Staff was super friendly and helpful! Very clean! My sister and I were looking for a nice long weekend get away and this KOA did not disappoint. We will definitely be adding this to our favorites list.

The camp managers were very kind and generous and we liked the idea that they brought us directly to our site and offered to help if need be to set up!! The site was beautiful near the water, especially with the wildlife we had come to visit!! We had a wonderful weekend and plan to go back soon!!

Stayed for 6 days, Holly was very helpful when we checked in as my KOA membershiphad failed to apply to the reservation, she called and made sure that it did get applied. Greg was very personnal and both very friendly and helpful in answering questions about trails to hike and places to see. You can tell that they are working hard at making it a VERY NICE KOA by leveling pads and other items.

Quiet! But minimal ammenities. In our short overnight stay found two unisex bathroom/shower stalls albeit they are new! And they were both in use when we needed them.

This our second time at this campground. Many improvements from our last visit. This trip we chose one of their "Patio" sites. We had the best time sitting around the campfire in the Adirondack chairs. Grandkids came to visit and go fishing and use the playground. If there was one drawback it would be we did not catch as many fish as last time. We would recommend this campground to anyone.

Had a one night stay as we were just traveling thru. Friendly welcome and spacious sites. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this KOA again.

Staff was helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed the grounds and it’s location next to the river. The sites were level and clean. The Wi-Fi was solid. Will return for another visit.

First time at your site and it won't be our last, the welcome we received from the front desk was outstanding. The site was perfect,the washrooms and bathing facilities were very clean. Staff were very informative and readily available to address any concerns were had. Would highly recommend and plan to re-book for 2024 as soon as the site is available. Thank you very much and well done. Best KOA.

The camp hosts, Holly and Greg, were extremely friendly and helpful. All of their suggestions on places to visit were top notch. We had a wonderful time at a clean and well kept facility.

There was only two showers a distance away. Standing water was found in all the campsites. Campsites packed in far too close to each other.

Nice park. Close to Finger Lakes and several nice towns. Easy access to activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean grounds, although did not use the restroom or laundry facilities. Quiet at night. Sites not on top of each other. Have stayed here several times, will come back again.

The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We truly felt like guests. There is good space between campsites. Most sites are gravel as well as the roadway. The utilities all appear to be new. Excellent WiFi. The site is a new KOA. It rained heavily so our site has some standing water. Not a big deal. For future, it would be nice to have paved roadways and paved entry.

When we arrived everything was ready for our checkin. The staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. They offered to escort us to our site. It’s cozy and quiet with very clean restrooms. We saw a green heron swoop into the pond and grab a fish to eat. That was cool! We did have a small issue with leveling on the site we had but we managed just fine. We will be back!!

The location to Seneca Lake was the reason we stayed at this KOA. There is not much as far as amenities are concerned, but that did not bother us as we were there to do things around Seneca Lake (mainly wine tastings). It was a great jumping off point for the things we wanted to see and do. The staff was very friendly, the park was well-kept and clean.

Needed a place to park my rig and that my wife could enjoy while I was attending a rally. No amenities. Nothing to do. No entertainment. There were full hookups, but over $90 per night and an additional 10.20 for a third person, simply ridiculous! I could have gotten the Sam thing at Samson State Park for about $30 per night. Definitely not a fan of KOA.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. New picnic tables throughout. Pedestals look new as well. Will definitely recommend and we will stay again on our way through the Finger Lakes

the stay was our first RV camping trip with 33ft trailer, the staff welcomed us and assisted with great passion..I was impressed to the extent of friendly help we got.The grounds were very nice and clean..it made our forst trip a success. The entire weekend was fun and rewarding at the campgrounds..thank you to Waterloo KOA..

A new favorite KOA. We have stayed at many KOAs and this is a new favorite. The hosts are friendly and warm. The Grounds are well maintained with nice grass site so sand and dirt do not get tracked into camper. The WiFi was exceptional and it had cable. Host recommended Beef and Brew with 50 beers (including many local selections) and delicious food. Best place in Finger Lakes region!

The plan was to stay 4 nights but we added another. We know they have been working to improve and eventually enlarge the park but for us it had everything we needed, especially the full hookups. Great location... gave us the opportunity to do more than just wine taste! The owners and their employees were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

2nd time here and just as great as the first. Friendly staff, great location, large rv spots and everything is clean and well maintained. Great KOA!
