We absolutely loved our stay at the Waterloo Koa. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly,! Holly was awesome! We stayed in one of the cabins & it was the best Koa cabin we have stayed in. The view from the front porch was perfect. Very relaxing & conveniently located to many things to do in the area. We can't wait to go back again.

We called the campground after having mechanical issues with our camper. to see if they had an open site. They greeted us warmly, found us a site, and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed as we prepared to get back on the road. They were all warm, enthusiastic and helpful. The spot is quite peaceful. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We arrived after 5pm office closure and found our envelope and site information easily. Because of our request to be near a restroom, they upgraded us to a better site at no cost. This was greatly appreciated! The electrical hookup box was new and the pull-through site was level gravel. Easy to come and go.

We had a great stay. The workers were all helpful and friendly! We would recommend having a pool put in soon, and more games in rec room!

Very friendly staff greeted us and answered all our questions politely! Although our site was a little tight ( we were in the older section ), the camp ground was clean, quiet and friendly. We enjoyed meeting the owner, who very proudly showed us one of their brand new cabins. She told us about all the changes they have made & we wish them luck with the planned upgrades for the future.

Highly recommend the Waterloo/Finger Lakes KOA to anyone traveling through the area. The staff was great and sites were spacious. The campground was also very well cared for and clean, along with a large Camp K-9 for our pooch to run around in.....You won't go wrong with this campground !

Our campsite was lovely and on the water. The paver patio was decorated with 2 charming planters and equipped with a table / 4 chairs and 2 chairs around the fire pit. Bathhouse was clean and close by. This is a quiet campground well located in Waterloo near plenty of activities.

First time, very kind and supportive staff, nice location, close to things. On the Seneca river. You can tell they are doing everything in their power to grow the campground & make it a magnificent experience! I bet in 2 yrs time it will be a completely different place ( in a good way), it is nice now but they r expanding nicely

We needed a stay at the last minute and Waterloo was very accommodating. They are in the middle of expanding their locaion but as they do so, they maintain a very quiet and clean locaion with lots to do. Good experience for our first KOA stay.

Check in was smooth, the site was great, shade trees, the staff all friendly and very helpful. If in the area we'd stay here again. New expansion. Will be great.

This was a first time visit for us. They told us of all the plans they have for future renovations of the campground. We look forward to coming again and enjoying the upgrades. The sites are very spacious. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

This was probably the best KOA we have stayed at thus far. Super nice staff. Owner checked us in and we asked for recommendations for what to do and eat in town. We did all of them and had an amazing time. Super clean. Nice. Would definitely go back when we go back to that area.

The campground overall was nice and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our site was large and had a big tree for shade. Getting to the site with our 32' class A was no problem. The water pressure was great. Something that is rare in campsites. We would have enjoyed it more if it wasn't so hot during our stay! I highly recommend Connies's for breakfast. It's just down the street.

Beautiful new big rig sites. Clean restrooms. Great for kayaking. Friendly staff. Close to highway. Would stay again when in the area.

The cabins were BEAUTIFUL! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location of the cabin had amazing water views and very accessible fishing (although very weedy and did not catch anything) but still very nice! There isn't much to do around the campground but makes for a very relaxing stay! My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable, bring some sort of padding! Would likely stay again!

There was no cable I thought all KOA had cable. There was no pool. There was a Watermain break. Nobody came around and told us they were shutting the water off. Extremely dusty every time a car went past we couldn’t even sit out. We were on the end. If we would try to sit and eat, Car would go past we get full of dust. There was no change machine at the laundromat only One working wash machine.

2nd year there, stayed 2 night. Clean, large spots. The staff are very helpful and very nice. Great KOA camp ground. We will be back.

The staff is great!! Sites are pretty nice and large enough for our 28 ft fifth wheel. They seem to be doing a large upgrade to the campground with regards to sites, electric and water...increasing their capacity 3 fold. My guess is that this is a relatively new "holiday" KOA as there is no pool. I'd stay again especially after their pool is in. Staff made all the difference!!

HIGH speed vehicles including garbage trucks, etc making so much dust. Water pipe broke and we had no water for a day. Only 2 showers for all campers. One was cold and one was hot, no inbetween. NO SWIMNING POOL TO COOL OFF IN. No amenities for anyone. They def. need to rethink their arrangements for heat. GET A POOL....................

Our first impression was that the campground was shabby. I didn’t like that we had to look at a privacy fence that was falling down. The bathrooms were real nice although the bushes all around needed grooming. The shower house was over the top nice.

Beautiful campground! We loved our patio site right on the water. We were greeted by two lovely ladies in the camp store who showed us everything we needed to know about the campground & area for our stay. We appreciated thier friendly & professional assistance. The grounds were exceptionally clean & every staff member we encountered was happy, friendly & courteous. We highly recommend this KOA!

Second time staying, nice new patios on water sites. Place is expanding in all the right ways. Can’t say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff is. Tim, Holly, Sue and the rest are to be recognized for their excellent service. They clearly understand the hospitality business. We’ll be back!

The camp and the personnel are very nice. I rated low because the site was very unlevel and difficult to set up. Sewer water doesn’t run uphill ! The site next to it was 3 feet away when our slides were out. You could literally look into and smell what your neighbors were cooking next door. The site does have potential but should only be one spot not two. This would be more acceptable in a journ

Booked 2 nights in advance. Trailer barely fit on 102. Unacceptable space is NOT a campsite. Firepit less than 15' from camp bath/laundry, continuous foot traffic in our camp. Door was lit all night by a yard light. No privacy, no evening campfire enjoyment. Slide out less than 4’ from neighbor camper. Offered a $30/night waterfront upgrade though we noticed other sites sat vacant during stay.

The staff (Patrick, Debra and Michael) were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The entire facility was clean and neat. The location was very nice.
