We loved our stay at Waterloo. Everyone was very friendly. There was lots to do around the area. We did the kayaking to the Lock and we all loved it.

The customer service folks were phenomenal! What a great welcome when we walked through the door! Everyone was super polite, kind, courteous. They got us checked in, were very informative about what was going on and escorted us to our site. Thank you!

Park is nice, older section leaves a bit to be desired. Just do not understand why parks don’t trim the trees near the sites and on roads in and out.

Stayed here to visit old friends in the area. Turned out we had hydraulic leak, so no leaving until repairs were done. Fortunately the KOA staff had a few mobile RV techs’ business cards. Highly recommend FERNWEH RV service! Saved the day! Campground is quiet, clean, offers kayaks and there is a great dog park. Office staff was understanding and we really appreciate them.

Great location and very friendly, efficient staff. Spacious sites, good dog park, and activities. Love the kayaks right on the river at the campground especially the Lock tour. Only downside we found was that there is just 2 showers for the whole campground. Maybe that’s not an issue for some but we use them. The location with regards to the lakes and towns is excellent though.

The staff is very friendly, we got an escort to our site! The sites are very spacious and most all of the rented sites were spread out so nobody was directly next to their neighbors. Intentionally planned I’ll bet. There were so many extras that we haven’t seen in other KOA’s like a hammock system by the river. The restrooms were very clean. New trees planted all around. A pool would be awes

Great hosts - A++ to the hosts and front desk crew, clean campground. Area around it is a bit blighted. Finger lake area is beautiful, but the immediate area is so so.

Our site was beautiful, lots of room. Weather was a bit hotter than we would have liked but no rain which was a plus; There is alot to do in the area which we took advantage of/ We appreciated having full hookups and the offer of wood delivery to our site if we planned to have a campfire, but it was too warm for that; We also liked that wifi was available, not something others offer

Even though I was there for one night, I could see it was a very busy place. Activities abound. Lovely landscaping with an attention to detail, several well kept bathhouses. On the down side there seemed to be a lack of signage.

Campgrounds everywhere can be broken by work campers who are careless…Waterloo has some of the best! The grounds are clean, well kept, and spacious spots. I wish I could have spent more time. Everything about it was perfect. Thank you, Waterloo!

Had a great time plenty of things to do for kids ! Very peaceful only monor disappoint ment was no pool but thats fine and the staff! Unbelievable it was like we were kings and queens they were amazing!! Friendly , helpful in soooo many ways definitely be back!

What makes this KOA a great campground are the staff. They were knowledgeable about the area and took great pride in the grounds. I would like to see more than one bathhouse containing only two showers though. We will definitely be back.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, they had information on places to go that were different if you didn’t want to wine taste. Very clean, and I love the large sites. We have told friends to stay there and we will be back. I would have liked a pool for the days we were back early but other then that it was great

The pond needs cleaned out. Docks are in horrible shape and broken with unsafe conditions. People go to fish and kayak as there is no pool you would expect it to look better then it is. Also leaving weeds are overgrown and hard to see exiting on main road

Campground was clean and well maintained as well as centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Our only complaint was only 2 showers available. It wasn’t a problem most of week, but as the sites filled closer to the weekend, we did have to wait a couple of times. Not a tragedy and would not keep us from staying here again!!

We had a very nice experience at this park. The grounds were very well laid out and maintained. spaces large. The staff was super accommodating and friendly.Probably the best KOA experience we've had in a very long time.

The sites are flat and long. The bathrooms are well maintained and cleaned regularly. Staff could not be nicer from reception to exit.

We got stay in their new section. The sites were large both in length and width, long enough for the longest of rigs. The utilities were in the center, although the septic was too high. Easy in and out. The staff was A number 1.

Quiet, lots of pull through and easy backup sites. Well maintained, friendly staff. A nice touch is an escort to your site…they will take the best route for your rig.

Clean campsite. Staff were excellent n very helpful. Everything @ campsite was perfect! Only complaint I have has nothing to do with the campground ! As we kayaked thru the lock 4 we noticed it started smelling like a sewer the more we went towards montezuma. We turned n headed back after realizing they had sewage treatment plants up stream that discharged supposedly treated sewage ! DISGUSTING!

Campground is spacious and clean! Sites are generous. Sewers have an actual cover, not just a rock! Little things make a big difference. Wifi was very good - one of the few where you could stream. Staff was friendly & helpful. Only thing I missed was a pool. I don't do canal water. We would absolutely camp here again if we came back to the Finger Lakes. Camp store is very nice too. :)

Great location close to wineries and lots of outdoor activities. Super easy in and out. Wish the sites were a little more level but we managed. Staff was great - very accommodating and friendly. Big shout out to Myra and Sue! Best camp hosts ever!

There really wasn't much to the park. We reserved the "best spot" next the water. It was beautiful when we arrived after dark, but we woke to a swamp with unmaintained docks and a water feature. You are charging Jellystone prices for none of the experience. The park is the problem, not the people. The staff was delightfully friendly and organized. They are a 10/10.

This is our second stay and we will likely book again. Myra and Sue are so helpful and friendly, they offer the best customer service out of all the KOA'S we have used. We enjoyed the kayaking with so much wildlife. This KOA is unique, peaceful and well kept. The laundry room was immaculate. Thank you to Myra who even printed out info for us about a boat tour on Lake Seneca &left it by our door.

The staff (Patrick, Debra and Michael) were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The entire facility was clean and neat. The location was very nice.

I would have given 5 stars but there is only 1 bathhouse for such a large facility. Beautiful, level sites, some have patios and lawn furniture and are on water. Lots of activities on site and close by. Would love to stay here for about a week!
