We were there for four days. The park was beautiful, well maintained and clean. There was supposed to be swimming at a nearby lake, we never saw it, it was some distance away and there was no pool. I think there should be more washrooms at this park, there seemed to be only two and unisex. Owners with RVs having their own bathroom facilities seemed to prefer to use the park's. Results?

Staff was very friendly. Campsites are spacious for KOA. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great service, nice campground. Not much of a camp store but walking distance to dollar store. Fishing or kayaking. For the nightly fee, wished it had a pool or somewhere to go swimming. Biggest downside, really close to highway.

We enjoyed the easy access from the campground to the lakes. The campground was clean and well manicured.

Although the entrance to this KOA isn't very welcoming (check Google Earth for details), the Hosts were quite nice and it was a nice spot for an overnight to dump and fill tanks as we travel back home. We got to see a beautiful crane, that evening, even saw it gobble a fish or two, and a large flock of geese, just across the lagoon from us the next morning.

Friendly and helpful staff. Both the bathrooms and the showers were clean. Our patio site was incredible!

Love this small koa. Location on canal is great for kayaking. This part of NY is beautiful, you’re in the middle of it here. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Have stayed twice & will return next year.

Primo wifi! Best we've EVER had with a KOA. Lovely and convenient location and nice people. Infrastructure needs help: big holes in drive leading to office; minimal bath structures. (Please put a sign on the gray building . People spend a lot of time walking around it looking for the bathroom!) Needs to be a sidewalk from parking lot to community building & laundry. Add gravel to sites.

Very clean, all utilities were updated, picnic tables were new and attractive. Landscaping was being done and it was looking great. Dog park was mowed and clean as well. We were not crowded at our site. People/Staff were very friendly.

The campground was in great condition and appears to be well kept. They are building on what will probably be one of the nicest campgrounds in Upper New York State. We look forward to staying again.

Nice & clean campground in a good location! Mostly quiet considering it’s right off a busy road. Back in site to the water was relaxing and at night you heard nature at its best. 2 brand new bathroom/showers were wonderful! All of the staff were friendly and eager to help. Good 3 night stay…we will be back!

Very nice and quiet RV park conveniently located for touring the Finger Lakes. Friendly and welcoming staff and relatively new electrical, water and sewage systems. Few amenities, but good things come in small packages!

Enjoyed our stay here. Stayed here previously too. Great location. Only negative (and why only 4 rating) is because some interior trees need overhead trimming for big rigs. Trees should not be scraping our roof.

Everything was A+ except for the pot holes in the entrance lot. Those are especially difficult with a motorhome. The staff was friendly, attentitive and always took the time to visit when possible. We had lots of family visit, they were very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Policies like payment in full upon reservation and no refunds for any reason unreasonable. Had membership when reservation was made and paid in full a year in advance and still had to pay again for another year upon arrival. Overpriced - no pool or cable. Holiday rates extended over a 7 day period yet few events and many closures. Campground better off not being KOA.

As Full time travelers, your rv park needs some work. Trees need trimming so a 13-6 trailer can get in and around your park without hitting trees. Your intersections in park need to be free of rocks and shrubs so big rigs can make the corners. Also your sewer caps need to be sealed to sewer pipes so sewer water does not spill onto ground. And your park staff needs to quit peeing by the dumpsters.

Very friendly Management and crew. The place could improve with other amenities, for example: a nice swimming pool and TV access. I would gladly visit it but not for long periods of time.

Very small KOA. Thought it was very odd (and somewhat inconvenient) that we had to be waited to be “escorted” to our site when I could see it from the entrance and there was a map. Clean and nice bathrooms and showers but not very many of them. Staff was friendly.

Nice campground with access to the Seneca River by boat. Conveniently located off Rt. 5&20 in Waterloo. Only a few minute drive to Seneca Falls and Geneva.

Very nice & clean campground. Big rigs struggled maneuvering. I don’t see how this was a Holiday. To me it would be a very nice Journey. I would recommend this campground.

This was the best campsite of our cross country trip. The campground is beautiful, quiet, safe and clean. The area for the dog park is the best I have seen- clean, grass covered and shady. We kayaked through the lock in the river, which was very cool. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were attentive to anything you needed, and gave great advice for activities and food. The best experience!

The new shower ans washroom facility was immaculate and the staff was very friendly ans helpful. Our site was a low lying area off the gravel pad ans as a result collected water from the rains ans made access around the trailer difficult. Overall a lovely park ans very close to amenities. Also convenient this weekend was the canal fest locally

We loved staying at KOA Waterloo. The staff was very friendly and helped make our stay the best of all the campgrounds we visited. Facilities were immaculate, with plenty of activities for all. Thanks for a great time!

2nd time here and just as great as the first. Friendly staff, great location, large rv spots and everything is clean and well maintained. Great KOA!
