The staff were friendly and amazingly helpful! It was our first solo camping trip with our brand new camper. They took us right to our site and walked us through backing into our spot. They told us all about the group activities going on that weekend and offered help with anything else for our stay. Absolutely perfect first solo trip!!

Very nice, quiet and clean KOA. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone asks how you are doing and if you need anything to contact them. My only disappointment here was the laundry; there are only 2 washers & 2 dryers. Had a difficult time getting laundry done as some selfish guest didn't empty out the washer. After an 1-1/4 hrs waiting I unloaded their laundry. Frustrating!

Great park. Lots of room for big rigs that are towing. Friendly helpful staff. Definitely would recommend this KOA.

Beautiful property. Great communication from the staff. Accepts Amazon packages for guests. There is a dog park, kayak rentals, a pond, and a dock. Scattered trees provide shade. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

We loved the new spots in the back this year. Staff is super friendly and attentive. We strongly dislike the rate for visitors. We stay here every year to see lots of family in the area and it costs too much for them to come visit and not ever use any park facilities.

This is a nice campground. Lots of room, very spacious between sights. Office and store staff very helpful and friendly, maintenance came right out to remove dead branches so we extend awnings.Two issues that we did notice, most of the sites were 12-16 inches below the dump pipes, made for some stinky stinky wrestling when leaving, sites need to be raised. Grass mowing in the morning, NO!

Most of the staff were excellent others not so much. Sunday afternoon is not the best day to mow the lawn in between the campers especially with a side discharge mower. Views of the water would have been nice if the weeds could be cut down. Dead trees over some of the campsites need to be trimmed or removed. A lot of the sites sit 16-18 inches below the sewer tie ins. Pump off difficult. Unkept

This was a last minute reservation for a one night stay on 4th of July. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds well kept and bathrooms spotless. We would definitely stay here again.

Such an amazing campground, hosts Myra & Sue were so friendly. Bath house, brand new & sparkling clean, great laundry & store. Will plan to go back again! Love the access to the dock, fishing & we even rented a boat nearby & were able to dock at the campground for a bathroom break. We rented Kayaks and paddled for a day, Quiet and immaculate!!

My husband and I stayed there over the July 4th weekend. We absolutely LOVED it. The staff was so wonderful, friendly and helpful in giving us guidance on what to do in the area. The Canal Locke kayaking is a must do! The water front sites are so beautiful, peaceful where we stayed. Loved the board games in in the recreation room, brought me back to childhood days. Very clean grounds. Will return!

We were at your Campground on July 4th weekend. Temperatures were low 90’s. The only thing we missed was a swimming pool. We had a beautiful breeze the entire time. We would come back if you had a pool on property

We stayed here for only one night as we were passing through. They have ALOT of Long, Level and Roomy pull through sites that can fit rigs of all types. The staff was great the facilities were nice and clean. I would definitely stay here for a longer time when I am in the area again.

The campground was very quiet and clean. The small shower house was especially impressive with its cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. Camp hosts Sue and Myra were great, they went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this LOA!!!

It was such a nice place. Very clean and the staff was excellent! So friendly! It is a very relaxing place - more for adults than children which was fine for us. The access to the water and the lock was amazing. We also rode the Canal trail which was nearby so we didn't have to drive there. We had a great time. I cannot say enough about the friendly staff!! Sue is amazing!

Host and workers where very friendly and helpful. However not very knowledable about the area. The site was ok but a pool or other recreation such as bike trails, tubing ect. would make the campsite worth the cost. We moved our site but where unaware of the price difference until billed.

Nice campground realizing the newer sites were just completed last year. More clover than grass, but too be expected being so new. Hosts were very friendly! Facilities clean and updated! Great location for winery visits! We understand a pool may be installed for next year. Would be a welcome addition to beat the June heat! Keep up the great work! Look forward to our next stay.

Able to switch sites for more shade. Back shower water was very hot and unable to add cool water. Frount shower worked fine.

Was great time spent. , great location near water . All employees were very cooperative, always ready to help and to answer questions. Pavilion was always immaculate clean as well as the grounds. Nothing to do with you but the property next door had some machinery working on a Sunday !!!!??? I don’t know if was an extraordinary thing being done but they should not be doing noise on weekends

Lovely place, convenient to all areas of the Finger Lakes, Geneva, Senegal Falls, Syracuse, Rochester. Took a kayak ride through the Seneca Cayuga canal with one of the owners. So much fun! We will be back

Loved this campground! Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. I never thought of going to do a cheese tasting, but it was recommended and actually fun! (Muranda Cheese Co.) campground was cleans and had lots of amenities. Would stay again if ever in the area.

The staff (Patrick, Debra and Michael) were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The entire facility was clean and neat. The location was very nice.
