Not worth the money. Pool wasn't open and the facilities were very run down. Maintenance attempts seemed amateurish. Lack of security measures made it feel unsafe.

Great stay for our visit to Sequoia. Camp store was nice with souvenirs. Laundry facility was nice with newer machines. It had what we needed for our wuick 2 day stay. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Arrived at site assigned to me. A large puddle of water was right where we opened door. Asked for another site. Was told that the site I wanted was reserved for someone coming in later. Site I wanted was never occupied. Some of the long term sites are unsightly.

The water was off when we arrived. They said that it would be on in an hour, or two. It was on, and off for two days. Not really their fault. The company who was fixing it had problems. They offered to have us leave, but didn't have a good option. They should have offered to give us a discount.

this Location was very nice and clean, very quiet also, the staff was very friendly, they had a main water pipe break before we came! they called us to let us know and told us they would refund if we choose not to come. we came anyway, it was repaired by then and our stay was great! stuff happens always but they were great about it. thank you! we will return!

For some reason that is probably out of KOA control, it was the muddiest campground I have ever been in. Every evening and morning when I would take the dogs out, their feet would track mud all through my camper. I tried walking them in the grass for a ways, but it was always a mess.Otherwise, everything was fine for my purpose of having a place to sleep while I visited Sequoia national Park.

I was disappointed that the cable tv didn’t work and that I was charged $25 because I checked in 2 hours before check in even though I checked out 2 hours before checkout. Staff very friendly and propane fill up service and reservations was excellent.

Keith was extremely helpful in sorting out a problem I was having with my KIA Rewards account. Nice campsite. Loved the laundry. Lots of hot water in the showers. Free coffee in the morning. Visalia itself is worth a visit as well as the Sequoia Forest.

Several times staying was this place nice but this time stay very disappoint. I only use shower room but really bed and no hot water hardly water can’t even hair wash… and price is up charge compared other place I am lony time koa member lot of travel camping this time is worth is experience

Stay was quiet. Park is older but has needed amenities and staff are pleasant. Dog park needs some serious work. You have to walk thru mud and wet grass to get inside. Would lengthen park or separate areas for big/small dogs. Area needs grated due to holes one can trip in.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful at checkin. The park is well maintained and the parking spot we had the utilities all worked fine. We only stopped overnight so didn't use any of the other facilities (pool, showers, community building).

The sites are really muddy and need gravel brought in. It looks a litlle run down, but the employees were very nice

Nice stop for overnight, have nice laundry and wonderful workers. Just be mindful as anywhere if you have a pet and use the K9 pen watch for �� it is all over the tall grass. That's people not campsite. Stay if in the area.

Quiet setting ,easy on off 99, roomy spaces,with a hot tub pool, fire pits, full hook ups. We would stay here again
