Totally run down campground. More like a homeless camp than a campground.

The park is dated, but the owners are working on improvements to the whole park. There are recent concrete slabs made for improvements to the spaces. There was also work being done to the cabins. The campground is fairly close to the Kennedy Space Center.

Great location. Very accommodating. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms, Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to enjoy the pool. Keep up the good work.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Campground was clean and tidy. Nice amount of shade trees and bushes to make the sites feel a little more private.

Wonderful. Only small issue I have is that the bathroom needed some basic repair. No latch on the handicapped stall so couldn't close it and one of the 2 remaining stalls had a broken seat...should be simple fixes.

Site needs work. Staff usually not in office during week, at least the few times we passed by in afternoon. Did not appreciate dog policy fee thrown in last minute when checking in. They needs to mention dog fee up front, like when I called to add additional day and pay for everything. Nothing was mentioned during calls, only when I checked in

The camp sites are very spacious and clean. The disappointing issue was the lack of a decent general store. We like to collect souvenirs and there were none available. Many empty shelves.

Sites were unkempt, “grass”, more like weeds, not cut since a long time and pieces of trash all over my site. Also a long list of don’t do this or that, we will Fine you etc… very unwelcoming. Sounds like your campers are more of a trouble for you than a paying customer . But the employees I was in contact with were very nice A-1.

Felt sketchy. We didn’t even spend the night. Too many full time people seemed to be living there. Bathrooms weren’t great. Didn’t like it at all.

The only issue is that the website for our Lot states it has both 30/50 Amp hook ups. Well it has only 2 50 amp plugins! They wanted to charge me $29.95 for a 30 to 50 connector, and I was not gonna pay for something that I was only going to use once. But I have to say they were very accommodating by letting us use one during our stay. By the way, the lot next to us had the same issue.

We did two stays in March 2024. This is a quality campground for anyone wanting to spend time around Cape Canaveral. Sites are a little close and roads are narrow so bigger rigs may be challenging.

Parking is tight but the fella that showed me to my sight and helped be back in is top notch! He knows exactly what needs to be done. Every park needs one of him! Park itself is very nicely kept and everything worked perfect.

The campground is currently making improvements to their sites. We were on a new concrete pad, with convenient utility connections, and a new picnic table. There appeared to be a lot of long-term campers, and older RVs on-site. Some of the on-site structures/buildings need upgrades. Wi-Fi service was somewhat intermittent. Water and sewer service was very adequate. Customer Service was Great

General lack of maintenance, wiring nonfunctional like cable laying on ground not replacing hooks in shower areas not painting where items removed from walls, litter on sites. Like no one cares including the campers many appear to be permanent residents. Ok for a stopover but not a destination.

Here are the positives for this location and we only camp at KOAs, all the staff was friendly and their full hook ups have concrete pads. The reasons we won’t be back, roads were horrible/narrow roads, camp K9 broken locks, no trash pick up, junky sites for long term campers, and hatching toosock caterpillars. If you touch, everyone reacts. They did not spray for these. We were very Disappointed

This would have been a 5 star review if not for their poor management practices! There had been a mixup somewhere and our reservation was for two sites. The lady at the front desk was very nice and said she’d call her manager about getting us a refund for that second site. We booked a spot with another couple . I told the person I booked with that we wanted to be next to each other I was told no problem. I booked sites # 145 and 143. When we got there Iwas told I could not have Site# 145 even though no one was in it .I was told they just gave me that site to garuntee I just had a site when I got there. Were put in another spot.But we won"t be back.It was not good.

Staff very friendly. We showed up very late, they had our checkin paperwork in the box. A person showed up and took us to our site.

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
