This is the third year we stay here and we are impressed by their commitment to improving the facility. Even when it was a little rough, the enthusiasm of the staff smoothed over any problems. This is one of few camp sites where I make it a point to say good-bye rather than just drive off. Always a pleasure.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The water pressure was great and the bathrooms were clean. It was great for our overnight stay.

It may sound silly, but when you arrive there is a white board with the names of the guests for the check in that day....everytime we come we see that and it is like saying " hello...we have been looking forward to seeing you" . We came again this past Labor Day weekend and the 2 women that run the grounds are the most pleasent and friendly we have seen at a KOA. The grounds are well maintained.

Very clean rest room and showers well groomed grounds. New sites can handle large campers towing. Few miles from I 90 but country setting and quiet, river for fishing large play set for children and other games. You will also meet the best KOA host and her husband Holly and Greg who can inform you what's going on around town and if you need Kayak information Greg is the man to see. TU Bob, Cindy.

This KOA is very clean and lovely. The only negative is the number of restrooms is two, can cause long wait times. But the bathrooms are very nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also were accommodating to myself and my friends that also camped. We stayed there in 2023, and I must say within one year (2024) the improvements and expansion that has been done is awesome. Some dead trees need to be trimmed up and out, but the overall appearance and upkeep of the Waterloo KOA is outstanding. Looking forward to next year already!

We really liked our stay. My only hesitation is the reluctance to have other people come in to visit. We were there to visit friends and it kind of put a damper on having them come to see us. We tried to always leave to see them because of the policy, which left our dogs alone and left a lot of our food plans unrealized. That is the only negative comment. Everything else was really nice.

Great campground for touring the finger lakes region. Centrally located in Waterloo with easy access to the surrounding wineries and breweries. Sites are nicely laid out fairly spacious (at least the section we were in). Not a lot of amenities for families but we are a retired couple and were on the go visiting wineries/breweries/restaurants/shopping in the area so it was perfect for us.

I did not stay there. KOA has the wrong email for Harry D's email. I have reached out the KOA, but this still continues so Every survey will zero as I did not enjoy a stsy.

Great staff. You guys really need a pool to put you over the top. Fairly expensive for what you get.

Gave Lower rating only cause the Mosquitos were so bad and we just asked if they ever spray. Office worker was Very rude about it and Said, Dont know what to tell you!! It's out doors we understand but when you have still water area, That's Mosquito heaven, be proactive and Treat, Many other places do.

This KOA has it all. Very well kept, clean and lots of amenities from the pool, laundry, picnic shelters to relaxing chairs. Highly recommend staying here

We LOVED our site! Very beautiful setting on the water. I would say, my only negative comment would be is that he entranceneedsdressed up. Great time!

What a great campground! The waterfront sites are beautiful, access to paddling the canal was perfect. Great location close to a lot of things to do in the Finger Lakes. Camp staff was friendly and the store is great - great merch! Facilities were clean and new. Will definitely be back.

Great site..we were near the pond. The fountain there really cut down on noise from other campsites (not that this was ever an issue). Very clean park overall, particularly the recently updated washrooms/showers.

The graounds are clean and modern. Site rental is expensive compared to other KOAs we stay at. We expected that being in an area near the lake. Bathrooms and laundry seem very new and were well maintained. Combo showere toilets, only 4 available. Sites well sized, with and without trees. Staff very friendly and accomadating. We will return. Only negative is $8 for very small firerwood bundle.

Had an enjoyable stay in a quiet spacious site towards the rear of the park. My only suggestion for improvement is to fix the surface of the entry to the park. It's extremely rutted and uncomfortable driving motorhomes and rv's into the park.

We were greeted with friendly, engaging individuals who you could tell not only loved their jobs but also genuinely cared about us and about our stay. This was the theme for our entire visit! We had the opportunity to enjoy the conversation and company of those who worked on the property while enjoying the band new facilities and grounds. Can’t wait for our next visit and stay! Thank you!

We stayed at the Waterloo KOA for two weeks, the staff was AMAZING!! Myra, Sue, Wendy, Tim, Holly and Craig made us feel like family the entire time we were there. The Campgrounds were well maintained, and the facilities were immaculate. When we left we felt like we were leaving family. I would recommend this campground to anyone looking for an amazing vacation experience!

We visit the NY Finger Lakes region every year. This was our 3rd year camping at KOA Waterloo and we will definitely be going back again next year! Super friendly staff, very clean and gets better and better each year! Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

2nd time here and we saw a lot of improvements including a lot of added sites. Seems well maintained. Water, sewer & elec were all good as was the wifi. We had a back in site witch could have been a little more level. Lots of room side to side in the sites. The CG is very well layed out and the back in was easy. My only gripe is, it's a $20 up charge for a pull through. Will stay here again.

This KOA is very well kept. Everything is clean and neat. The hosts are the best very friendly. Had a nice kayak tour into a lock. Close to everything.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The staff was helpful & friendly. Thanks to Holly, Tim, Sue, Myra and Susan for assisting us one way or another. The campground was well kept and landscaping improvements were being done regularly. The bathrooms were immaculate!! Sites were large. A nice Kamp K9, small play area, and a great community firepit. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice park and employees. They accommodated our request for some shade because of our cat. We upgraded to a larger lot and were glad we did. We enjoyed our stay here.

This was our second stay here. We enjoy this campground because for adults. It hits the marks that we want. Quiet, relaxing, large sites, and close to everything we need. And it is within 30 minutes from home. So, it is perfect for a quick and easy get away. The staff is very friendly. And keep things tidy.

The campground is nice, and it's obvious they are in the process of expanding and remodeling. Our first impression pulling in off the highway was not good though. The entry lane was dusty gravel full of pot holes, as were the roads in the front part the campground. Some fresh gravel on the entry area and the older sites themselves would be a major improvement.

Wonderful people who run the camp. My site and all sites were well maintained above standards. My only suggestion if you’re going to charge $900 for 6 nights the amenities need to be way better. Thanks

The staff (Patrick, Debra and Michael) were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The entire facility was clean and neat. The location was very nice.
