The site was great and the restrooms were immaculate. The only negative I had was having to constantly watch for dog poo when walking in the grass. I realize this is up to the owners to clean up, but it was still annoying.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The campground was beautiful. I have never seen such homelike bathrooms in my life. So super clean. When we did have a question it was answered immediately. Love the camp store. Always fun to look around.

They are so pleasant and accommodating. Very low key KOA and very well kept. I highly recommend them.

Only one bath house for entire campground But! The location is beautiful and there are so many amenities. It is on the waterway and owners have taken full advantage of the opportunity and it is close to so much! Some sites have a patio and lawn furniture. Stay a while and enjoy!

Everyone from the office staff to the grounds crew were professional and very accommodating! It has been so far the best experience we have had at a KOA!!

Had a new pull thru site with a very large patio. So much room for our 44ft 5th wheel. The staff and owners are very friendly & very helpful! Only stayed 1 night but the water views are very nice. Only issue was one end of our site flooded in the gravel because of the rain. We would definitely come back!

3rd time staying here, and love the selection/variety of site choices. It is also nice to see a campground putting money back into the facility. The location is great for all the finger lake events.

This was our test stay with a new camper, so we wanted to be close to home. The campground was very well organized and had many things to do as well as being close by to many activities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This was the third time we've stayed at this KOA and again we found the staff to be very friendly. The camp is in a great location with many things to do in the area. The camp is clean and the sites very nice. When we return to the area again we will be sure to stay here.

Very nice campground for a standard KOA. Friendly staff, clean restrooms and dog park. If the campground was more than 50% full the 4 unisex restrooms, two showers and small laundry could become a problem.

Campground is nice. On the river & kayaks for rent. We stayed 1 night. The workers are very friendly & even upgraded us to a pull-through. Nice dog park & playground for those w/ kids & dogs. The campground had very clean private shower rooms. Only 2, so had to wait. Not many trees, so felt a bit like a parking lot. Could be hot in summer w/o shade on many sites. But, we would still recommend.

Had to stay to wait out a storm- the after hour check in was super easy!! Well lit and well marked paths and spots - easy to park at night. Nice water features and nice place to walk dogs.

This has been my fourth stay at this KOA. It is very nice, clean and easy to get in and out. Many sites too choose from. The people are friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely stay at this KOA again. Well kept grounds.

So close to being a 5/5 and 10/10, the only draw back is the wifi is terribly slow and unreliable. On multiple devices we couldn't load menus for local restaurants, YouTube, reddit, etc. I ended up using the hotspot on my phone for internet access. Otherwise everything was *PERFECT*. Staff was amazing and we will be coming back. Please fix the internet <3

The campground was very well kept, restrooms and showers were clean (but could use a few more showers), and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The area was beautiful and the wineries were plentiful and the wines were great.

Your campground was extremely quiet, especially surprising due to the road proximity. Sites were large- easy to get into. Staff-exceptional! Only complaint was WiFi. It kept spinning..losing connection...zero ability to stream. We're in Ausible Chasm now..nowhere near roads, houses or businesses. We're able to do all of the above with no difficulty. There's a definate issue with your WiFi.

This is the 50th KOA we have stayed at in the past 4 years and is by far one of the best. The sites are large, staff friendly and informative, grounds immaculate, bathrooms and laundry room exceptionally clean along with easy access from the highway.

Love the Finger Lakes Region and Waterloo KOA is a perfect spot to explore from and the campground is great

Short, but sweet. Stayed two nights then picked up our annual supply of wine at Dr. Konstantine Frank Winery on our way home. My only complaint is that the water in the showers could have been hotter.

The staff (Patrick, Debra and Michael) were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The entire facility was clean and neat. The location was very nice.

I would have given 5 stars but there is only 1 bathhouse for such a large facility. Beautiful, level sites, some have patios and lawn furniture and are on water. Lots of activities on site and close by. Would love to stay here for about a week!
