Loved it there! Big patio site. Very very friendly staff! They gave me a " thank you" bag with a wine glass in it. Looks like they were installing an in ground pool.

We had a water view site and it was very nice, the check in was fast and very nice attendant. We enjoyed our stay here and checking out the Finger Lakes area.

I love this location - so many cheese makers and wineries in the area. The campground is beautiful - right on the water and lots of trees but not too many trees for those of us using Starlink. Most of the sites are pretty level - our levelers weren’t working so that helped a lot. The free showers were great - like a bathroom in your house. We will definitely come back and stay longer.

This is a very nice campground. There are several water front sites and everything is well kept. Laundry and showers are clean and modern. We had to change our reservation at the last minute and the staff worked really hard to accommodate us because they had a full camp that weekend. Big thanks to them. The sites are good sized. The GC is convenient to the town and also area attractions.

We tented and the site was well kept. The staff was amazing. The washrooms were clean and pleasant. Half way through our stay a major storm was approaching, so we switched to a deluxe cabin. It was absolutely lovely. Better shape and amenities than many of the hotels we stayed in.

The park was quiet, clean, and friendly. It was obvious that the staff did their best to spread out campers when the park isn't full. Like most KOAs we stayed at the bathrooms and showers were very clean.

Lovely campground. Clean - sites decently spread out. Good location - gateway to the finger lakes region. Bathrooms super clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Price is a bit steep for lack of standard amenities but did see they are installing pool. I think you pay for the location. Would definitely stay again.

Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. Beautiful, friendly campground. So much to see in the area. We need to make it back!

Just one night. Check in was very easy and the person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. We were escorted to our spot and asked if we needed help backing in. We were brought brochures for places to eat and things to do in the area and it was raining at the time. We were given a complimentary wine glass for staying at this koa. Would come back

One of the best KOA's. Sites are extra wide and spacious. Lighting on power boxes provides just the right amount of light. Plenty of area for walking and the pool currently being built will be a great addition.

Campground was good, well maintained. Only downside was we had late arrivals right next to us showed up at 10:30pm and got all setup while we were trying sleep. other than that we will be back. thanks

Our stay was amazing and staff was absolutely beyond our expectations. Very informative and gave us a lot of information about surrounding area in case we wanted to go do things in the area. They communicated via text with any updates regarding campground changes such as office closing early and even delivers things purchased from store directly to your site! We will be visiting again!

This location was fantastic and met all our expectations. It was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed our water view. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Matt was exceptional. We also loved going to Connie's Diner for meals. Thank you for making our vacation complete!

3 night stay- site W7 in 38ft. 5th wheel. It's a decent stopover location, not a destination IMO. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were small (2 washers and 2 dryers) but very clean. Close to wineries, grocery stores, etc.

We stopped here for several days on our way to New England. It was a perfect spot to stop and enjoy the finger lakes region. There was so much to do in nearby Seneca Falls and Watkins Glen, hiking, museums, and of course wine and cheese tastings. We would definitely use the Waterloo KOA for our base camp again. Oh, and upon arrival we were given a welcome gift, never had that happen. Appreciated.

We had a 2 night stay. The staff at the check was super friendly and accommodating. The campground was very nice, well kept, clean, and quiet. Will definitely stay each time we come to visit our daughter.

We had a very nice stay - the campground was not full so it was on the quieter side, which was very nice. We stayed in site J8, which was perfect for us and our pups. Being right by the canal/river was very nice. The staff were very friendly, and everything was very clean. Overall, a great time. We will be back for sure!

We enjoy staying at KOA Waterloo very much and have been there many times, however we don’t understand why the staff does not utilize the service road when returning from escorting campers to their site, their Carts kick up unnecessary dust in front of the premium water front sites, also there are no posted speed limit signs anywhere along the roads ?

Just an overnight stay in our trip but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodations were clean and fairly well kept. We would return if we’re ever back that way.

The people are very nice there and everything is clean. You can tell they’re trying to fix it up as they’re adding a pool. The lots were spaced out nicely. While it is on the canal, the sites are nothing special. It is more of a flat field.

Great campground with helpful staff. Would stay again. Just to give feedback: A bathroom or shower on other side of campground would be nice. Also some more shade on open sites.

Pleasant-nice gravel site-at the back away from road noise-gated-sitting water with insects-only two washers and dryers-access to nearby canal-easy to get around.

This KOA provided excellent customer support and service. The restrooms and public areas were clean and well maintained. Though we only stayed for one night, it was a place we’d return to.

Nice and welcoming front desk staff. Very discouraged by the gun shots we heard non-stop in the afternoon and again in the morning. The firewood I purchased was bad - smoked like crazy, wet and some of the logs actually never burned. Nice large sites. I wish you would cut all the tall reeds along the river, around the water fountain and other areas - that would make the campground nicer.

Very friendly and upbeat staff! All smiles! They were organized, helpful and kept things super clean, even though they had just dealt with a hurricane the week before and extra work to do with that. In another review I see the docks were mentioned needing some repair or relocation and one of those should have been for our site to use, so that would be nice. Thank you.

Beautiful spot under the trees. Easy access to the river/canal. Owners are investing in upgrading the park. New washers and dryers, but only two of each, could use more.

Very friendly workers very clean rest rooms and showers and great access to Seneca River for kayaking and going threw the locks between Cayuga and Seneca Lake

Pretty nice campground with easy access to the Finger Lakes. It was well kept and the amenities were good. Internet was spotty and some of the sites had live in residents which almost always detracts from the appearance. Overall would recommend.
