The campground was very neat and clean. The staff was great. They were very informative about the area. There was a boat launch within the campground so we could kayak without traveling. Nice stay overall and would do again

Very friendly and helpful folks. I asked a lot of questions about the area (bike trails, women's rights museum, etc.) and Holly was very knowledgeable and helpful. We used the laundry and the showers, both were well laid out (convenient to use) and very clean. Our visit was just for one night, but we felt warmly welcomed and enjoyed our stay very much.

Open after other campgrounds were closed in October. Bathroom clean and made me feel comfortable. It is a really cute campsite.

Clean bathhouse, very friendly owners, neat layout with boat access sites. However, I thought the one night price was way too high for a simple site.

Easy check in even though the office was closed. Great site. Great park. Very nice hosts. Cute souvenirs. Wished we could have stayed longer. Make it a stop on your trip. You won’t regret it ��ϋ�

Nice small KOA camp a lot of improvements happening on the grounds. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the Waterloo/Finger Lakes KOA. The park was very quiet and peaceful, and our water view was perfect.

We found the Waterloo KOA to be a quiet place to stay while we explored the Finger Lakes region. We were met with very friendly hosts who had many recommendations and advise for the area.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We can’t say enough about how welcoming they were. The grounds are wonderfully landscaped and maintained.

It was a layover enroute to Niagara Falls. We arrived early but staff was very accommodating and pleasant. We stayed in A2 pull through that was large enough we could detach. Campground in general very clean and tidy.

Beautiful park. Sites are nice and large and very quiet. The only bad thing is that we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend!

Stayed one night on our way to another destination in our 32 ft class A. Easy access off the hiway. Nicely treed. Level easy to back in. Had fun with the lady at check-in. Greg is also a friendly character. I would stay there again. Thank you

Nice campground they are working to keep updated. New showers and creating some new patio sites we saw while we were there. Great location in Finger Lakes Wine Region for those interested.

Staff are beyond helpful and friendly. i stayed at site 08 which is a patio site and it’s perfect. nice level crushed cement with a beautiful patio next to it with flowers and outdoor furniture.

We loved our stay here in Waterloo.. We do expect to be regular campers there.. Its a small but well maintained camp..

This is a great campground. My only suggestion is that the dog park needs a double gate so that when the gate is opened other dogs can’t get totally out of the dog park. We would definitely return!

We only stayed overnight. The sites were close together; it didn’t make a difference for our stay as it was raining and we didn’t spend much time outside. It might have impacted our experience if we’d stayed for multiple nights and the weather was better. Good bathrooms and showers.

Gorgeous grounds, we had a wonderful time. One suggestion, late Check in was a bit confusing. Perhaps an email ahead of time would be better.

We love this KOA. Everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is our third or fourth time staying. We have already booked some dates for next year. Our dog loves the dog park. The scenery is beautiful and there are kayaks to rent with water access on the property.
