We stayed at the campground for 2 consecutives months (mid August thru Mid October). The staff was very accommodating and ALWAYS ensured we were happy. Campground is very clean, quiet, and located right on the canal which affords very easy access for Kayaking. Would highly recommend this campground.

Staff was amazing. Bathrooms very clean, but for our family we would have chosen a campground with better swimming. The canal was stagnant and river unclean. So we would not camp here with our family bc we have 11 small grand kids

This campsite did not live up to KOA standards.The slips were impossible to find at night because the lights obstructed the view of the number signs. Slips were difficult to get into. We had an accident which was brought to our attention and told that we had to pay damages.This wasn’t a problem until we noticed that $250 were charged to our credit card without our authorization.Staff was friendl

The new sites are amazing. An I can't say enough on how wonderful everything looks. Staff are always so helpful and if I could change one thing about the park it would be nothing. It's all so beautiful. Keep up the good work.

Friends were trailering in the KOA and encouraging us to stay in one of the cabins. The bed was hard as a rock. No shampoo No bar of soap No salt, pepper or sugar No pot coffee maker No oven No toaster No bowl to put salad/ popcorn etc in. No foil, plastic wrap, plastic storage containers. Totally unacceptable for a cabin over $200 a night. KOA in Waterloo you need to do better.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The only issue when leaving park the exit was not clearly marked. We got stuck by bushes and had to unhook our tow vehicle. There was a worker who very nicely helped maneuver us through the tight exit.

We had a patio site along the lagoon and just loved it. Plenty of room between sites. The park is impeccably maintained by a friendly and personable staff. The trash pick-up service at each site was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Great staff and nice campground. If affordable camp in the E, F , G, OR H rows. Lots of bugs etc by the treed lots. WIFI is iffy and no cable.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay from beginning to end. The park is in a beautiful setting, the owners were welcoming, and the property was well maintained. We spent the weekend hiking in Ithaca, exploring parts of Seneca lake, and then kayaking and fishing at the campground. We have added this to our list of favorites and can’t wait to head back. Perfect spot to enjoy the finger lakes!

I love this campground! We've stayed on two different occasions. It's clean and efficiently run. I wish there were more trees but a lot of the campsites are new so perhaps there are plans to add some.

Campsite was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Liked the gated entrance for security. Dogs enjoyed the off leash dog park and getting attention from fellow campers and staff. Location convenient to Seneca Lake and Geneva. Really enjoyed the fire pit and view of the lighted fountain at night. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be returning!

We stayed at your campground in transit from the east coast of Canada and back to Ontario. Enjoyed the area, Lovely campground. Your greeters at the front desk were wonderful and a great help in telling us what to see in the area.

Nice large patio site W7, but was on park exit road. Wifi was very usable. 2 bars AT&T. Would like to have more showers.

Great campsite. 2d time we’ve stayed at this KOA. Highly recommend it. Staff is extremely courteous and over the top friendly and helpful.

i think that the sites are too small for the money charged. and there is a real bad smell like gas or septic, not sure about that but the people were very nice and the staff brings you right to your spot which is really nice

We were awoken at 7am to a noisy machine doing something on Saturday to a concrete platform by us. The they returned on sunday to roll on some toxic sealer. We had to close all our windows most of the day. They are still building i guess. They were very nice and helpful though.

I was there for 4 months. It is a lovely park centrally located to see everything in the FLX region. The front driveway needs attention.

Beautiful campground and plenty of space between sites. Had numerous issues with wi-fi, but the staff were quick to respond! Staff were super nice and helpful!

Lovely campground. Friendly staff. Clean and open sites. Clean facilities. Kayak rentals a big plus. Definitely coming back.

The staff (Patrick, Debra and Michael) were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. The entire facility was clean and neat. The location was very nice.
