A bit expensive but the place i very well kept, close to town for quick access to shopping for supplies. Probably will visit again in the future.

Found the staff constantly complaining about the smallest things didn't make you feel welcomed and nobody wanted to be there. Would call 2 hrs prior to check in asking when you're going to get there.

Stay was fine but had a few issues: 1. Pull-thru was on an incline so pulling thru would have bottomed out our RV. We were forced to back out. 2. Laundry only had 2 working washers for a 400 site campground. Makes no sense. 3. Map showed garbage bins outside the front gate so we expected to drop off garbage when we left. Will not be returning. Rude staff. Had to drop trailer off and return to take family vehicle in separate. This place was excessively strict and enforced with large fines. Fine for pressing splash pad button more than once. Fine for having dog in rec hall yet they allowed their dog all over the Registration room and at our children. $200 fine for garbage. Charge for any spill from Sewer removal.

Nice park ,fairly clean. Very children oriented. Unfortunately adult pool was full of kids. Just saying. Would have been nice if they used the kids pool

Terrible atmosphere, nobody is around after 9:00, campers 2 spots away from us had a fire going on Saturday night and nobody from the camp ground was around to tell them to put it out.

we stayed at many campgrounds have always been taken to our site by a workers so there was never any confusion but this time we were given a map with not much direction, the numbering system was very confusing went a while before finding our spot, the sites for RV's are not level/down hill makes it hard to get a trailer level, the staff wasn't very helpful or friendly.

Fun place to camp, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground is well maintained. We Enjoyed playing BINGO and having the kids come to our camper Trick r Treating We enjoyed walking the nature trail as well. It’s very family oriented campground

We appreciated the large playground and the walking trails. The pool area was tired looking and it was unfortunate that the hot tub was not working. The shower nozzle was located above the shower seat which made it difficult to stand under it. We appreciated the trees providing some shade.

Very nice place for our overnight stay while traveling. The park is clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

11 night stay, 1 hour of wifi - unacceptable, During the fire ban there were still fires being lit and no patrol, List of don'ts and threat of charges made it feel like we were at a POW camp not a RV park, bathrooms need attention, Saw 3 large RV's on pull thru sites that had to back out as they couldn't pull thru. Standard of other 7 KOA parks we have been in this trip were way above yours

Fun weekend with lots of activities for the kids. Bathrooms weren’t as clean as our previous stay. Park is very nice and clean, great stay until checkout. Staff called and said we didn’t checkout and return the gate card, I actually gave it to the girl who called as I recognized her voice. She was quite rude, no apology given for the mistake and hung up on me. Great stay minus that :)

Very loud with the drive in. Seasonals had speakers outside to listen to the movie. A lot of marijuana consumption near us, we could smell it the whole night. Busy campground with a lot of kids. I would not recommend this campground to relax.

The staff are great. Unfortunately, the only sites available for transients are incredibly unlevel. We couldn’t get in the first site and our sewer was up hill by at least 12”. Luckily the staff found another site and while we were also unlevel at least the sewer was downhill and allowed us to dump. This park is beautiful and with some leveling of these rows could be incredible.

Stayed in Overflow which was not abundantly clear when booking. Grass pad not the words OVERFLOW so didn’t know there was no picnic table. Also didn’t stay the second night and was not offered a refund. Told to send an email. BEWARE this place all about the $&$

Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to Koa Sussex Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Uphill slope but level if you leave the rv toward the rear of the site. Our site was very long and narrow with beautiful thick grass, a fire pit & picnic table. Super friendly helpful staff Drive in movie theatre on site - there were 2 rows of sites between our site and the movie parking lot. back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Best campground ever! Have been coming since I was a little one and now I get to enjoy bringing my son. So great for everyone and lots of trails for biking and walking down to a beautiful area on the Kennebecasis River.
