Just a suggestion: If the staff are transiting from the office through the campground in their golf carts they would eliminate a lot of dust along the 8 waterfront sites, if they used the service/entrance road by the maintenance building.

Great place to stay we had a water front site enjoyed fishing right from our site. Staff was very attentive and checked on us several times. Definitely will be back.

We felt valued from the very beginning to the end of our stay. Great communication from the office and my wife loved the little store. Watching the bald Eagle fly around our site was another great experience! Highly recommend this KOA.

Right from arrival, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It is the little things, like having our name on a board welcoming us and escorting us to our site. The campground is lovely. We had a beautiful patio site, on the water. The laundry room and bathrooms very clean. If we had known what we were in for at our next stop we would never have left!! Loved it!!!

We planned this as an intro camping trip for the start of the season...we love the Finger Lakes but typically stay in Watkins Glen. ALL of the staff we met were amazingly welcoming, kind and helpful. When they didn't know the answer to a question, they got back to us. Bathrooms were immaculate. There were unique treasures in the camp store. We loved our stay and would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay. This is one of our favorite campgrounds. We find the staff very pleasant and helpful. The restrooms are very clean. Unfortunately, there is not enough showers and toilets for the size of campground that it is. I would suggest as current ownership continues to improve and expand the property to add a few more showers and bathrooms. I love the patio water sites!

We stayed only 1 night on our trip out west. It was very clean and nicely landscaped. The shower house was very nice. My site was upgraded when I arrived. We’re certainly going to be back!

Beautiful campground with full hookups on a canal. Waterloo KOA stays open thru October which is wonderful for snowbirds heading south as most campgrounds close earlier.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, large sites gave our fur babies plenty of space to roam. Lots of wineries and hiking trails near by for those of us that like to explore.

The site was great and the restrooms were immaculate. The only negative I had was having to constantly watch for dog poo when walking in the grass. I realize this is up to the owners to clean up, but it was still annoying.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The campground was beautiful. I have never seen such homelike bathrooms in my life. So super clean. When we did have a question it was answered immediately. Love the camp store. Always fun to look around.

Only one bath house for entire campground But! The location is beautiful and there are so many amenities. It is on the waterway and owners have taken full advantage of the opportunity and it is close to so much! Some sites have a patio and lawn furniture. Stay a while and enjoy!

Had a new pull thru site with a very large patio. So much room for our 44ft 5th wheel. The staff and owners are very friendly & very helpful! Only stayed 1 night but the water views are very nice. Only issue was one end of our site flooded in the gravel because of the rain. We would definitely come back!

3rd time staying here, and love the selection/variety of site choices. It is also nice to see a campground putting money back into the facility. The location is great for all the finger lake events.

This was our test stay with a new camper, so we wanted to be close to home. The campground was very well organized and had many things to do as well as being close by to many activities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This was the third time we've stayed at this KOA and again we found the staff to be very friendly. The camp is in a great location with many things to do in the area. The camp is clean and the sites very nice. When we return to the area again we will be sure to stay here.

Very nice campground for a standard KOA. Friendly staff, clean restrooms and dog park. If the campground was more than 50% full the 4 unisex restrooms, two showers and small laundry could become a problem.

Campground is nice. On the river & kayaks for rent. We stayed 1 night. The workers are very friendly & even upgraded us to a pull-through. Nice dog park & playground for those w/ kids & dogs. The campground had very clean private shower rooms. Only 2, so had to wait. Not many trees, so felt a bit like a parking lot. Could be hot in summer w/o shade on many sites. But, we would still recommend.

Pretty nice campground with easy access to the Finger Lakes. It was well kept and the amenities were good. Internet was spotty and some of the sites had live in residents which almost always detracts from the appearance. Overall would recommend.
