Cabin was clean, warm and dry. The grill was in great shape along with the fire pit. The employees were friendly and nice. Over all very enjoyable!

Arrived at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 18, found our site number that was ready so we went ahead and set up camp returning a little later to pay our balance. We had a good camping experience during our stay at Natural Bridge/Watertown KOA and look forward to our next camping trip Th ER in the future. The KOA rep who checked us in was very kind. He was a great help in figuring out our KOA balanc

Weather was great, campsite was very good, all the activities were awesome, will definitely return here for our camping needs. Pool was a great item to have in a campground.

Clean, peaceful and friendly are the words that come to mind. We had a excellent, relaxing weekend at this KOA. There are activities for those who are interested, and lots of peace and quiet for those who just want to have some R&R.

Très bon accueil. Il y a un certain besoin de rénovations mais c'est très propre. L'environnement est tranquille malgré quelques bruits de tirs provenant de la base militaire.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for staying with us, every year we try to make as many renovations as we can, we do have plans to do the office building and the pool building in the following weeks. Unfortunately we can't do anything about the military base, sometimes they are loud and sometimes they are quiet, but we do advertise we are one of the closest campgrounds to Fort Drum.

My husband, daughter, and myself had a blast staying for the weekend. From the minute we pulled up, the employees were very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Amazing amount of family activities for a weekend. They really made us feel like we were apart of their family. We have already started making plans to come back to this camp ground next season. Wish I could give more stars that just 5.

This is the 5 th year we have stayed at this KOA. Everyone is always so nice and friendly! They offer a lot of activities for the campers. It is kept up and very clean.

We love this campground. The staff is great. Lots of activities for young and old. We usually get to camp 3 to 4 weekends a year and this is our go to place.

They were the friendliest hosts of any KOA I have stayed at. I would highly recommend them again. I cant wait to go back!!!

Stayed over Labor Day Weekend. Although the park was full, it was quiet and peaceful. Lots of stuff for the grand kids to. Will be back again next year.

Very rural. Lack of food places to eat. Sewage smell at times.

We are sorry that you did not get to enjoy the restaurants in the area R Nek of D'woods has some of the best Poutine, you missed a nice home cooked meal at Belvas, delicious ice cream at Treats n Tiques, the wonderful breakfast diners down the road, the riverside restaurant a town over, and a bunch of chains a little drive away. The sewage smell comes when people pull their black tank and is brief

Our stay was awesome.... Quiet clean campground with respectable campers... Spoke with Staff in regards to a K9 pen and they stated that its in the works....That will be awesome for our next trip up that way... Look forward to then...

We are also very excited to put in our Kamp K9, it has been in the works for a few years (then other things come up of course) but we should be installing it this fall! We look forward to your return visit.

We only stayed here for a quick overnight on our drive from Canada down to the Mid-Atlantic Region. The campground was quiet, well shaded due to the forest-like setting and very secluded. We didn’t use any of the facilities but the sites seemed well kept and clean.

Short stay - 1 night- could not get access to wifi - washrooms and showers ( while clean enough ) seem quite old and could use a refresh. Staff encountered were all very friendly and polite and helpful. One other point is the proximity to Fort Drum and noise from there- I realize there is nothing you an do about that but it does exist. Short

We apologize about the internet we are actually trying a new router (fingers crossed) we had had some issues this year but we are working on it. As for the bathrooms after our peak season they will be getting a sprucing up! Thank you for staying with us.

Natural Bridge / Watertown KOA was a wonderful campground with outgoing and helpful front office staff. Very family friendly with many activities to keep all entertained. Highly recommend staying here!

well to start the camp ground didnt have much to offer like things for kids to do, the playground is way to far away from the camps ,web sight very disceaving no , bounce house or no recreational activities for kids to do, it appear to me to be geared toward the single older couples that camp,and some of the pamplets like old McDonalds Farm was way out dated.

Sorry you didnt enjoy your stay during the week, we advertise planned activities only on weekends. No one came up to ask about the area (zoo, shopping, mini golf, go karts, white water rafting, horse back riding, water park, boat tours and beach). We took down all photos of bounce has as it is has been damaged beyond repair. We have yard games for borrow no one inquired about, also indoor pool.

It was quiet and peaceful. Pool was in great shape with lots of beach balls, noodles, dive rings to play with. Playground seems to be well taken care of, I just wish it was closer to the camping area. A fenced dog run would be an awesome addition.

Amazing staff! They were the best staff over our 2000 miles of koa stays the past few weeks. We look forward to many stays in the future with this koa!

Closest KOA to Fort Drum. We have enjoyed our time there. It's in a secluded space, very peaceful. We had our 3 dogs there and they loved the big dog area. They were able to get their zoomies out. They had a little store if you needed something, otherwise a few minutes down the road were some stores. They had a play area where we played foosball. The staff is very friendly, informative and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
