Cute KOA. Small campground, which is a nice change from the extra large campgrounds we have been to in past. The staff is the the friendliest and happiest of any KOA we have been to. Can't wait to see the future improvements they have in store for the future.

We had a good time and really liked all the upgrades that have been made so far. We were a little upset about the increased price that came with the change to KOA but can accept it. One thing that was a little concerning were all the yellow jackets in the apples at our campsite. We saw that the yellow jackets were particularly active all over the area so maybe little can be done to control them.

A new KOA, clean but priced very high. A site by the water $110. Unable to access water from site. Sites not level, sewer hook up sits way to high. Whe. You drain your tanks, water sits in the hose, you have to lift your sewer hose to drain. Sites hd water after rain so you are surrounded by mud.

Campground in good location, staff was nice and place was clean. Great kids playground and lots of fishing spots. Thought some of the spots were close together but not all. The spot we had was close to the neighbor and on the muddy side (they did note they were trying to regrow the grass and asked us not to place mats over it). We’d stay there again for sure

Very nice quiet campground. Just starting up but enjoyed our stay. Right on Seneca lake. Docks for boating fishing on almost all water sites. Full hook ups. Easy access to dining and local vineyards, visitors center in Geneva just up the road. Tops/Walmart/lowes within 10 minutes from campground.

Best staff we ever met at a Koa . They were such sweet people and everything was very clean and it was a very quiet campground. Definitely our favourite of a 6 week trip..

It was our very first time to stay at a campground with our new camper. We were welcomed and all our questions were answered. We got an escort to our site. We enjoyed interacting with the owners during our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay very much

Had a delightful stay at a blooming facility. Wonderful setting, amazing staff, can't wait to return to see their growth in future years. Great location to explore the Finger Lakes and their lovely towns.

Very nice. A bit little mud when we have a heavy rain! Seed more grass? Lovely campground! Perfect for my dogs! Big space to run around!

We enjoyed our stay regardless of the rainy weather; it was difficult to enjoy the expansive, open grounds throughout the campsite. Our pull thru site D4 was roomy but needs another year for the new grass to take hold which will improve the outdoor picnic table experience. Staff was great, campsite extremely clean and well kept. I look forward to our next visit and all the new planned upgrades!

I was here for a break from cancer treatments. The staff and owners of the campground were very welcoming gracious and gave great hospitality. The current campgrounds are lovely.I will definitely be back again.

Aug 2022, travel trailer, waterfront site, W8. WES back in. Very pleasant staff, spacious site. Very quiet environment day n night. Can only be better as repairs and remodeling moves forward.

Clean and convenient facility that will get even better as they continue to renovate. Minor issue encountered with the sewer hookup at site W5 - the placement of the pipe is too high and water cannot take full advantage of gravity.

Was just there overnite, but the campground was nice, quiet, and our site was spacious. A little pricey, but what are ya gonna do?

From the moment we arrived the Staff was extremely friendly and helpful even adding in extra people staying on the site from the original reservation. As for the campsites itself they all seem really level and easy to maneuver around. After getting all setup we spent the remainder of the time lounging and enjoying family time. Great Staff, park and location in the Finger Lakes.

Nice setting along the water. Close to historic towns and good trails. The grounds are nicely kept and there are lots of trees. Campsites are spacious with level pads. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Plan on returning.

Great location. If you are looking for a pool and lots of activities, not your place. For us we were looking for someplace quiet and centrally located in the Finger Lakes - did not disappoint. Kayaking and water boarders, beautiful area to do both. Thank you so much for an awesome stay!

Nice quiet campground. Restroom very clean but no showers available. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The discharge drain was very high off the ground so bring your bridge for the drain hose. The play area was nice and big and the swing set was almost new.

We liked it! A very nice campground with a great staff. It's still new and a gem in it's beginning. They are working hard to finish it and are doing a good job getting there. I liked the layout, but the back to backs were a bit tight, but side to side had a lot of space. Most of the backin's had a slight front to rear slope. Easy to back into. Overall, really liked this campground. We'll be back.

Beautiful property. Stunning setting with spacious fields and river access. Respectful and quiet but friendly guests. Excellent customer service. Lovely family running the place. We especially enjoyed the kayaking through the river locks! Best KOA we've stayed at. Thank you!

This place just isn't ready. It is an old park that KOA is converting. There is no bathhouse and only one toilet. They do not tell you this when reserving, and only recently posted this information to their website. Maybe someday they will get it together, but I was very disappointed with the facilities and the communication regarding the status of the campground.

2nd time here and just as great as the first. Friendly staff, great location, large rv spots and everything is clean and well maintained. Great KOA!
