In every conversation I had with employees, prior to, and during, our stay, we’re very friendly, helpful, and professional. We loved the larger spaces that were pulled through in the back where it was more quiet, close to the dog park, not far from the laundry.facilities were very clean and well kept. Employees made great recommendations for services and sites.

Way over priced. $85 a night is nearly triple my average nightly cost. I will not return to this park just for that reason. Nice and friendly staff, no issues there. But why can't you pave the front entrance. There are pot holes and dust (that is throughout the park). but especially at the entrance not a good way to start the experience. Amenities. No pickleball or pool. Not a good value.

Un accueil parfait. Les 2 dames sont vraiment gentilles. L’endroit pour s’enregistrer est vraiment beau. Les portes s’ouvrent comme des portes de garage. Le camping est propre. Nous avons juste trouvé que c’était dispendieux: 165$ en canadien pour 1 nuit. Mais sinon beau camping bien situé.

Ya know... I have this (new-ish) 16ft NuCamp 320 T@B. I'm still very much learning to back it in spots. I love that, "It's ok! We got you!" kind-of attitude! I Will keep practicing, but my next stay already reserved is in a pull-through! The staff are warm and caring and that is how it should be. Peace!

Very convenient to the interstate for easy on and off. Drove our tow car to explore the Finger Lakes area. 40' motorhome plus tow car.

Great staff - very nice and accommodating! The campground was very clean and so were the shower houses. We highly recommend this campground.

Nice clean KOA close to any wineries and the Finger Lakes. Staff was very nice. Unless I missed something The only restroom I saw was a shared mail/female restroom and no shower. Apparently there's good fishing in the waters surrounding the park but I didn't get a chance to soak any bait. All in All nice facility with nice wide sites.

Nice place once you get in the campground. The big problem is the 2 1/2 mile dusty, bumpy, gravel road completely covers you RV and tow vehicle with a heavy coating of dust. No sense in washing your vehicles because they will only get just as nasty leaving.

I can't believe they don't have cable. Otherwise, it's a very nice RV park. It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

Holly and Myra were wonderful hosts. Very friendly and helpful, attentive to all we inquired about. The recent expansion has added a lot of really nice amenitites. We plant to return!!

Bathroom/showers very clean. Laundry room was clean and neat. Would recommend a sign over washers that pods should go in with clothes and NOT in the detergent tray. Had to clean the trays out because pods don’t dissolve dissolved fully in tray. Staff very friendly and courteous.

This is the third year we stay here and we are impressed by their commitment to improving the facility. Even when it was a little rough, the enthusiasm of the staff smoothed over any problems. This is one of few camp sites where I make it a point to say good-bye rather than just drive off. Always a pleasure.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The water pressure was great and the bathrooms were clean. It was great for our overnight stay.

It may sound silly, but when you arrive there is a white board with the names of the guests for the check in that day....everytime we come we see that and it is like saying " hello...we have been looking forward to seeing you" . We came again this past Labor Day weekend and the 2 women that run the grounds are the most pleasent and friendly we have seen at a KOA. The grounds are well maintained.

Very clean rest room and showers well groomed grounds. New sites can handle large campers towing. Few miles from I 90 but country setting and quiet, river for fishing large play set for children and other games. You will also meet the best KOA host and her husband Holly and Greg who can inform you what's going on around town and if you need Kayak information Greg is the man to see. TU Bob, Cindy.

This KOA is very clean and lovely. The only negative is the number of restrooms is two, can cause long wait times. But the bathrooms are very nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also were accommodating to myself and my friends that also camped. We stayed there in 2023, and I must say within one year (2024) the improvements and expansion that has been done is awesome. Some dead trees need to be trimmed up and out, but the overall appearance and upkeep of the Waterloo KOA is outstanding. Looking forward to next year already!

We really liked our stay. My only hesitation is the reluctance to have other people come in to visit. We were there to visit friends and it kind of put a damper on having them come to see us. We tried to always leave to see them because of the policy, which left our dogs alone and left a lot of our food plans unrealized. That is the only negative comment. Everything else was really nice.

Great campground for touring the finger lakes region. Centrally located in Waterloo with easy access to the surrounding wineries and breweries. Sites are nicely laid out fairly spacious (at least the section we were in). Not a lot of amenities for families but we are a retired couple and were on the go visiting wineries/breweries/restaurants/shopping in the area so it was perfect for us.

I did not stay there. KOA has the wrong email for Harry D's email. I have reached out the KOA, but this still continues so Every survey will zero as I did not enjoy a stsy.

Gave Lower rating only cause the Mosquitos were so bad and we just asked if they ever spray. Office worker was Very rude about it and Said, Dont know what to tell you!! It's out doors we understand but when you have still water area, That's Mosquito heaven, be proactive and Treat, Many other places do.

Perfect campground and right on the water. Clean, and spacious sites. Easy access to bike trails. Close to Auburn, Watkins Glen and Ithica areas. Tons of wineries and breweries. Quant little towns all close by.

This KOA is well situated at the North end of Seneca Lake and is a great launching point to visit the wonderful sites along the lake. Many wonderful wineries and craft breweries. Spacious sites with good fishing opportunities along with canoe and kayak rentals.
