Friendly lady at check in, nice store, clean and neat grounds, variety (tents, RVs, cabins), birds singing, landscaping... all lovely.

There was an issue with the sewer connection at my site that didn’t garner any concern. When I called the office to report my issue, the lady was curt. I wrote them in email form afterwards but no one responded. I have to assume the don’t care, hence my reluctant rating.

Overnight stay while traveling. Night registration was easy, park was quiet and bathrooms were incredibly clean! Thanks for a great place for a stop over. Will definitely do it again next time we travel from Sacramento to Riverside.

This facility need to re-gravel the parking spaces. When I last there I stayed in D-21 and after each rain I was sitting in 3 - 4 inches of water, While I enjoy the rain, I don't like tracking into my RV.

Staff was friendly and helpful but I felt uncomfortable with some of the people staying there. One guy would stand outside my window, after dark, and smoke. Another person staying there had a tarp over the front of his rv, a open garbage can by his door and tires along the side. After dark he would let his dog run loose and a young boy would chase it with lights shining in windows.

Pleasant, nice campground. Again while traveling, the only thing we got was rain. Sure this place is a lot nicer under a sunny day.

The person at check-in was perfectly friendly. The park had recently received a lot of rain, so it was muddy. Our spot was just a giant puddle. I realize management can't do much about that. The worst part of it is all the full timers living there. It looked extremely run down and sketchy. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

fourth time i have stayed here.... love it. convenient to national parks, lots of restaurants nearby, clean, they have done a lot of work over the years keeping it fixed up.

Great location in the CA valley. Staff is friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Easy to find. I was scared to use the large unisex bathrooms! There is a risk of a woman being attacked by a man in a group bathroom! Unisex, handicapped bathrooms can have one toilet, one shower, and one sink used by individuals or families. Please separate women's from men's bathrooms. Safety first!

Clean facility. Shower took a long time to warm but finally did after wasting much water. Far enough off the freeway so the noise level was not too bad. Just an occasional train here and there.

bathrooms clean. wifi inadequate except in early morning hours, excessive unmuffled vehicle noise in campground from 6-8 pm. good path to walk in park for exercise

We enjoyed our stay in a cabin for 3 nights. The employees were very nice and helpful. The campground was mostly quiet at night, a little traffic noise can be heard but it's not loud. Cabin was clean, restrooms were clean, only issue is the locks on the stall doors don't lock very well. It's a nice place to stay if you are going to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park.

The park is nice enough. The trucker who kept driving in and out and around neighborhood multiple times after quiet hours and at night was not!! Had to be a resident of the park!! Also - although you cannot control the rain - you need to place gravel at sites if no lawn. Way too muddy!

Our stay was nice and quiet, not a lot of RVrs this time of year. We were in a spot near some rvs that looked to be long term. Was easy in and easy out. The gal at the front desk was exceptional! I came in because I needed some butter. They were out but she went to her place on the property and brought me a stick from her house! She went above and beyond - thank you so much!

Everything was clean. And our cabin had a heater and we stayed warm all night. Bathrooms were nice and warm. We stayed in December, so being warm was very nice?

This KOA is one of the older ones but we find it adequate for a night's stop over on the way south for the winter. The staff were excellent.

Cabin was clean. Campground was quiet. I wish I could remember the lady's name in the office that took care of everything I needed and was such a kind person to my little girl who is going thru a very hard time in life right now. She was an older woman with glasses. Thank u for making our weekend so memorable

Quiet oasis off of HWY 99 was a relief for my family. The great customer service we received pit us all in a great mood. Easy to get to. Lots of room, picnic table at each site, camp store, bathrooms are clean and there is a camper sink for bulk cleaning of dishes. We were easily able to take care of our RV (poop chute, water refill, propane refill, and plug in for electricity). I highly recommend this spot or travel to the Sierras or up/down the state on Hwy 99.

Heather is a GREAT KOA Office Manager! She was cheerful, helpful, and kind. She was a delight to work with today. The park is open, tidy, and well-located. I loved the roses and daisies lining the entrance as we drove into the park.
