We had a great time from the moment we arrived and were met by Myra and Sue who couldn't have been nicer and more informed. The two of them took time to fill us in about the area. After that we were escorted to our site by Myra who got us in our spot despite the pouring rain and her getting completely soaking wet. The site (W7) was terrific and clean. The staff kept the entire campground spotless.

It was Great. The Campgrounds are clean and well maintained. The Shower/Bath house are also well maintained. Dog park was fun for our Fur babies. All the workers were very Friendly and Helpful. We will Definitely be going back. AAA++++

We loved the Waterloo/Finger Lakes campground. The absolute best and a beautiful area! The folks there were so accommodating and friendly and they even had a ‘smores’ night during our stay. If ever in the area again we will be sure to schedule another stay.

Too expensive for what’s available. No pool, no hot tub, no fitness center, needs gravel in some sites and it can be VERY difficult for big rigs to maneuver. The ladies in the office were WONDERFUL and very welcoming and helpful.

Great staff and very well organized. Gounds were neat and clean and site w/patio large enough for us and easy to pull in and navigate with a big 5th wheel camper.

Stayed 6 nights in a pull through site with our 35 foot Class A. Staff was both pleasant and upbeat. When we arrived, they gave me a map and circled wonderful suggestions to visit during our stay. Campground is clean, neat and well maintained Neighbors were quiet respectful, We would have stayed longer but had to leave, The Finger Lakes area is beautiful and should be on everyone's bucket list.

Our stay was very nice and it was quiet. We stayed along the canal and listened to the frogs, and saw an osprey come into our site and visiting geese. The campground was very well kept up and clean. The staff was very welcoming. The one downside was the geese, leaving their mark behind. We volunteered to clean up the site because we had a dog and didn’t want to bring anything in the camper.

Sites were not mowed. If you have company you have to pick them up at the gate, not very visitor friendly. This includes delivery of food. Staff was friendly.

The staff were friendly and amazingly helpful! It was our first solo camping trip with our brand new camper. They took us right to our site and walked us through backing into our spot. They told us all about the group activities going on that weekend and offered help with anything else for our stay. Absolutely perfect first solo trip!!

Very nice, quiet and clean KOA. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone asks how you are doing and if you need anything to contact them. My only disappointment here was the laundry; there are only 2 washers & 2 dryers. Had a difficult time getting laundry done as some selfish guest didn't empty out the washer. After an 1-1/4 hrs waiting I unloaded their laundry. Frustrating!

Beautiful property. Great communication from the staff. Accepts Amazon packages for guests. There is a dog park, kayak rentals, a pond, and a dock. Scattered trees provide shade. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

We loved the new spots in the back this year. Staff is super friendly and attentive. We strongly dislike the rate for visitors. We stay here every year to see lots of family in the area and it costs too much for them to come visit and not ever use any park facilities.

This is a nice campground. Lots of room, very spacious between sights. Office and store staff very helpful and friendly, maintenance came right out to remove dead branches so we extend awnings.Two issues that we did notice, most of the sites were 12-16 inches below the dump pipes, made for some stinky stinky wrestling when leaving, sites need to be raised. Grass mowing in the morning, NO!

Most of the staff were excellent others not so much. Sunday afternoon is not the best day to mow the lawn in between the campers especially with a side discharge mower. Views of the water would have been nice if the weeds could be cut down. Dead trees over some of the campsites need to be trimmed or removed. A lot of the sites sit 16-18 inches below the sewer tie ins. Pump off difficult. Unkept

This was a last minute reservation for a one night stay on 4th of July. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds well kept and bathrooms spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

Such an amazing campground, hosts Myra & Sue were so friendly. Bath house, brand new & sparkling clean, great laundry & store. Will plan to go back again! Love the access to the dock, fishing & we even rented a boat nearby & were able to dock at the campground for a bathroom break. We rented Kayaks and paddled for a day, Quiet and immaculate!!

My husband and I stayed there over the July 4th weekend. We absolutely LOVED it. The staff was so wonderful, friendly and helpful in giving us guidance on what to do in the area. The Canal Locke kayaking is a must do! The water front sites are so beautiful, peaceful where we stayed. Loved the board games in in the recreation room, brought me back to childhood days. Very clean grounds. Will return!

We were at your Campground on July 4th weekend. Temperatures were low 90’s. The only thing we missed was a swimming pool. We had a beautiful breeze the entire time. We would come back if you had a pool on property

We stayed here for only one night as we were passing through. They have ALOT of Long, Level and Roomy pull through sites that can fit rigs of all types. The staff was great the facilities were nice and clean. I would definitely stay here for a longer time when I am in the area again.

The staff (Patrick, Debra and Michael) were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The entire facility was clean and neat. The location was very nice.

I would have given 5 stars but there is only 1 bathhouse for such a large facility. Beautiful, level sites, some have patios and lawn furniture and are on water. Lots of activities on site and close by. Would love to stay here for about a week!
