We were surprised at the short length of the sites. Obviously the camp was laid out when RVs were smaller. Most tows and trucks had to park nearly on the interior roads impeding the ability to exit.Sites are pull through but if neighbors hadn’t left before, we would have had an impossible situation to drive out or back up. Camp is clean &rustic.Needs gravel at all sites. Utilities all good.

Convenient location, uneventful stay. Utilities in good repair with one minor issue: one faucet handle was broken and leaking. Otherwise all was fine.

Office staff personable. Campground clean and well labeled areas. Site clean. One night stay on our travels.

Very friendly staff, wide spaces and leveled ground. The only two downsides were (i) very slow to no Internet and (ii) train noise late at night.

wonderful staff...but grounds and facilities need serious new rebuilding. Will look for non-KOA campground before returning here. Sorry to see standards slide.

It's early in the season and with all the rain CA has had, things seemed a bit messy. But the park is a nice stop over seems to be like most parks now. There are many permanent RVers.

The site and all the facilities were clean and everything well maintained. The dog park was a nice size and also very clean. And the staff went out of their way to be helpful, calling us right away when we drove off and left our X-Chocks in the tires. We have already recommended it to friends.

We thought it was closer to the National park due to the name of the campground. I’m not a fan of staying in the middle of a neighborhood to camp. My fault for not paying attention to the location before booking. The park itself was clean and kept up. Just not my style of camping.

Park is clean, but there are quite a few residents living in this park. One resident has a pit bull which escaped his yard and came running at me and my dog. Pool was closed, but seemed dated. Store did not carry much. Nice grass between sites, good roads, easy entry and exit. Nice trees.

We recently stayed here for 4 days. It was just ok. The customer service was great. She was really friendly during check in and provided us with extra information. The site was just ok, half of it was partially graveled while the other side was over grown grass and weeds. The full hook up part was fine no issues there. The bathrooms were really outdated and not very clean but it served its purpose

Way too many people living in this park full time. Then they put every visitor right next to each other instead of spacing us out. Just a very basic park.

Our stay was nice. The park is reasonably quiet. The site we had was not really suited for our rig. We have a 44ft 5th wheel and the site just barely fit it. We had to park our truck in a different spot and when we hooked up there was not much room to manoeuvre between our rig and other campers. Generally we enjoyed the park.

Was just 2 days. Would have been longer if we could have had our free nights. Park hosts were great. Park was nice and clean.

Sites are a bit larger than the usual KOA and we appreciated that. Power pedestals are being upgraded and sites kept mowed. Long-term guests line the fenced perimeter. Most kept their sites fairly neat, but they're definitely not moving anytime soon.

I always plan my trips to Sacramento around staying at the Visalia KOA going to and from, SoCal. This KOA is always very accommodating and very quiet which makes for a perfect and peaceful stay. Also recent upgrades are also appreciated.

This KOA is very nice - lots of grass at the sites, nice pull thru sites. The dog run was great and it also had grass.. Easy off the freeway.

The site we had didn't have enough room to park our truck, so luckily the site beside us was empty. The park was quiet enough at night. You can hear the train roll through and a rooster crowing, but it wasn't enough to keep you awake.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is pads were gravel and the park is a bit out of the way.

We stay at this KOA frequently as we travel to and from Sacramento from SoCal. This is the halfway point of our drive. We have stayed at this KOA many times in our motorhome. We have always had a very nice stay here and the staff has always been very helpful with all of our needs. We travel with our dog (small dog) so the K9 area is important as well. Thankful for this KOA!! C U again soon!

Nice little park, a little strange to get into but not a problem. Could be a bit better maintained with some new gravel and not leaving the grass clumps everywhere. (My wife first thought it was dog bombs). Staff was very friendly and everything worked well. We would stay again.

Great location - easy off the freeway. All the sites have a lot of grass which was nice as we just came from an Arizona trip where there wasn't any grass!. Nice pull thru sites and the dog run was big and it also had grass. Well maintained. There is a train that was nearby and two trains went through but other than that it was very quiet.

Site was a little short for our 44 ft 5th wheel and truck. Luckily, the site beside us was empty so we parked there. Just a 45 minute drive to the AMAZING Kings Canyon & Sequoia National parks.
