Shelby on the front desk was so kind. She was also very personable always remembered our names and faces and helped us out when we needed it even with a broken foot. We really enjoyed our stay will definitely be back

campground was full of tree roots and trip hazards. seems the tent sites were a after thought to the KOA. very doubtful I will return

The river tenting was beautiful, we loved the peace and tranquility of the river tenting but loved that we also had access to a hot shower and the pool :)

This KOA provided the absolute minimum we expect from a KOA stay. So, yes, the bathrooms are clean and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. However, there isn’t much else to add. The convenience shop has very limited hours compared to other KOAs, there’s no surprising “extras” that we’ve found at other KOAs (ex. complimentary coffee, ice cream shop, pancakes in AM, free WiFi, e

They are unbelievably kind and helpful! Everything was amazingly clean and well maintained. The best campground I have ever stayed at! I cannot talk this place up enough! Don't sleep on it, make sure you book and stay as soon as you have the chance! :)

Great time. Very clean campsite. Outbuildings are in great shape. Pools were clean. Would like to see the store open in the evenings and more activities throughout the week :)

Had a great stay. However, disappointed how early the office closes(7pm). Hard to find ice and firewood after 7pm. Also surprised pool only opens at 11am. Check out is at 11am. No opportunity for a morning swim before leaving. Also firewood purchased was very wet and large uncut pieces. Staff was friendly.

Very disappointed that nothing opens before 11am. We camp at lots of different campgrounds and have never had such disappointed children in the morning. My 4yr old sat outside the jumping pillow for hours watching it blow up and sit there, unusable because it was closed until we had to check out. Doesn't seem fair for the price you pay for a night of unserviced camping to be denied use checkout d

Normally I would have no complaints and rate a 5 star but this past weekend was the worse experience we’ve had there. Friday night just after midnight the transport truck directly behind our tent site ran for 3-4 hours. Then Saturday night just after midnight the truck turned on again. Security patrols the area to ask people to be quiet but couldn’t address this?? Very disappointed with this!

Lovely campsite, great staff! Would have been nice to have had hot water for doing dishes though. Was so excited to go to my first drive-in theater ever!

Great service and very well looked after facilities with lots of space. We are looking forward to the summer concert and many more stays. Everything was perfect!!

Nice campground with lots of clean washrooms and two pools! (weren't yet open). Very convenient for the drive in which was our reason to visit. A big downside with our site (308) was the sign to enter the KOA with an extremely bright light all night that did not have a backing or anything so our campsite was very bright, I couldn't sleep. That should be addressed as it is by the tent sites.

Worst place to sleep ever didnt sleep threw the night, airplanes all night plus the highway near and a bang sound every 10 min.

Grounds were lovely, the river sites were breathtaking! Everyone was so helpful and friendly from the staff to the permanent campers! Definitely will be returning here in the future

Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to Koa Sussex Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Uphill slope but level if you leave the rv toward the rear of the site. Our site was very long and narrow with beautiful thick grass, a fire pit & picnic table. Super friendly helpful staff Drive in movie theatre on site - there were 2 rows of sites between our site and the movie parking lot. back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Best campground ever! Have been coming since I was a little one and now I get to enjoy bringing my son. So great for everyone and lots of trails for biking and walking down to a beautiful area on the Kennebecasis River.
