We rented a cabin the middle of Aug. and had a very pleasant stay. The campground was clean and very peaceful (which was needed for the very busy and exhausting week we had planed). Enjoyed the wildlife (a deer drinking at the water's edge, an osprey diving into the water and emerging with a fish, large fish feeding in the water lilies near shore and a pare of robins feeding their chicks.

Had a great time plenty of things to do for kids ! Very peaceful only monor disappoint ment was no pool but thats fine and the staff! Unbelievable it was like we were kings and queens they were amazing!! Friendly , helpful in soooo many ways definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time. We stayed in a cabin and it was comfortable and great porch and view. The campground was quiet and had plenty to do. We went to s’mores night. All of the workers were awesome. Thank you very much

We came with some friends that all have campers, we stayed in a cabin. The cabin is beautiful and comfortable. We had a little set back with no hot water when we wanted to shower and the office was closed. We called the only number provided and had to wait overnight. The staff are very friendly. The campground is small but very nice and clean.

Stayed in cabin very well maintained. Watched Osprey catching fish in their lagoon. Fantastic place will be staying again.

Friends were trailering in the KOA and encouraging us to stay in one of the cabins. The bed was hard as a rock. No shampoo No bar of soap No salt, pepper or sugar No pot coffee maker No oven No toaster No bowl to put salad/ popcorn etc in. No foil, plastic wrap, plastic storage containers. Totally unacceptable for a cabin over $200 a night. KOA in Waterloo you need to do better.

We stayed in a cabin overlooking the bay. It was very peaceful and relaxing, watching the osprey and heron every day. The cabin was wonderful, very clean and had all we needed.

We were greeted with friendly, engaging individuals who you could tell not only loved their jobs but also genuinely cared about us and about our stay. This was the theme for our entire visit! We had the opportunity to enjoy the conversation and company of those who worked on the property while enjoying the band new facilities and grounds. Can’t wait for our next visit and stay! Thank you!

Check in was easy, fast and the staff are so friendly and polite! They had staff escort us to our cabin, made sure we had everything we needed, They have kayak rentals we took advantage of and got to go through a lock! The cabin is beautiful and clean, with a fabulous view of the lake from its deck. The entire KOA was well kept, including washrooms that were spotless. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Waterloo Koa. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly,! Holly was awesome! We stayed in one of the cabins & it was the best Koa cabin we have stayed in. The view from the front porch was perfect. Very relaxing & conveniently located to many things to do in the area. We can't wait to go back again.

The cabins were BEAUTIFUL! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location of the cabin had amazing water views and very accessible fishing (although very weedy and did not catch anything) but still very nice! There isn't much to do around the campground but makes for a very relaxing stay! My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable, bring some sort of padding! Would likely stay again!

What a wonderful campground! The cabins are amazing! We went on a water trip to see the locks and it was incredible. We will definitely be back.

Cabins are super comfy and we have everything we need (maybe just missing a bbq to cook outside). We will surely return to this Koa!

The staff (Patrick, Debra and Michael) were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The entire facility was clean and neat. The location was very nice.

I would have given 5 stars but there is only 1 bathhouse for such a large facility. Beautiful, level sites, some have patios and lawn furniture and are on water. Lots of activities on site and close by. Would love to stay here for about a week!
