Great location, lots of option for sites and activities. Laundry and bathhouses are very nice. Our fire ring was very small and deep, no ventilation to have a fire. Other than that, great place for a base camp.

The cabin was immaculate and the property was so clean and quiet. The facilities were well maintained and the water park was so much fun! We enjoyed the BBQ provided and the firepit for s'mores! While it rained on and off, it didn't stop us from enjoying our vacation and look forward to our return!

It felt so safe and clean. Friendly staff . The kids and I build memories. We rent a cabin every year and planning on doing it again next year !

Just spent a couple of nights. Worked well for us. One camper did have loud music till 9:30 or so. Everyone didn’t need to hear it.

Great park, with a lot of new additions. Only negative, when I booked a site on-line, description described site as overlooking fish pond. On arrival I was told there was no site’s availability in that area, ended up several rows away.

Great place to camp, lovely grounds that are very clean and tidy. The only negative I can think of is that you are not able upon booking to pick a specific site. We have found the perfect spot at the KOA near us and we love the spot we had but what a bummer that we can not request that same spot next time.

The Thunder Bay KOA staff is friendly and efficient and the amenities are great. Lots of activities for the family and the facilities are very clean. The equipment that is supplied around the campground (kitchen and laundry for example) is well thought out to be convenient and complete.

Just stopped over for a quick bbq, ball game and a sleep. Didn’t really get to enjoy the numerous amenities. Very nice reception, very clean. All excellent.

The staff was not very friendly, kind or very helpful. There were a lot of activities on site, but most weren’t available or open.

We were there for a short time, victor had a doctor appointment, that was one of the reasons for being in Thunder Bay and we spent some extar time.

We enjoyed our weekend so much! Thank you to Mike, Kristy, Kelly and the rest of the friendly, efficient team. we especially loved the relaxing morning swim in the sparkling pool.

Roads into and through the park are narrow and tree lined for maneuvering with my big rig, directional markings to sites were non-existent. Close to highway so noisy at night.

We have spent alot of time out at KOA this summer and everytime it was so much fun and everyone so welcoming and such an amazing place to camp and spend you summer time with family and friends!!!

Really nice KOA . We had never visited Canada before and the staff at the office was friendly and very helpful . They gave us a map of local spots to see and tips on how to get there. I only wish it were closer so I could go back again soon. The cabin was just fine. Clean and neat. If you have never tried the cabins it is a great way to experience the campground atmosphere. Thanks

Easy to book, we were a little late getting to the campground (bit after 9) but staff was still around and made sure we were looked after. Also love their bathrooms. Happy with our stay

My husband and I visited mid October. We have never been to a KOA before this but our expectations for a private campsite was exceeded. There weren't many tent campers around which made it private for us. Their washroom facilities were SUPER CLEAN which is amazing for camping. They also had a camp kitchen which was nearby and that made it so easy for cleaning up after dinner. I would definitely stay here again.
