Staff are beyond helpful and friendly. i stayed at site 08 which is a patio site and it’s perfect. nice level crushed cement with a beautiful patio next to it with flowers and outdoor furniture.

We loved our stay here in Waterloo.. We do expect to be regular campers there.. Its a small but well maintained camp..

This is a great campground. My only suggestion is that the dog park needs a double gate so that when the gate is opened other dogs can’t get totally out of the dog park. We would definitely return!

Super friendly Campground workers were very friendly able to accommodate our needs after another local Campground turned into a pit very helpful staff as far as places to go eat and things to see would recommend them

We only stayed overnight. The sites were close together; it didn’t make a difference for our stay as it was raining and we didn’t spend much time outside. It might have impacted our experience if we’d stayed for multiple nights and the weather was better. Good bathrooms and showers.

Gorgeous grounds, we had a wonderful time. One suggestion, late Check in was a bit confusing. Perhaps an email ahead of time would be better.

We love this KOA. Everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is our third or fourth time staying. We have already booked some dates for next year. Our dog loves the dog park. The scenery is beautiful and there are kayaks to rent with water access on the property.

First, I am English speaking and do not speak French. Our stay was wonderful. The campground was clean and beautiful. Staff was very polite and lovely to talk to.

Our first visit to the campground. Scott & Susan are working hard on the place! So many improvements! Water & electric were fantastic! Greg was amazing! I have never seen a more attentive worker at a KOA! The location worked well for our needs too.

The lady at the registration office was very friendly and pleasant. Love this location and will be coming back. The parking area needs to have all the pot holes filled in.

Our 4 day stay at Waterloo was fantastic ! We were overwhelmed by the hospitality and how the staff Greg and Wife Holly showed to us. The Camp grounds and Facilities were groomed and spotless clean. Waterloo offer's Kayak rental (See Greg), ballfields,Vollyball,Horseshoes,Gaga ball, Dog park,Walking trail,Fishing on Gem creek or Seneca River. Will see Waterloo again. Thank You, Bob and Cindy Hug

We were only there one night but we enjoyed our stay very much. Great dog park and plenty of room to walk to other areas of the rv park as well. Camping spaces very spacious.

Nice sites and campground overall. The only negative comment would be that our site was next to a tree and that many leaves were laying on the ground. The tree was losing many leaves and we were at the beginning of Sept. Other than that, the people at the reception were very nice and informative. We asks many questions that they all answered. Many thanks and we will come back!!

The staff would get 5 stars, they were great. The location was more than adequate for our visit to the various Finger Lakes attractions. But the camp site itself was a bit on the unkept side. I do think the staff did about as much as they could with what they had.

We enjoyed our stay. So much to see and do in the area, that we extended it another day. Staff was very friendly. Campground is well kept. Bathrooms and laundry area, very clean.

A very nice campground along the lake. Very quite and nice campsites. The bathrooms had the biggest nicest showers I've ever seen at a campground! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

We had our truck radiator break close by and they took us in and worked with us for 11 days while we tried to get back on the road. They were incredibly nice and helpful. The campground itself is well-maintained and was a great place to get accidentally get stranded. This might become one of our routine stops when we leave the Northeast.

We enjoyed the KOA and The Women's Rights National Park in Seneca Falls. We didn't bring our own kayaks, and we didn't think it looked like the ones they had to rent looked as large as we are comfortable on, but our site on the water was lovely and the staff friendly. The office was already closed Saturday night when we got back from dinner.We would return, if in the areA.

We were SO fortunate to get a spot at this KOA, after major RV axle issues on the toll road. The staff was so efficient, and able to extend our stay, as the mechanical requirements list grew. Enjoyed talking with Joy and her Marine hubby, who both worked at the camp and left just ahead of us. The camp is so quiet and a lovely spot to stay. Major additions are apparently planned!

The campground was clean, well organized, and staff was friendly. I did find, though, that the sites were small, and only two showers/ toilets for the entire campground.

The staff (Patrick, Debra and Michael) were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The entire facility was clean and neat. The location was very nice.

I would have given 5 stars but there is only 1 bathhouse for such a large facility. Beautiful, level sites, some have patios and lawn furniture and are on water. Lots of activities on site and close by. Would love to stay here for about a week!
