Short two nights. Park was as described. Basic amenities but, the staff was terrific, friendly and helpful.

A suburban neighborhood is growing up around the campground, so it’s a great place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Sequoia National Park(about 50 miles away) or if you’re traveling north. The camp hosts are very nice and very helpful. There is a lovely pool and large restrooms that are nice and clean. It was a quiet park at night. Thanks for a nice stay!

Needs work. Male staff is absolutely rude. Nothing was accommodating to family except pool. Even the pool needs work. Roach infested. Gross!

The description of the KOA is very misleading. It is clean, but It is in the middle of a housing community. There is very little shade and just lacks the camping vibe. I believe It is very expensive for what It offers. However, the camp hosts are very nice.

Older campground. Some shade at sites. Area is developing around the campground, closing in around it. Campground needs to be updated.

I have stayed at KOA'S a lot and this one was not kid friendly at all the game room was closed for some reason and if it wasn't for the pool we peobably would have left.

The lady was so nice in the office - had to cut our trip short and we were to stay two days - but could only stay one day - she only charged me for one day - thanks so much - we had to get home for my mother. The only bad thing is the book said cable and they didn't have it - need to remove from the book

Good clean sites. Friendly staff. Pool was a great way to cool off with the 100+ degree weather.

Except for the heat wave it was nice. Glad the cabin has air and there was a pool. Everyone was very friendly

This was an overnight stay for us as we were traveling home from a long trip. Check-in was easy and we were welcomed with a friendly smile. No problems.

Stay was good. Very friendly hard working staff. Bathroom in the back near the cabins could use a little more frequent cleaning, but still not bad. This KOA sight had less to desire than others, but still a comfortable stay that felt safe. I would stay here again if traveling to Sequoia National Park.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Laundry was clean. Pool looked fine, however this campground is not near Sequoia National Park, it is also in a sketchy industrial / commercial neighborhood.

Had a nice site right next to dog park. It was quiet and nice to decompress from driving. Thanks again!

It was great. Staff was very helpful and kind. Only issues I had was the tent sites are too close together. I probably won't come back to tent camp for that reason. But we will check out the cabins. Please space out your tent sites.

The campground is wonderful. The location and road noise are major drawbacks.

The facilities at Visalia KOA was very disappointing. The bathrooms is outdated and it smelled of urine all the time. The showers had clumps of black hair in them. Very unhygenic. And not to mention all the rules. That is just rediculous. The lady in the shop was very rude and unhelpful. I said hello to her three times before she responded with a very rude “what do you need”.

Restroom/shower was filthy, disgusting, and in extremely serious need of repair/upgrades. No soap or paper towels. Restroom was unisex, for multiple persons at a time. It was not segregated. At any given time, men might walk in on women or children using the restroom or showering, and vice versa. Not acceptable! DO NOT recommend. Other parts of facility appeared clean. Didn't use laundry.

We had a wonderful time. Convenient Parks availability. Came at wrong time of year, it was hot! WiFi could have been better, not a strong signal, I kept getting dropped...

The only disappointment I had was the office closed at 6 and the laundry machines require a card from the office.

The cabin was beautiful. They turned on the A/C before we got there, so it was nice and cool.

Perfect place to syay to see Sequoia National Park, and the General Sherman Sequoia. Wow what an expereience. In addition to the trees (unique in the world), the drive up the moutains and lookouts are unbelievable. Worth pulling on ones bucket list.
