This KOA provided excellent customer support and service. The restrooms and public areas were clean and well maintained. Though we only stayed for one night, it was a place we’d return to.

Nice and welcoming front desk staff. Very discouraged by the gun shots we heard non-stop in the afternoon and again in the morning. The firewood I purchased was bad - smoked like crazy, wet and some of the logs actually never burned. Nice large sites. I wish you would cut all the tall reeds along the river, around the water fountain and other areas - that would make the campground nicer.

Very friendly and upbeat staff! All smiles! They were organized, helpful and kept things super clean, even though they had just dealt with a hurricane the week before and extra work to do with that. In another review I see the docks were mentioned needing some repair or relocation and one of those should have been for our site to use, so that would be nice. Thank you.

Beautiful spot under the trees. Easy access to the river/canal. Owners are investing in upgrading the park. New washers and dryers, but only two of each, could use more.

Very friendly workers very clean rest rooms and showers and great access to Seneca River for kayaking and going threw the locks between Cayuga and Seneca Lake

We had an enjoyable stay at the Waterloo/Finger Lakes KOA. "Excellent staff." Beautiful, and well maintained Park. Modern infrastructure.

Such a beautiful well maintained campground. We have been staying here for a few years now and each time we visit something has been upgraded. The owners and staff take such wonderful care of this place and it shows. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing campground with beautiful views this is your place. We highly recommend the sites on the water as you are able to fish right from your site

It was very nice from the beginning, we were escorted to our site. We bought firewood, and they delivered it for us. The site was clean and very peaceful had a great time.

During the day the yellow jacket bees were a problem and made it hard to enjoy our time outside but went away once the sun was down. Our daughter did sustain a sting to a toe while laying in a recliner we had with us. They seemed to be very aggressive we even had a couple in our electric hook up. I would possibly recommend having someone professionally spray for them if possible. But a great stay

Great experience ! We will definetly come back. Upon arrival we were told that due to a storm that came through the previous week we would not be able to have the site that we requested. They offered us several options to choice a new site, including an upgrade. They also credited our $25 choose your site fee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Campground is very clean, spacious sites

We only stayed 2 nights because we were passing through it we definitely loved the campground, it was spacious, quiet and very adult friendly. We are planning on going back and staying longer. Owners are very nice and friendly

The only issue we had was with the WiFi which worked sporadically. The office staff and help were wonderful!!

We enjoyed our stay at Waterloo/Finger Lake KOA. If we would come back we would probably stay here again. the staff was very caring and helpful when we were under tornado warnings, providing shelter until the storm passed. They were checking on everyone in the morning to see if we were ok or needed anything. It was good to see their kindness and concern for all of the campers.

The park has potential! The park has fallen behind in its upkeep. There are a lot of dead branches in the trees, which need to be removed. The docks could use some updating. The sites are nice and large which does give privacy. The pond out back is surrounded by frag. Removing the frag and adding some seating would be a great idea. Unfortunately the pool was incomplete. The staff was great!

Had a family get together (11 of us) @KoA. Camp personnel were great and helpful. Wi-Fi was a little “suspect” at times. Was surprised not having a cable hook-up also. We will consider this campground again in the future.

What a nice campground! We have a 45 foot Aspire and the spots are very well appointed and large. The reception we received was very warm and welcoming. They answered all of our questions and even gave us a map. The campground is central to a lot of different places. We traveled to the New York State fair in Syracuse and we were able to find some really great cheese places.

The employees were great. The park was nice. The water view promised wasn’t what we expected but, we didn’t check ahead of time to see if the KOA was on the lake. We assumed it was so that’s our bad.

We stayed in a patio site along the waterway. The site was beautiful and had a nice and reasonably private grassy area under a tree where our grandbaby could crawl around, We'd definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area.

This was our first trip to the Finger Lakes region and we rated our entire vacation 5 stars! The campground was clean, spacious, inviting, quiet, and a great location. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Other campers were also very nice. They made our fur babies feel very welcome. A nice place to walk the dogs, make s'mores, or just relax. We already booked for the fall

Too expensive with very little amenities. Low overhanging wire near the club house. 2 washers and dryers that cost as much as the laundromat. Didn't weedeat around the camper the entire time we were there. They don't spray for bugs - on the sites or on the gate code box. The electric cost is crazy - commercial rates. Our monthly bill was over $250. Positive - they pickup your trash at the site.

I enjoyed my stay, and the office and grounds staff were exceptional in their hospitality and provided helpful local and regional information for my visit. My site C-9 was level and had enough room for me to back in, with plenty of space between my site and my neighbor. On my next visit to the upstate NY region, I will use a KOA as a base for touring.

Pretty nice campground with easy access to the Finger Lakes. It was well kept and the amenities were good. Internet was spotty and some of the sites had live in residents which almost always detracts from the appearance. Overall would recommend.
