Lovely campground with a lot of character. Can tell owners are working on the campground. Staff very nice. Would return to this KOA, but only if WiFi is greatly improved.

After a mix up at check in (someone with a close last name got our site) we got our site. The people were GREAT all of them!! We had a water problem in our travel trailer and their maintenance staff was there to help me fix the leak!! AWESOME! The park itself is old and looking tired in some spots but you can see the progress being made by the new owners to spruce it up. Our site (28) was GREAT!

We checked in for an overnight stay around 3:30 PM. We were meeting our son for dinner. My wife and I needed to take a shower. We had no water. No one told us it was a problem with the water not a happy camper. Left a message for the manager, he never called me back talk to the office personnel, no compensation Won’t be back to this Campground

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Good location. Nice concrete pad sites. Nice location. Too cold to swim. Laundry room needs updating which they are working on. Wish there were activities.

Our site was very clean and had a nice cement pad. Looks like about half the campgrounds have been upgraded and the other half still to come. Nice big laundry area and upgrading that too.

Our space was so tight we could not put out the awning. In addition, the grounds were messy and the bathrooms were nasty. I have read that new owners are trying to improve the campground. That will be great as the location is very good.

Nice campground under very large moss-covered oaks. Lots on the west side have nice, large concrete pads. The laundry is huge for a campground and the machines worked well.

The grounds were not manicured or cleaned up. The pool was not working. Our deluxe patio needed the leaves & debris blown off of it. The filter in the floor looked very dirty and full of debris. It needed changed. There was tape on the windows from what looked like a break in the social room. Overall it looked very run down. The staff was friendly.

Positives: Easy access I-95, close to Space Center, full hook up, 50/30 amp, some concrete pads, adequate bath house. Negatives: lots of old construction debris and damaged utility boxes, narrow&need of repair roads, campsites close, tight turns, weak wi-fi, negligible cable, several unoccupied trailers, abundant long termers, no deposit-pay in full nonrefundable, shabby appearance. Disappointed.

Quiet, very tight sites with limited parking for vehicle, manager unresponsive to discussing change/cancelation policy, cable/wifi a joke. needs lots of work.

Do not ever stay at this fraudulent koa. We reserved for two nites at simple cabin. We were charged 82 dollars deposit. We found out from nearby koas that this was not a safe koa to stay at so we called to cancel. They said we have no cancellation policy. We never went. We got charged an additional 257. 257 extra for an additional one nite at simple cabin? Crooks they are. Don’t stay the

We stayed overnight in a KOA camping cabin while attending the Space Coast Birding Festival. We had a great stay. The bathrooms were clean and the dishwashing station was very convenient. Our cabin was fine and we had a good night. There is a lot to do in the Titusville area!

For a KOA, we were more than a little disappointed. The main reason we cannot give this Campground a higher rating is the condition of the public bathrooms and the lack of security around the campground. Broken door locks, shower fixtures, and transients from outside the campground using bathrooms and laundry going unchecked. No services for garbage pick up, etc. See additional details on Yelp.

The cement pads looked new, but the RVs were packed in as tightly as possible. I know this is a KOA Journey, but this campground really packs ‘em in. They charged an extra $5.00 pet fee for my Goldendoodle, and the dog park is a mess! There are piles of raked leaves just left and the latch on pet area gate is broken. No grab bars or chair in the handicapped shower, missing hooks, etc. TLC need

They went the extra mile. We had a problem with the power station, they took the time to determine that the problem was with the power station vs our camper our surge protector. They moved us to a new site and we had no problems.

The property needs updated. The bathrooms; shelter; and grounds are in poor condition. The store didn’t have much in merchandise. There are no activities. We were there on New Year’s Eve they have a club house but didn’t offer any type of activities during the 3+ weeks that we were there. I feel considering the lack of activities and condition of the amenities that they are over-priced.

Was in a great location, but lots of good mixed with lots of bad. Spots in the new area were clean and well maintained, but in the older area were in need of repair. Most staff were very friendly, but some were downright rude (Jay is amazing!!). Lots of repairs being made, but it meant things like laundry were often closed. I would write more but am limited by KOA review word count.

Not very good staff was great but camp ground was old facilities not cleaned at all had to use the Truck Stop across the street for a clean bath room

Explained we were towing a trailer, upon arrival we were notified the trailer could not have a boat on it. Had to undo trailer and place in storage for an additional cost of $10. New management - new rules. Won’t be back. Sorry

Two months with construction work, machinery from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day, parked in front of their dump, piles of residue everywhere... Staff at the reception not very friendly. And all this for the price of a beautiful campsite. Impossible to cancel and get a refund. Never again for me...

This is not a recreational campground. There are families living here with children walking to the bus stop from within the campground. Many of the long term campers were in very poor condition and had lots of debris around. A run down playground and campers packed in like sardines. I really expected more. Not recommended and not what I expected from KOA.

Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this KOA when visiting central Fl. We stayed in RV site 30. It was a level concrete pad and all hookups perfectly located for our 39' class A. In addition there is a Loves truck stop just outside the park so that makes it even that much better. We live in central Florida so plan many weekend trips here.

Cheated me out of one night that I had to pay for. My deposit was for 2 nights instead of one. All KOA camp grounds that I have stay at only charge a one night deposit. This KOA charges for your entire stay As the deposit. I did cancel late but they kept my entire deposit which was for 2 nights. I believe I should have only paid a one night deposit which I agree I should pay since I canceled l

the worst experience of my life. only stayed 1 night and paid for 3. To say this place is a dump is to insult a dump. I am 77 years old and your manager had the state troopers escort us out. I am out over $400.00 . It might as well been stolen. I intend to inform you offically as soon as I reach home. We are still traveling.. Your manager said Get out and go back to Canada. How rude!

Registration was OK but we had to wait quite a while to be escorted to our site. Toilets and showers could do with modernization but were clean.

Lots of work being done to improve this park. When it is completed its going to be very nice. Our stay was great... staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and local attractions.

It’s was kind of tight for the spot they had me back my rv into. Not end of the world but more space would be nice. Also would be a plus if they picked up trash like most all campgrounds do.

I have seen this park for many years and did not stay. NOW with the new owners the park has been transformed and continues to be upgraded. The Staff was friendly and welcoming. The sites were concrete; there is a FULL laundromat available and the store stays open great hours. I will definitely stay again.

The camp seems unkept og old. The restroom facilities are not very clean. Most of the laundry machines and dryers were out of order. The WiFi is almost not existing.

Disappointing. Pitch was small, just behind reception, so bright lights and traffic noise through night. No shared amenity rooms for campers, cold pool and limited access to laundry. I would suggest trying somewhere else.

I was expecting way much from a KOA. Facilities are old (half of the washing machines was broken) poor wifi and our cat on leash was attacked on our site by 2 unleashed dogs. It was very noisy as they keep pouring new concrete pads. We had better experience in a 49$ campground

Was disappointed with the very small campsite and campsites too close to each other. The atmosphere is not that of a campground more like a parking lot we decided after checking in and going to dinner not to return for our scheduled paid night we stayed elsewhere

Was relaxing, except for the motor bikes going thru their gears at the stop lite, unfortunitly that can't be heped. Bathroom was clean and cleaning supplies were available. Polite and courteous staff. Would stay there again.

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
