2nd year there, stayed 2 night. Clean, large spots. The staff are very helpful and very nice. Great KOA camp ground. We will be back.

The staff is great!! Sites are pretty nice and large enough for our 28 ft fifth wheel. They seem to be doing a large upgrade to the campground with regards to sites, electric and water...increasing their capacity 3 fold. My guess is that this is a relatively new "holiday" KOA as there is no pool. I'd stay again especially after their pool is in. Staff made all the difference!!

HIGH speed vehicles including garbage trucks, etc making so much dust. Water pipe broke and we had no water for a day. Only 2 showers for all campers. One was cold and one was hot, no inbetween. NO SWIMNING POOL TO COOL OFF IN. No amenities for anyone. They def. need to rethink their arrangements for heat. GET A POOL....................

Our first impression was that the campground was shabby. I didn’t like that we had to look at a privacy fence that was falling down. The bathrooms were real nice although the bushes all around needed grooming. The shower house was over the top nice.

Beautiful campground! We loved our patio site right on the water. We were greeted by two lovely ladies in the camp store who showed us everything we needed to know about the campground & area for our stay. We appreciated thier friendly & professional assistance. The grounds were exceptionally clean & every staff member we encountered was happy, friendly & courteous. We highly recommend this KOA!

Second time staying, nice new patios on water sites. Place is expanding in all the right ways. Can’t say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff is. Tim, Holly, Sue and the rest are to be recognized for their excellent service. They clearly understand the hospitality business. We’ll be back!

The camp and the personnel are very nice. I rated low because the site was very unlevel and difficult to set up. Sewer water doesn’t run uphill ! The site next to it was 3 feet away when our slides were out. You could literally look into and smell what your neighbors were cooking next door. The site does have potential but should only be one spot not two. This would be more acceptable in a journ

Booked 2 nights in advance. Trailer barely fit on 102. Unacceptable space is NOT a campsite. Firepit less than 15' from camp bath/laundry, continuous foot traffic in our camp. Door was lit all night by a yard light. No privacy, no evening campfire enjoyment. Slide out less than 4’ from neighbor camper. Offered a $30/night waterfront upgrade though we noticed other sites sat vacant during stay.

The park is a little out of the way, but worth the drive. Back in spaces next to the water are beautiful, lots of fish jumping! They are adding spaces for more campers, which from the looks of Friday night, will be necessary! We enjoyed our stay! Love the secluded quiet setting!

Great location in the NY Finger lakes region. Easy walk to center of town. Directly on the river, with swimming and kayaking on premise. Clean and neat up-and-coming KOA. Has a little way to go. Needs to complete the additional 40 spots and round out the amenities. There is no pool. We only found 2 shower rooms for the entire campsite. The jungle gym and hammock nest were brand new.

This was a great stop! The access was easy, the staff was terrific and although they were updating the campground it was clean! We liked the gate and the level spots that were nicely mowed. The spots were all spaced out nicely and easy in and out with no obstructions. Good luck on your expansion it was looking beautiful!

Full hook up was at rear end of my 31 foot trailer. My 25 ft water hose could not reach. Neither could my two lengths of sewer hose.

Very peaceful, Nice folks and great customer service. The KOA was lacking activities looks like they are renovating or adding additional sites. All in all I liked the site a lot would definitely go back again.

We enjoyed this park! It was quiet & the people that ran it were lovely! We had shade & the train was not right next door :) We also were able to find dinner/restaurants not too far away & that was really cool!

This is a great koa!! Sue and Myra really made us feel welcomed. The site was level, spacious and shady. When we are in the area we will return.

Great staff very friendly and helpful! There under construction and need to have a dust control system in place ( possibly a water truck keeping the roads from being so dusty) note even the golf carts the staff use kick up large amounts of dust. The facility is well kept and very clean. This is our first stay at a KOA and was done for convenience. We prefer more privacy and space.

Definitely one of the friendliest campgrounds. We had stayed before and it was in our top 3 favorites. We loved the huge grassy, shady area and the small feel of the campground. The grass and tree area is being replaced by new sites. I am sure it will be well done, the campground is very well maintained. If in the area, we would return, but do miss the open space.

under construction. we arrived after 6pm and office closed. Our materials were available next to the door. That was nice. We left before 9am next morning. Never did see any staff. Bathrooms clean and updated.

Very nice people greeted us on arrival. We had a fine escort take us to our fairly level site. The water, electric and sewer were fine. No cable tv, and limited local channels due to trees. Quite a bit of dust around due to new construction/ expansion. But when finished it will definitely be grand! No swimming pool, but directly on Seneca Lake, with kayaks and canoes available for rent.

Have stayed numerous times. Love this KOA. It is clean. If you like a quiet evening at the fire this is your place. I love the dog park, which is always clean and mowed.

Even with the expansion of the campground the venue was quiet. Staff were very friendly and informative about the campground as well as the area. We were very impressed with the speed of the internet (yes, we should not be glued to our mobile devices while traveling and exploring new areas)

We spent three weeks in May at this campground. Staff is always great and keeps the grounds kept up.Plan to be there for two weeks next year.

The staff is really great. Shout out to Tim, Sue and Myra. Super friendly and accommodating. They are adding alot of great new camp sites and its a little dusty and loud during the week, but should be completed in the next few weeks. We ended up having a lot of rain during our stay and a small lake formed right at our door, but Tim was on it and they brought gravel and fixed the issue. Tks all.

The staff is wonderful! They do a great job maintaining the facility, even during the major construction. They are very friendly, helpful and competent! The facility is well located and convenient. We will stay there again when in the area. Thank you!!!

Wonderful people to deal with, friendly and always available. Camp ground well maintained, clean. Laundry, showers and bathroom amenities were very clean and updated.

It was our first time there and everyone and I mean everyone that worked there was so friendly and helpful not just one day the whole weekend. Everything was clean the campsites where perfect and easy to back in. It was a great weekend and thank you for making it that way�

The staff (Patrick, Debra and Michael) were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The entire facility was clean and neat. The location was very nice.

I would have given 5 stars but there is only 1 bathhouse for such a large facility. Beautiful, level sites, some have patios and lawn furniture and are on water. Lots of activities on site and close by. Would love to stay here for about a week!
