly helpful and kind, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I'll certainly be returning.
