Great campground, friendly staff and clean facilities. Only downside is it is loud all night due to major roads nearby.

Not to the standards of KOA. Booked in for 2 nights camping. Set up our 2 small tents on the site booked. Had no problems. The next day we were approached by staff saying "someone complained" that we had 2 small tents. Told we had to pay 2x. Thats not mentioned on website or regulations. Wa wanted a refund for the next night. Gor refused. Called the manager and told the same thing. Left bad revie

Stayed in deluxe cabin. Definitely could benefit from some maintenance. Many light bulbs were out, front door blind broke w/missing slates, bedroom door broke would not slide, toilet constantly ran, no screens in windows to open when it was cool, burners on grill need to be cleaned heat did not spread evenly, and the campgrounds wifi needs to be upgraded --- could NOT connect the entire stay.

When we arrived at our destination, the site wasn't a tent site, just a site. According to this specific location, they do not comply with the policies of the KOA, which states that if you are displeased with the site in the first hour you are entitled to a refund. We vocalized our problem and they refused to refund our money. We will never stay here due to this unforunate practice.

We are first timer RVers so you can only imagine. When we arrived the lady at the front office was very nice. Patrick took us to our spot as we were driving all the areas were clean. Patrick was a God sent, he was was extremely helpful and when I told him we were first timers he helped us set up. Our stay there was excellent and hope to stay there again soon.

Before I even got my rig set up in my site I had one of the resident long term campers come up and beg for money. We were nervous all night long about having something stolen or broke into. Too many trashy long term campers in park.

Nice park; conveniently close to the exit; very friendly and helpful staff, especially the gentleman that steered us in. The trees are gorgeous throughout the park. Only issue we had is the very tight turns and narrow roads so not exactly big rig friendly.

Cabins were very dirty .And very buggy .No soap to wash your hands .Floors were so dirty.Bugs were in the cabins. No activity for children. I would never stay there again.

Stay was very good, staff was awesome. Know that the KOA is under going some upgrades with amenities. That would be very beneficial to the KOA. I will be coming up there in 2wks. Good location off I-95 and local establishments. Tom

We were appreciative to get a spot for the night with Hurricane Idalia moving in. That being said, the sites are very narrow and there appears to be a large amount of full-timers that don't really keep their sites looking nice. The campground itself needs a lot of work, however, it seems that maybe (?) some work has begun to improve it. We like the location and would really like to see cleaned up.

One night only. The campground could use some LOVE. Several "permanent residents- areas are unkept. Understanding, that it has some construction in progress, I would highly recommend that the area be fenced or roped off for safety.

We have stayed there a few times, and we love it , truly, it's close to the highway , it's quite . We enjoy the squirrels , they come and visit us , we love it .

For us, the utilities are very important. Water pressure, Wifi, TV cable, all were very good. It is good to see a continual upgrading project in the works. We try to stay at this KOA at least once a year and will continue into the future.

It was great! Quiet, relaxing. The little lizards were adorable. I even saw an armadillo! The torrential downpours kind of stunk but that was mother nature being rude. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we're in the area.

Great staff, pool was very nice. High resident population but all were friendly. Camp store was bare, but the place was busy when we went. Will plan to do the Kayak tour for the bioluminescence next time. We will stay again. Didn’t use the facilities but overall the grounds were fairly clean.

We stayed in the cabin and it was so awesome! It was perfect for my family and our little dog too! I loved the porch and the area on the side of the cabin with grill, fire pit, and a sitting area. We will definitely be visiting again! It was also close to our family we were there to visit.

I see that improvements are being made to the campsite by adding additional camper pads. But it seems that the maintenance of the cabins is lacking. Cabin one is missing siding and has been like that for a couple of years. The pocket door is broken. The air conditioner went out during a heat wave. Couldn't reach an attendant until the next day. Had to sleep in my car. Staff are friendly.

It’s ok, that’s about it. Multiple maintenance issues noted, washers/dryers out of service, multiple names and websites besides KOA for the campground so there is a branding issue. I’m not sure what it is, but the location is good right off 95 and close to Space center, airport, and Disney.

There were a lot of full time trailers in which the grounds around them were not kept up with, from the weeds to the stuff sitting outside. As an RV traveler, not my taste to stay were full time trailer areas are not kept up. There was some digging going on, or had gone on, and the project stopped, this was not the best, but overall, one of the nicer KOA parks. I would stay again.

Stayed in a cabin which was very nice. Bathhouse closes by as well as all the amenities. Nice pool, very friendly and helpful staff. We plan to come back in January.

For $85 + fees I got to look at a run down building. Grass was not cut and not just our site. Seemed the long term sites were cut though. Associates were helpful & friendly. Bathrooms need remodeling but clean. Not at all according to the advertisement on web site. Absolutely Not a resort.

Great Koa. Quiet and easy access from the interstate. We stay for a week on one of the pull through sites, concrete pad and level. Friendly staff.

We’re not happy that as we were walking to the bathroom a prostitute was walking around the campground. We have kids and we ended up checking out early. Didn’t feel like it was a good environment. We have stayed at different koa’s in the past and have been happy after this one not sure if we will stay at one again. No one asked why we were checking out.

We stayed in a cabin (#5) ..... no issues though.... all went as should . The overall campgrounds you can tell is old and showing signs of age/wear but not bad by no means .

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
