Absolutely beautiful stay in the off grid camping sites. We fell asleep to the views of fireflies and sounds of fish jumping. Lots of space on the sites and only a short walk to the little outhouse. Will be back next year!

We have stayed here a few times over the years. Great place, great times. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Sites are a great size, not packed in close together.

Overall good. Camp site we had was disappointing. Ground was very unlevel. Tried to buy firewood at 8pm on Sunday of long weekend and store was closed. Tried to approach an employee and was completely ignored. Will be back but at different tent site.

Not as advertised, said secluded on river. Was tents really close no privacy and not on river was across the field. Not even a shared water tap for everyone. Out house was right by site smelled real bad and couldn't sleep cause the door banged everytime someone's use it. And they walked through our site to go to outhouse. Was definitely not what I expected �

It was NOT obvious that I was booking during the music festival. This is a major failure; there should be a web confirmation or phone call that confirms that the music fest experience is what your guests are looking for. music was very loud until 11:30pm, and we had to drive our 2 year old home to sleep (2 hrs away). Front desk was rude when I politely offered feedback.Campground/pools very nice.

This was our second stay this year and we brought friends this time. We all love the campground and it’s very helpful and wonderful staff. It’s a nice clean spot with fun amenities and we are highly recommending it to others.

An incident with our dog and another guest was handled quickly, professionally and with empathy - we really appreciated that. The office staff were wonderful with our girls, they couldn't have been happier with their camping trip, thank you�ϋ�

The KOA is a great campground with lots of amenities. We stayed at the riverside camping out back on our sussex sxs trip this weekend . Its very peaceful down by the river and your still able to use all the facilities at the campground. I really enjoyed the pool and showers by the rec center . The staff was super friendly and well be sure to come back again for more adventures.

One issue i had was the amount of vehicles allowed at the water side tents. My group had 2 small cars and we had tons of room for both. Other than that everything was great

Good stay, just would like there to be some barrier between the tent camping sites by the little pool. A row of trees between each spot would make for better camping! One hour of free also seemed cheap when Other KOA's offer free wifi with no restrictions.

Very nice stay. Tenting area was private and beautiful. However the road and ground was very uneven and bumpy to get back to the river camping sites.

Great campground lots to do, unfortunately when we were there it rained but we made the best of it! My only complaint is the bathrooms, the women’s door going in and out did not close, they were dark and grungy, I don’t have high expectations for a campground bathroom but I was disappointed. Also I think it would be nice to give the people staying at the campground a discount on the drive in.

Would love to go back and try the river side camping but it would be more ideal if they could atleast provide a water station atleast and bathroom. Which are basic essentials for camping. The shower on #5 was disaster, they could’ve at least checked their washrooms when they clean it. And the road humps are ABSOLUTELY NOT SEDAN FRIENDLY! Too high for most sedans out there. Way too high!

We stayed for 1 night and were disappointed to find that the amenities were not available to guests until check out time. We were up at a typical hour, 8am. My daughter and I were unable to go swimming as the pool does not open until 11am. My daughter was unable to go on the bouncing pillow as it does not open until 11am. (CHECK OUT IS 11AM). We don't have plans to return.

I couldn’t believe the prices of the snacks for the kids at store . $5 an hour to set up a tent early is nuts when it’s $5 for a guest to visit . Thank you

Stayed in Tent Village site 308..right by roads. The light from the KOA signage was tilted right toward the tents in that section, so bright all night long

We were told to check the board and there was only a movie Friday. When we went it was canceled. Our electricity plug was SO far from our tent. One pool was broken and the splash pad. Saturday nothing opened before 11, What are kids to do? The craft was canceled and the slip and slide. All activities were canceled without notice. Campground was nice just not great for activities.

Enjoyable stay once we changed sites. Would prefer longer hours for the pool jump pillow and office. Also would like it if someone answered the phone.

We came in for one night and the Susses KOA was very nice and lots of things for the kids to do. I would just next time stay down by the river as the highway traffic kept us up most of the night along with the light from the sign at the front entrance was shining right into our tent. Other than that we had a great time.

Campground was very nice. A lot of activities for children. Staff did the best they could to keep washrooms clean.

I loved our stay. But the hornets at lot 323 was bad! So that wasnt fun. Would be dangerous for kids to and its right by the park. I think this diffently should be addressed. Besides that we had a wonderful stay. I do wish the lot had power tho! Loved the kitchenette that was close by!

We did the river camping, It’s a bit expensive for a minimal camping lot with only one porta potty, and a long drive/ walk back to all the amenities. There is a constant stream of people needing it in the morning and no secondary spot for a busy weekend, his and hers would be nice as well. The river view was lovely, you did feel like you were in nature.

Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to Koa Sussex Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Uphill slope but level if you leave the rv toward the rear of the site. Our site was very long and narrow with beautiful thick grass, a fire pit & picnic table. Super friendly helpful staff Drive in movie theatre on site - there were 2 rows of sites between our site and the movie parking lot. back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Best campground ever! Have been coming since I was a little one and now I get to enjoy bringing my son. So great for everyone and lots of trails for biking and walking down to a beautiful area on the Kennebecasis River.
