It is lovely and the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Knowing it’s only been open for a very short time and are working very hard to finish projects makes the lack of a bath building understandable. We will definitely return as it is in the center of a most beautiful and an area filled with historical significance. Also there are many eating establishments in the area .

The park must be under new ownership. You can see that they've started to improve the place. Very fast WIFI. An important perk.

very good stay, obviously with the recent conversion to KOA , there are alot of changes to come. staff was extremely friendly. Surprised there is no pool, or any activities. Hopefully those will come down the road. Thank you!

The staff at Waterloo was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was a beautiful setting and unique. Will look forward to visiting again in the future.

The sewer pipes are too high off the ground. Also the sites could be wider. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

It's a very new KOA but you can see the potential. The area is very nice and it's a great quiet location. The shower house was not complete when we visited but we knew that before hand. Staff was very nice and helpful, especially Oliver�� We would recommend staying here

Nice,well located clean & peaceful new KOA park between Genoa and Seneca Falls museums & lakes. The staff could not be more friendly & helpful. We particularly liked Skaneateles as a stop on the way but had to park at Tops Supermarket. If you are interested in Women’s Rights history, or finger Lakes this is the perfect spot. Big sites, with grounds being enhanced daily & some water views. CJ&B.

Very nice park and close to everything but not too close (nice & quiet). The new owners are very pleasant and accommodating. Every place we've stayed says they have great wifi but usually don't - this wifi is blazing fast. Thank you! We will be back again!

Our stay was fantastic.the owners are extremely welcoming and friendly.The sites are well maintained and surprisingly spacious for a KOA. My last comment has nothing to do with KOA. For all the inconsiderate dog owners - people want to camp for tranquility enough with the barking they are not saying hi you are nuts nobody cares except you please keep your dogs quiet or stay home.

We had a chance to meet the owner. They are working on many improvements. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The campground is very beautiful and has lots of potential. Would diffently go back.

This is an amazing camp ground. New owners working hard to make improvements. Upgraded us to a water site-blue herons, red winged black birds and an eagle giving a nature show. Beautiful and spacious grassy sites. Washers and dryers big enough to handle our quilt. Friendliest owners and staff anywhere. Look forward to returning!

Who has a tank dump that can be hooked up to the drain which is 3 feet above ground level ? Ridiculous- the excuse given - new tops have been on order since March, how about going to Lowes or HD and grabbing them off the shelf In addition why does everyone have to be crammed together when the park is half empty? On the other hand staff were very friendly

Everything was darn near perfect. The site was clean and spacious. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I just wish the grass had been mowed. I was worried about ticks on our dog but she didn't get any so no harm. They did mow the "common" areas while were there though. We are planning a return trip. Or two.

This is a very new KOA campground. It was a very nice campground. Sites are large and level. I am giving them five stars because it is clear that they are putting a lot of effort into making this a great campground.

not readty to be koa camp no shower bathroom no hanger for clothes or towels campsite was mud overcharge me as vip people were friendly lots of things to see and do in area.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was professional and helpful. Need to take out the crumbling old docks. These are an eyesore. Otherwise, very pleasant campground, has promise.

Lovely location. Well situated for visiting the wineries and sites in the area. The campground is well kept, and the sites were gravel, level and nicely spaced so neighbors are not on top of you. The water spigot at our site needed better support, but the new owners are still in the process of upgrading. A nice touch was the welcome board with arrivals names each day.

Loved this brand new KOA. They are working really hard to make this a beautiful place to stay. Susan and her staff were super friendly and helped us to get into the right site for us. While some of the amenities you would expect at a KOA Holiday are not in yet (aka a pool), access to the canal and the river makes up for it. Highly recommend if you want to explore The Finger Lakes area.

Under new ownership and rightfully so, they are upgrading. The big issue for us was the width of the newly laid gravel pads (all RVs are the same width) and it left a situation where you are slipping down the pad into the grass, which is fully flooded, wet much in April/May

I believe when finished the park will be quite nice. Our experience despite the mud was enjoyable. The TV pad itself is too small and we had to park our truck elsewhere not far. But when the park is full where then? We like our vehicle near us. I was called to make our reservation for memorial day weekend-125.00 per nite is way too much. No one suggested other sites at lower price. Disappointed

The people who work there are absolutely amazing and I would rate them a 10. However, we had to pay &125 a night and the price was ridiculous for the current condition of the campground. The pads were so narrow we barely fit. They were so short that our truck couldn’t fit. The docks are falling into the water. We should have had to pay that high of a price until improvements were finished.

We had about 24 hours of downpour and our freshly seeded site became a mud pit for the entire 3 days. Elsewhere, the campground was great-only the sites by the water had this issue. Hopefully, in a few weeks the sites will all be grassy and this won't be a problem anymore. Everyone was very friendly, staff and campers. It's close to town but feels secluded.

Still in the process of rebuilding the campground. Gravel sites were level. New electrical, water and sewer hook ups. Staff was friendly. No bathhouses yet and no pool.

We stayed at this KOA for two weeks. They are still working to upgrade this facility, but have improved the grounds 100%. The staff is #1. Next year we will spend 2 more weeks. Beautiful place to stay.

Even though the site was flooded which is beyond their control, they did nothing to offer us a different site. I feel they were very overpriced. Parking was very minimal. Not what I would have expected from KOA

Beautiful place and super nice management. I knew it had opened very recently and is in the early stages of completing some accommodations. But even so, I would stay there again soon if I was in the area. I will definitely plan to stay there my next trip to the area.
