Nice quiet campground. Restroom very clean but no showers available. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The discharge drain was very high off the ground so bring your bridge for the drain hose. The play area was nice and big and the swing set was almost new.

We liked it! A very nice campground with a great staff. It's still new and a gem in it's beginning. They are working hard to finish it and are doing a good job getting there. I liked the layout, but the back to backs were a bit tight, but side to side had a lot of space. Most of the backin's had a slight front to rear slope. Easy to back into. Overall, really liked this campground. We'll be back.

Beautiful property. Stunning setting with spacious fields and river access. Respectful and quiet but friendly guests. Excellent customer service. Lovely family running the place. We especially enjoyed the kayaking through the river locks! Best KOA we've stayed at. Thank you!

This place just isn't ready. It is an old park that KOA is converting. There is no bathhouse and only one toilet. They do not tell you this when reserving, and only recently posted this information to their website. Maybe someday they will get it together, but I was very disappointed with the facilities and the communication regarding the status of the campground.

We had a very nice, long, level pull thru site. No shade, but great. They could trim a few trees a little more on the way in and out. The campground was well maintained. New owners were working hard. Very friendly and nice. Lots to do in the area. Great stay.

This is very a recent member of KOA. People are friendly and cordial, but amenities are definitely not to par with the KOA standards. I assume that this location is probably a work in progress location.

Our stay was great! The owners are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We felt they really cared and wanted all their guests to be happy. If we are ever in this area again we will certainly stay at the Waterloo/ Finger Lakes KOA!

Staff are friendly, campground is clean. We were there to go to a show at Del Lago casino nearby. They were putting together a volleyball court/net. It will be fantastic. They are planning a new building for showers, so no showers available yet. A pool would be great as there is no swimming in the river outlet nearby. The staff and friendly neighbors made up for it.

Waterloo is a smaller camp ground clean and open. With access to fish off the river. It’s peacefully and a great overnight stay.

They are in the midst of becoming a KOA but they have a very long way to go. Priced high for what we got. The staff was very nice.

This was the best KOA we've stayed at. Every employee was friendly and very helpful!! Sharon was especially helpful with info oertaing to places to visit and eat. She went out if her way to make sure we we're having a great time!! All the employees at this campground are assets to the KOA. We will be back!!!

Lovely campground with awesome staff. Sites are spacious, quiet location, we were backed up to the water, brand new utilities. Rented a kayak and spent 3 hours paddling the canal.

Nice campground, wish there was a pool or other water feature other than the river (though that was fun). Gate (closest to playground) on Kamp K9 needs to be more secure and closer together so the little dogs don’t escape � But would (and have already) recommend!

Beautiful, clean campground. Unfortunately we were closely surrounded by neighbors, but I expect that at a KOA. All staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a fairly new campground, but everything was clean and well taken care of. Lots of new trees planted. I look forward to going back in a year or two and seeing how many more improvements they've made.

We had a 4 day stay that was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff, site was beautiful along a water way. Very clean and kept up. Nice and quiet.

Lovely campground with even lovelier , helpful staff and crew. Be sure to walk the lawn and read the little story posted on various signs. If you have kids, do this with them. We enjoyed our waterfront site and suggestions for vineyards and cheese places to enjoy because we were new to the area.

A beautiful KOA campground and a very friendly and professional staff! The campground is immaculately clean and a very nice location in Waterloo. We inquired on our reservation if a shady spot could be found and we were not disappointed! We will definitely come here again because of the location, beautiful campground and the hospitality of the KOA staff! Thank you Waterloo / Fingerlakes KOA!

Awesome place, not only were spaces spacious the grounds were impeccable. The staff was incredible-friendly, helpful and just so nice. Would highly recommend when in the finger lakes. Can’t say enough about this place—big dog park too! On a creek-just so beautiful and relaxing!!!

We had a wonderful time - so much to do in the area, and lots of great improvements to the campground. We put in kayaks and loved paddling on the canal. The people are so friendly and helpful. The grounds are so quiet and there is so much room you truly get a "lost in nature" feel. We will be back next year!!

Welcoming and accommodating. Within 15 seconds of checking in, we were all laughing at the office. With that precedent, the rest of our stay was a pleasure. They gladly relocated us (to a more shady site) and showed us a great place to run/swim our dogs. It was a welcome relief from a frenetic, hyperactive camp that we had just left. I can see myself doing a barter/volunteer stay there some day.

2nd time here and just as great as the first. Friendly staff, great location, large rv spots and everything is clean and well maintained. Great KOA!
