The park beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location. The landscape lady was working very hard on the beautiful grounds. Loved it.

There are no amenities yet. This property should be considered not fully open but they are charging full prices. Other campers were feeli g the same. The staff whoever are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. I would not recommend staying here for at least 12 to 18th. I feel that I did not get my monies worth.

Excellent staff, very friendly. Extremely clean park and electrical site no issues. We have a motorhome w/2 ac units. Never an issue even running microwave or hot water tank. Upcoming additions is pool and dog park. Avail is canoeing and kayaking. I'll return again next yr

Great place! Friendliest staff ever! Rented kayaks, paddled to Seneca Lake. Had a ball! Beautiful property with more amenities to come. Wonderful area with lots to see and do. Sincerely mean this is one of the best we stayed at( we’ve been in 41 states to compare). Will definite go back.

We had site # C10, campground is new and staff was very friendly. Its a work in progress but coming along very good. They are planning on putting in a pool this fall. they have kayaks for rent, fishing, a new playground and are constructing a dog park. Once this KOA is complete it will be very nice.

Absolutely the best KOA on our 5-week, 4,000 mile trip out of five we stayed at. Yes, Waterloo is brand new, but they've got it right - lots of space between sites, all very level, and excellent locations for utilities. A very friendly, greeted us at the front desk in their shiny, new headquarters, & lead us directly to our campsite, A-1. Shade trees and green grass everywhere. In a 5th wheel.

This location is absolutely gorgeous. We arrived late on check in day but the staff had everything ready for us. They were easy to work with when booking and were very helpful. Being a new KOA, they really seemed to have their act together! My only recommendation would be to update the fishing piers. Other than that this was an awesome site!

We booked Waterloo for a 5 night stay. The campground has a nice setting (on a small creek). They are in the process of converting the campground to KOA. The bathhouse was being renovated, so no showers were available. Only one of the dryers was working and no change machine. The staff were nice and once they get converted it should be a better experience.

FANTASTIC PEOPLE MANAGING THIS KOA…. NEW KOA… WORKING HARD TO MAKE CAMPGROUND TOP SHELF….. FINGER LAKES AREA IS RICH IN HISTORY …. SENECA LAKE IS FABULOUS …. SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO AND WATERLOO HARBOR PUTS YOU RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING !

A functioning shower house and an area for a small overflow tent on grass or mulch is sometimes a necessity for certain travelers. Susan's kindness and caring were greatly appreciated. Thank you, Joanne

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Look forward to your campgrounds future growth. Only negative is I do not feel your water sites warrant an additional $40 nightly.

This was a very nicely run KOA. Some of the nicest showers- clean, individual rooms. Nice camp store and on site food options. Campsite was nice and shady.

Nicely upgraded, spacious and very clean. Great staff! Here to visit friends. Regular rate is reasonable but holiday rate increase was huge. We will return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Waterloo KOA. It is new, very pristine & quiet. Our site was right along Gem Creek...great spot!. We rented kayaks-so serene! It is closely situated to many great activities, like a private boat tour of Seneca River just 2 miles up the road. The staff is super-friendly. Many thanks to Sharon with whom I enjoyed many a conversation about our twin Jayco's. The best!

Nice park! New water, electric and sewer around the new waterside sites. Everyone was super nice and helpful here. We decided to upgrade to waterside and are very happy with the site, W12. We also extended our stay an extra four days! They are working on maintenance and improvements each day. Access to the river and lake, with a launch ramp. Sites are level and most with nice shade. Lots to do.

Although not a fully rebuilt KOA, as it had been recently purchased, on the night we stopped in, it was Comfortable, clean, most helpful and, the friendliest staff I’ve encountered. We’re stopping there again for several nights, on our way home from Niagara Falls, NY.
