Was nice that they squeezed me in on such a busy weekend. Disappointed that I was not allowed to use my KOA points toward my stay as they said on special weekends you are not allowed to use them.

We have been coming to this campground for the past 6 years. It never disappoints. We fully intend to be back again. Staff were friendly, pools were warm & clean, nice new playground, clean washrooms, etc. Nothing to complain about.

We were parked in the drive in field and really felt like second class guests. Especially when returning to the site we arrived at the barrier and a young lady insisted we back up and use the drive in access. The fact that we were not told that when we checked in the night before (by her)and when a guest offered to fob us through the barrier gate, she said “you can’t do that” just rude.

We were dry camping for Sussex balloon fiesta. It was very convenient and close to the event. We got to see 2 of the hot air balloon up close up as they landed in the field by our RV

We really liked the grass spots. We were a little disappointed there were no showers. The kids had a blast. We would book again.

We did not have a reservation and came on Balloon Fest weekend. We stayed in the field by the drive in screen, but had the use of the KOA facilities. We could not have a campfire and did not have a picnic table. Would have liked the picnic table as we were camping in our van and only had a small table about the size of a beside table. Made it difficult to cook. Enjoyed the pool.

I was extremely surprised and disappointed with the one hour internet included in your daily rate. I think that your expensive daily rate should included Internet for the entire stay. We are in 2022, you should follow progress!!!

Our stay was fine although when the wind blew from the restroom direction you could smell the sewer. Thankfully that wasn't often.

Awesome campground! The only problem we had was teenagers on the bouncy pillow the same time as little ones. Very unsafe! Several parents spoke to the older ones and really they were just having fun but the little ones were getting banged around a bit.

The weekend we stayed was chock full of activities. Unfortunately, we were not told about ANY of them and missed out on ALL. These should be detailed in your registration material. At the least, someone should have directed us to the small section on the outdoor bulletin board. The most glaring information there was a large reminder to pay seasonal fees.

My stay was nonexistent, we weren’t able to stay but paid full price PLUS 10 extra dollars to select my site for 2 nights!!! Due to our Moncton Softball tournament being rescheduled to our weekend stay at KOA we weren’t able to stay. Although I called-in WELL in advance to either switch weekends or to do a refund, I was told tough luck! I’m disappointed and WILL never book there again!

attracted by drive-in theater, but learned campers would be charged $30 same as locals & would be required to use their class A & C motor homes instead of sitting outdoors. Who wants to unhook utilities & then redo them at midnight, in the dark? Many of us, are 2 seniors compared to a car full of people. Also train horns close by. dour staff. Unlevel site. No tv, no cable. Far from pool, dog park

Great place, staff are efficient friendly and eager to please when you have a problem. We really didn’t like the wifi pay as you go however we did make use of it while free. Washrooms near the tent/cabins were cleaned regularly and the comfort station was clean as well! Will definitely recommend or visit again!

Stayed here on way east and again 3 weeks later on our return. We were put in lot 233. It is at the back of the main park near an open field. Private but did not smell very inviting. Seems to be run very well and mostly friendly staff. Pool need to stay open beyond 8 pm ND open earlier in the morning so overnighter can swim before they have to check out...nature trail to river very nice.

OK KOA with a site that faced playground and bathroom, neither that we used.....and they had tenters staying on pull-thru site next to us. Lawn needed mowing.

Roads in campground need maintenance. 3 pm check in is unacceptable. Most parks are between 11 am and 2 pm, NEVER 3 pm !

Pool and jumping pad hours seemed short, 11-8 and 11-7 respectively. Drive-in movie: canteen wouldn’t serve us due to the lack of cars. I don’t see how that was our problem, they were all just standing around, they could have made some fries for the kids at least. We paid for the movie, they should put up a sign saying canteen only opens if it’s deemed worth it monetarily. Kids were disappoi

Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to Koa Sussex Site 64 gravel pull thru (when entering but we had to back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Uphill slope but level if you leave the rv toward the rear of the site. Our site was very long and narrow with beautiful thick grass, a fire pit & picnic table. Super friendly helpful staff Drive in movie theatre on site - there were 2 rows of sites between our site and the movie parking lot. back out, which would have been a problem if the site behind us was occupied). Best campground ever! Have been coming since I was a little one and now I get to enjoy bringing my son. So great for everyone and lots of trails for biking and walking down to a beautiful area on the Kennebecasis River.
