Clean campsite. Staff were excellent n very helpful. Everything @ campsite was perfect! Only complaint I have has nothing to do with the campground ! As we kayaked thru the lock 4 we noticed it started smelling like a sewer the more we went towards montezuma. We turned n headed back after realizing they had sewage treatment plants up stream that discharged supposedly treated sewage ! DISGUSTING!

Campground is spacious and clean! Sites are generous. Sewers have an actual cover, not just a rock! Little things make a big difference. Wifi was very good - one of the few where you could stream. Staff was friendly & helpful. Only thing I missed was a pool. I don't do canal water. We would absolutely camp here again if we came back to the Finger Lakes. Camp store is very nice too. :)

Great location close to wineries and lots of outdoor activities. Super easy in and out. Wish the sites were a little more level but we managed. Staff was great - very accommodating and friendly. Big shout out to Myra and Sue! Best camp hosts ever!

There really wasn't much to the park. We reserved the "best spot" next the water. It was beautiful when we arrived after dark, but we woke to a swamp with unmaintained docks and a water feature. You are charging Jellystone prices for none of the experience. The park is the problem, not the people. The staff was delightfully friendly and organized. They are a 10/10.

This is our second stay and we will likely book again. Myra and Sue are so helpful and friendly, they offer the best customer service out of all the KOA'S we have used. We enjoyed the kayaking with so much wildlife. This KOA is unique, peaceful and well kept. The laundry room was immaculate. Thank you to Myra who even printed out info for us about a boat tour on Lake Seneca &left it by our door.

We reserved one of the Deluxe Pull Through Sites “with lots of elbow room”. They did not disappoint! Plenty of room between neighboring sites and lots of room to park the rig. Staff were very friendly and informative of local places to eat. The grounds were kept neat. We will be returning.

Excellent park really nice people running it. Level and plenty of length in the pull through. Double sewer hook ups to best fit your needs. Can’t say enough about this Park it’s awesome.

A delightful staff greeting us, complete with a fun welcoming sign, was just the beginning of a wonderful stay. The grounds are beautiful and you can see the hard work the owners are putting in to bring it up to date. A+ on the huge pull-through sites and space between most lots to not feel like a parking lot. Again, staff were fabulous—they are 10 out 10!

Came up for a family reunion, park was closest. Had site w8 on the harbor patio, fire pit, table and chairs. Park is well maintained and the people are very friendly. A neat and clean park, well maintained.

What a wonderful stay at the Waterloo KOA. Our first time staying at an KOA. Sites were large and impeccably maintained. Host of campground were lovely and attentive. Beautiful property.

We had a great time from the moment we arrived and were met by Myra and Sue who couldn't have been nicer and more informed. The two of them took time to fill us in about the area. After that we were escorted to our site by Myra who got us in our spot despite the pouring rain and her getting completely soaking wet. The site (W7) was terrific and clean. The staff kept the entire campground spotless.

It was Great. The Campgrounds are clean and well maintained. The Shower/Bath house are also well maintained. Dog park was fun for our Fur babies. All the workers were very Friendly and Helpful. We will Definitely be going back. AAA++++

We loved the Waterloo/Finger Lakes campground. The absolute best and a beautiful area! The folks there were so accommodating and friendly and they even had a ‘smores’ night during our stay. If ever in the area again we will be sure to schedule another stay.

Too expensive for what’s available. No pool, no hot tub, no fitness center, needs gravel in some sites and it can be VERY difficult for big rigs to maneuver. The ladies in the office were WONDERFUL and very welcoming and helpful.

Great staff and very well organized. Gounds were neat and clean and site w/patio large enough for us and easy to pull in and navigate with a big 5th wheel camper.

Stayed 6 nights in a pull through site with our 35 foot Class A. Staff was both pleasant and upbeat. When we arrived, they gave me a map and circled wonderful suggestions to visit during our stay. Campground is clean, neat and well maintained Neighbors were quiet respectful, We would have stayed longer but had to leave, The Finger Lakes area is beautiful and should be on everyone's bucket list.

Our stay was very nice and it was quiet. We stayed along the canal and listened to the frogs, and saw an osprey come into our site and visiting geese. The campground was very well kept up and clean. The staff was very welcoming. The one downside was the geese, leaving their mark behind. We volunteered to clean up the site because we had a dog and didn’t want to bring anything in the camper.

Sites were not mowed. If you have company you have to pick them up at the gate, not very visitor friendly. This includes delivery of food. Staff was friendly.

Pretty nice campground with easy access to the Finger Lakes. It was well kept and the amenities were good. Internet was spotty and some of the sites had live in residents which almost always detracts from the appearance. Overall would recommend.
