Our experience at the Waterloo KOA was fantastic! Our patio site on the water was the nicest site we’ve ever had anywhere! The campground completely full on memorial day weekend, but peaceful and lovely! We loved the access to the water, and brought our own kayaks and rented more for guests. This campground was formerly a rundown campground, and the KOA owners have really done an amazing job!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The park was well maintained, shaded and close to the water. Sites are close together and the slant of B1 was more than our class A leveling could adjust, but we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

We loved our stay and having the waterway right there was so great to kayak to Seneca lake and to fish right from our campsite. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Wonderful stay. They continue to make the place nicer with upgrades every time we visit. Staff is so nice. This place would be on my all time favorites if it had a pool. Probably would still rank it in the top 10 though.

Recent renovations were great—level sites, updated electrical, etc. Somedocks have been replaced, but others in sad shape. Ramp to the bathhouse needs to be completed, and pot holes at the entry to the campground filled in. It's a lovely setting, but would not recommend the section where sites are back to back. We'll be back, but choose our site more wisely. Expect this KOA will only get better!

The campground is immaculate, and all of the amenities are brand new and being updated. Loved all the places to walk and explore right within the campground only request would be a more level spot to edge of the water for cooling off.

The campground is nicely renovated, and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The issues I had were due to the newness of sites. I believe we were the first campers to utilize site 15W since reopening this year. Please contact me to discuss my 2 big issues that caused us concern. Thank you

Great smaller campground; only wish there was a salt water pool as it is a bit pricey for the minimal amenities they have. Very friendly staff.

We were preaching a two week revival in Seneca Falls, and spent the entire two weeks at this campground. The Staff is like family and do all they can to make your stay wonderful. Next year we will be back here for three weeks in May.

Loved the campground, right along the canal with wildlife reserve area. The staff were the most friendly I have experienced at any KOA. The ground are well maintained and beautiful. The playground equipment and K9 enclosure are new and spacious. Lots to do and see in the area. Loved our stay here!

This was an amazing campground. While it was still a work in progress they are doing a wonderful job. Everyone was super nice and always available to answer any questions. Wish we lived closer because we would like to come back someday. Thanks for being a wonderful part of our adventure!!

Peaceful stay. Perfect for people who love wildlife. We had backup waterfront site and enjoyed watching a deer and her fawn, fish jumping out of the water, and various species of birds. We were escorted to our site which I appreciate since I did not have to help my husband back in.

We loved waterloo/finger lakes koa! Holly checked us in and showed us to our campsite. She was awesome. The campground was well maintained. The bathrooms were very clean. We had a nice, quiet weekend. We'll definitely stay again. Thank you!

It was a beautiful quiet campground. My family really enjoyed our stay as we had a beautiful site on the water. It was great fishing from the comfort of our camp site. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and always wearing a smile. We are looking forward to returning.

Lovely place on the canal, very clean and well maintained, and the KOA people are the best���� My only complaint would be the traffic noise and you can't do much about that.

Overall our stay was very good. The Waterloo KOA staff are helpful and professional. The hookups (electric & sewer) are new and worked perfectly on our A5 site (pull-thru). The site are fairly level and spacious with a personal firepit. The only issue was the public restrooms were not open early on a Sunday morning. The park is located convenient to wineries, outdoor activities and a casino.

The campsite and grounds were immaculate. Our site was waterfront and the kids had fun fishing from right there. The kayaks were a lot of fun. The hosts made us feel like family. We are looking forward to making this an annual destination vacation.

Such a great time, this is our new favorite KOA. We had our kayaks with us (you can also rent) and could just launch into the river right from our site. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. You can kayak all the way to Seneca lake or the other direction to the locks. So much to do in the areas, we did day trips to Watkins Glen, Skaneateles, wineries and more more. Will be back again!

Although this is a new KOA and is lacking some of the amenities of other KOAs, we found it to be perfect for our trip. We wanted to be close to the many wineries and breweries in the area. It was easy to get to and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We plan to visit again next year.
